If I could give no stars I would. Apparently I have To do a training class to have a card for a SERVICE animal. There is no such thing as that to make them certified. “Unless they are certified it is against our policy” REALLY? The whole staff is extremely uneducated.

Went in with a infection caught something more days later. They dont clean after all the sick people go in and out...nasty place

From the receptionist, to the nurses and the nurse practitioner, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic. A very comforting experience.

If I could ZERO stars i would. The staff is heartless. They stood outside the door MOCKING my wife while she is in tears in her room from the pain in her back. She just wanted to know what was wrong with her and they treated her as an drug addict looking for pain killers. These people have no business treating people acting like that. Couldnt even keep it quiet, just outl oud like she couldnt hear them.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and caring. The facility was clean and inviting. The NP was very informative and thorough with my exam. And thanks to the nurse who was wonderful, kind and sympathetic to my symptoms. I would definitely return to this urgent care in the future.

Minimal wait. Nursing staff was very friendly and competent. Dr Kashk only spent a total of 1 minute with me and didnt listen to me. He refused to treat me the way I told him that works, even though I made it very clear that I did not want narcotics. Im not happy with the medical staff at all. Doctor was a know it all who doesnt listen to his patients. Nursing staff was awesome. The facility was very clean.

Took my boyfriends daughter here to be seen for her asthma they checked her in quickly was very sweet to her the nurse and the the nurse practitioner was amazing they took such good care of her made sure her breathing was good before we left and that all her medicine was up to date I recommend this place to anyone who has small kids to go here they really care and know what they r doing great 😊😄😀

They are open until 8pm on a Saturday which was nice and only asked that you be there by 7pm. Very little wait to be seen and everything was very clean. I have no complaints for them.

Went urgent there care has change you dont get check right . I was sick try say i wasnt real sick. Cuzs didnt have a fever but i was sick for aweek wasnt getting better going my lungs & but told it wasnt i never have clear lyng win you have lung disease . Win get cold hard get air threw them refuse give me antibios .said had virus had run it coasre . Not true now up coughing next day. RN. Never md checks you. I know my body. Drs normally take caution win i get a cold win have this i get put on antibios. Cuzs had history turning into pneumonia just from a cold. Not good visit . Probaly wont go bk for have the ers again.

Took my twins for same problems. When Bill showed up, they were charged as Emergency service and both had a different amounts charged!! Why would I go to urgent care and not to emergency care if they are charging me for emergency care service??? Common sense. They are looters

If you have private insurance your going to want to hear what I have to say. I went to West Side Urgent Care in January for strep throat. My insurance was billed from west side urgent care for the certified nurse practitioner and then from St. Ritas for a facility charge...tisk tisk.. needless to say they charge out like an emergency room and your er co pay as well as your deductible will apply $325 later, when in fact they are an urgent care and it should only be a$40 co pay, but since it says st.ritas they decide to take advantage of private insurance holders to get more money. St. Ritas is taking advantage of private insurance and its a shame that I can no longer take my children or myself to an urgent care in Lima. I just want everyone to know what St.ritas/ mercy health is up to! Its been back and forth with my insurance company blaming st ritas and then st ritas blaming my insurance. My insurance company cant believe they are billing like this and my representative kept saying this isnt right its just not right theyre doing this. So instead of your office visit co pay you will be billed as an emergency room visit...please please dont find yourself in this situation I feel taken advantage of. Btw mercy health billing is very rude and not helpful at all!! Youve been warned, dont get burned by greedy corporate hospitals!!!!!!!!! Im sure this will also apply to this facility as well since its st.ritas east side urgent care. After posting I noticed someone else had the same exact thing happen... hmmm mmmmm go to the ER to get your moneys worth!!!!! ALSO its been verified that the urgent care in wapak is not affliated with a hospital so unfortunately Ill have to go out of town for help but Id do that before paying st Ritas something they didnt provide me with
