Been a patient for many years. If you want to be in and out, go somewhere else. If you want a Doctor who knows your health issues and listens to you, use this Doctor.

Consistently bad patient service. I once waited over three hours in the lobby only to have Dr. Morris proceed to chat with a friend in the hallway another fifteen minutes before getting around to seeing me.

Good doctor, but very VERY poor client service. Constant schedule “mix ups” and almost never answering the phone. Very fed up
