Just called the 24 hour number to speak to a nurse, since the website DOES SAY TO DO SO, and the woman was rude, disrespectful, and could not answer my question because apparently dry cough is not covid related! All i asked was if my son could take Zyrtec and Cough Medicine at the same time. VERY RUDE AND I AM VERY ANGRY!!! IF THIS WAS NOT A NUMBER TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS, THEN THEY NEED TO TAKE IT OFF OF GOOGLE AS AN ASK A NURSE NUMBER !!!!😡😡😡

Staff in the hospital outside of ER are amazing. Compassionate and caring with genuine attention to patients needs. If only ER could be that way too.
