I have had nothing but problems since i moved in fridge doesnt work right have had issues with it ever since i moved in they refuse to put a diffrent one in so my food is constantly going bad even after the previous renters moved and told them the fridge was bad. The stove has caught fire twice. They still havnt fixed the bathroom sink. Before i moved in the house was a complete disaster i cleaned the entire house because they didnt clean it before i moved in.

I agree with Na’Tasha McPherson’s comment!I too had a very bad experience with this agency!They help who they want to help & they act like they are truly helping with the community when in all actuality they are getting the money, funding, & help from other agencies & governmental entities but they are really nosy & just pretending to help.When people are going through life’s issues, we expect the help being offered along with compassion & caring for us since this is what is being proclaimed.Family Promise needs to stop operating under the guise of pretense of caring when they really do not..They only care for some.Faith based? Really?This is my personal review, however, someone else may have a better experience.I write this review to not to deter anyone else from seeking help from Family Promise, but only to acknowledge the fact of what happens to some of us in the community.Do better!

This is by far the best place in lima they are all so sweet they take great care of you from beginning to end when you find a place they will help with as much as possible to get EVERYTHING you and your family need they helped me and my family so much this shelter is definitely a blessing 10 out of 10 for sure

Great place to go with your family until you can get back on your feet, they actually help you get back on your feet by providing guidance and, resources in a kind loving, stable environment while they provide a warm place with a hot meal evert night, they actually care about the families and helping them

They do everything they can to help everyone they can. They are beautiful people that do the best they can.

Family promise is a godsend! Theyve got angels working there that help families n need ,they give them food,clothing ,shelter,provide transportation,help assist with future housing,etc..god bless u n ur angels 4 ur hard work n dedication 2 help ppl n families achieve goals n get better living homes,etc.ty family promise 4 all u did 2 help my family members,u were such a blessing! Keep up ur great work,n,God bless u always!
