I have had 3 cats fixed here. The price was great! Couldnt afford other places. The staff is always friendly. Will be my vet from now on!

They took care of my cat(Little) and us. Totalled paid our bill when a minor miscommunication occurred. I always take my animals there. They really do care.

If you love your animals, do not bring them here. The vet is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called in to see about my cat and she screamed at me, had to hold the phone away from my ear. I will never bring another animal back here again!!! Shes lucky she was on the phone screaming at me and not in person or she would have a BIG problem on her hands!!!

I have gone to many other vets, and they were good. But, like others have said, you know that Jackie and her staff truly love animals, and they are willing to work with you for payment, and they will even stay after hours, if they know your animal needs seen urgently. They are reasonable, unlike other offices that want to bleed you with office call fees every time you go. That shows me that they are not all about “ MONEY”. They love what they do!! That is getting harder to find. Thank you so much for the great care you give my animals!!

Amazing, caring people. They saved my puppys life and Im so grateful. They was very informative for at home treatments, and even told me I could call on the weekends if I had any problems or her condition worsens. You can tell they love animals. They are very fair on prices too! I will now be going here full-time for my animals!

Hands down an amazing Vet and staff!! We had an emergency on a day the doctor was out for the Holidays and she drove in just to take care, and do surgery, on our fur baby! The experience the night before, at an emergency clinic, was horrible and they were able to ease our minds and save our puppys life...all with compassion! I will never go anywhere else and thankful, beyond words, for the entire staff!! I would definitely recommend anyone to let them care for your pet!! Beyond blessed to have them take care of our puppy!!

Love the people and reasonable rates. Wont take my dogs anywhere else. I drive an hour and a half so my dogs can be seen here.

I would never take my pet here. The vet is rude and very unprofessional. Terrible bedside manner. A lot of behind the scenes stuff that shouldn’t be tolerated. Cheap prices aren’t worth negligent care!

I had my grooming business and having been a customer of Santoro animal services I can honestly say this vet clinic and the people that work there are far surpassed a no 10. I feel comfortable leaving any animal there. Jackie is a great Vet and her help are wonderful with animals and you can tell they enjoy their job.

Took two of my cats to Midwest, great experience both times, all the staff is friendly and helpful. Both furballs purred the whole time, this has never happened before. Was expecting large bills, but was pleasantly surprised, we wont go any where else.

I cant sing thier praises enough. My cat trinity i thought was in a distressed laborWe thought she needed a c section. My i only had $ 140 until 4 days later when i get paid.My normal vet Delphos Animal Hospital said call humane society, if they cant help euthanize her. I was distraught as she is my therapy cat for bipolar depressive. Humane Society referred me to Midwest Animal Clinic. They care about animals enough to offer payment plans. Trinity was cleaned out spayed, given pain meds and a flea treatment. All for $185.00. Trinity is doing great. God bless them. I recommend them to everyone! They even offer senior discount of a $30.00 office visit.

Very, very good. They are patient with the animals and the owners. They take a very reasonable approach to treatment, realizing we are not made of money and yet want the best for your pet.

Love how good they are to the animals there. They defiantly make sure the animals come first and that you know exactly whats going on with your pet!!! Love these girls their the best!!!

Ill give then 2 stars only because they tried to help our cat. But, the vet tech with the mole on her face and a serious case of rbf, treated us Terrible. Made judgements against us that were false and displayed distastefulbehavior from an unfair viewpoint. We will never go back there again.

Best price around to get our dog fixed. they took great care of her. Not a lot of days they are open sadly.

Both girls were so sweet and polite. Emmitt and Lucas are little cuties and cool they get to go to work with moms. Great price for flea prevention meds. Gonna see about getting my male Pitt fixed.

Great staff and love Dr Jackie, however highly disappointed that I havent been able to get into touch with them for the past few months. No answer and no calls back.

Cheap but some of the staff are very very rude! Id rather pay more money and get treated with dignity and respect instead of somebody giving me a nasty attitude for no reason. Not professional at all!!!

Not only did she fix my daughters dogs broken leg and she just fixed for kittens, gave rabies shots, tip their ears and clip their nails for $220 when Hyatt vet wanted 800, you can tell she really cares about the animals and it can be seen in her pricing ,thank you
