I have seen multiple providers at this office and they all had zero experience with vaginismus. They had no concern for the pain I was having because of my vaginismus while they tried to force an exam. It was very traumatic and painful for me. They were either apathetic or outright rude about my issues. If you have special OB needs, find providers with more experience and compassion than the ones at this office.

I cannot recommend Tammy Herrick enough. She was very attentive with each OB visit I had and even after delivery she showed concern. I struggled with Post Partum and she went above and beyond to help me and my daughter and I could not have had a better experience for my first child.

‼️ please do your research and think if your personal health is important to you before becoming a patient here ‼️After giving much thought and consideration to this Ive decided to post after giving the practice weeks to make things right..At my most recent appointment I was brought back by a medical assistant, Taylor. During my appointment, upon my exam, I was made aware that she knew the person I was seeing. At that time, I expressed my concerns to my provider that I did not want her telling my business nor if I knew who she was prior to my appt would she have been in the room. With HIPAA this should have not been an issue. The next day it was brought to my attention by a nasty text that Taylor went and told her friend (the mother of the child of who I was seeing) about my appointment. When calling the office manager Mandy to get this situation addressed she assured me that it would be handled appropriately. Once ending my phone call an hour later I received more nasty text for calling the practice. I then called a SECOND time to address this and Mandy informed me that she spoke with Taylor and she will not be doing this again.. she told me she has been doing this field for 30 years, she can tell when someone is lying, she didnt tell my information in my chart at least or why I was there... Mandy then proceeded to tell me she took matters into her PERSONAL hands. And called the friend to discuss the situation with her as well and she is sorry for any personal issues this many have caused (him being threatened to have his son taken as well through all this). She also told me that I am correct this is a hipaa violation but I will have a hard time proving this.....I later then wrote a certified first class letter expressing my concerns to the practice and that I wanted the doctors to be aware of the staff they have employed,  no action was taken.This makes me personally feel they do not genuinely care about their patients, AT ALL. I have given them weeks to reply to my letter and nothing was done.I myself am a CMA and am BEYOND upset with how I, as an individual, was treated but as well as how this looks on our profession as a whole. This absolutely is not what we stand for and is a total violation.  Honestly, it is quite embarrassing to even belong to the same profession. I worked and paid thousands for my education and take my job very seriously - its a passion and I just want to be there for someone how I needed when I had no one. When earning my CMA we took an oath - however that must not apply for this situation since it has been brushed off.I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.if I want to handle a miscarriage/pregnancy in private, any testing, anything - I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO SO IN PRIVATE.NOW IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH MY PERSONAL LIFE CHANGING ISSUES PUBLICLY BECAUSE OF THIS.Although, I have nothing negative to say about the providers, besides not addressing this situation AT ALL,  the staff and manager are NOT professional.‼️ please do your research and think if your personal health is important to you before becoming a patient here ‼️

Dr. Tammy Herrick is WONDERFUL! She has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have never been to anyone else but her and I do not plan on changing docs. Great experience!

Dr. Vanessa is the best OB/GYN! She took amazing care of my third pregnancy/c-section! It made me wish I had come to her for my first two! I would highly recommend her and this practice!

I went in multiple times about having problems and everytime I had a different doctor see me and I had to retell them over and over again about what has been happening. All they do is give you a blank stare like their confused and just prescribe you with birth control with out actually trying to figure what’s wrong. Like who knows what’s going on inside me, definitely not them bc they wouldn’t care less to try to find out atleast. Definitely going too someone who will actually try and find what’s wrong with me And that’s worth my time.

Wife went into the hospital with pain and discomfort. They run test and do pretty much nothing. Then discharge her and no where on the paperwork or from Dr Herrick told her she had a uti. Went to another hospital for us to find out the test from st. Ritas showed a uti. She only gave her fluids and nothing for the uti. Were changed to another doctor because she was awful. Trying to force things on my wife that was not needed. My guess trying to make more money. After being transferred to another doctor the office visits taking almost 2 hours. Awful service so far and very greedy.

Tammy Herrick is the best OB there. She is very friendly and always answers questions and concerns. She never rushes out of the room, she takes her time. I had high BP with my daughter and she kept a very close eye on it . She saved my daughters life during labor. I am very thankful for her.

Allison Douglas is amazing. She was kind, encouraging, knowledgeable, and professional. I am so happy that I chose her as my CNP! Wonderful experience!

I love my doctor and I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment! I’m very pleased and I would highly recommend it. I have Dr. Alison Douglas, she’s amazing.

You do have to wait awhile sometimes, but its most likely because they spending time with each client, and delivering babies between appointments. Doctor Vanessa is awesome!

I love my doctor here. Vanessa is a wonderful doctor she got me through a miscarriage in 2016. Now I am back about have a baby. Vanessa I think you for all that you do see you April 3...

Don’t recommend! They banned me for life for going into labor in a different city and delivering my son in a different city. They claimed I hadn’t contacted them but I have phone records and emails from me contacting them !

Been with them since i had my daughter 22 years ago... They are very caring people and treat you like family

Very impersonable. Have had better OB doctors.

They don’t call you back with results it’s been two days and still nothing

I dont suggest Dr. Rumschlag if you go here. Waited over an hour just for the ultrasound
