I am writing this review on my father’s behalf who was a patient a few weeks ago at Lima Ears Nose Throat & Sinus Associates. Unfortunately, my father was treated poorly by Dr. Susan Rossi. Due to a work related incident (cutting through a steel door), my dad began experiencing tinnitus in his ear. He suffered, and is currently still suffering from ringing in his ear. He cannot sleep, is constantly nauseous and as a result has lost over 10 pounds. He is miserable- plain and simple. After weeks of persistent tinnitus my dad was referred to Lima Ears Nose Throat and Sinus doctor. A few weeks ago in May, Dr. Rossi called him back to the treatment room. Upon finding out this was a work related incident, she immediately left the room and began yelling from the hallway to the front desk asking why he was here. She continued to yell and ask why they scheduled him. This was right outside the treatment room door where my dad was sitting. My dad opened the door and told her if dealing with workman’s compensation was going to be an issue, he has his own insurance. He explained to Dr. Rossi that he was miserable and in pain and he just wanted help. Dr. Rossi’s response was for him to go sit back in the waiting room until they figure it out. My dad waited for THREE hours only for the front desk worker to tell him to “go home” because they could not get anything figured out. My dad left. He just wanted help. As a professional in the healthcare field, I am horrified by the unethical treatment provided by Dr. Rossi. Her lack of empathy and compassion is alarming. Nonetheless, a formal complaint has been filed to the state medical board.

Been waiting for an hour to just get called back! This is ridiculous. Called 3 people that got here after me.
