ZERO STARS but google won’t allow itWill NEVER come back to this place again. Our consultation went well, everyone was nice and very thorough. Went back for procedures with 2 kiddos. My oldest had a good experience with her procedure but they didn’t clean her teeth as we scheduled because “most insurances don’t cover that many cleanings a year” but ours does, and nobody asked me about it. I had to have them squeeze her in to get a cleaning after the fact. My youngest daughter on the other hand had one of the most traumatic experiences we’ve ever dealt with and now is afraid to ever set foot in the dentist office again. She had the “loopy juice” and apparently wasn’t doing well on it. I carried her to the procedure room where I left her with the dentist and someone else. I asked someone how she was doing about half through and they said “great!”. Once finished, the dentist said she cried and screamed the entire time (which was half hour - an hour) and they had to hold her down the entire time to get the procedure done. My 5 year old cried/hyperventilated for 45 minutes AFTER leaving the dentist because of this experience. First, she took a small teddy bear the size of an adult hand and they took it from her which made her scared. She said a grown woman laid across her legs to hold her down and it hurt really bad while another held her head and they all surrounded her screamed at her the entire time. In the days following she had a bruise on her temple which was from them holding her head so hard. While I understand this was all probably done for her safety and so they could do the procedure, when is it too much? When do you come get the parents? When do you say this isn’t working and we will have to figure something else out? This is completely unacceptable and my child is now scared to death to ever go to another dentist and quite frankly who could blame her. NEVER AGAIN! I did call and cancel my older child’s second procedure and told them my youngest had a terrible experience which is why we were canceling and they never inquired about what happened or why. So, can’t say they “care” much either.

Took our son to his first dental visit, he is 3. The dental hygienist who cleaned his teeth was very rude to him the whole time. They took a couple exrays and charged us over $300. What a great experience.👎👎

No one will answer the phone. You always get a message they are working on patients. You cannot leave a message either so how are you suppose to even schedule an appointment?

I love this place very friendly staff and love the dentists she is very caring. Unfortunately I have called numerous times to reschedule appt left messages but no one ever returned my call. I have been calling for two weeks during business hours and no one has answered, they are always busy with patients. I dont know how else to report this.

Ive been going here for 15 years running and Ive never had one single problem. I have noticed that it is hard to get a hold of someone on the phone...I live close so I drove there to see about an appointment and the beautiful lady behind the counter said there is someone in the office around 6 so to start calling then...i explained that I called 10x this am and she said she would have the office manager look into what was going on with their phone system. Amazing dentist, assistants and service across the board. I will never go anywhere else with my kids. (Until they are no longer in need if pediatric dental work.

We have been going here for 5 years and my children love it. I love the options if excessive dental work is needed. We drive over an hour to get here and it is worth the trip.

I tried contacting this office several times for 2 weeks. No actual person ever picked up the phone so i left voicemails with my information. I was referred to them by my insurance company because my 4 yr old special needs son needed a pediatric dentist. I explained that in the voicemails & still no response from them. I live almost 50 miles away otherwise i would go to their office instead of calling. I understand this office is probably very busy, however i dont understand how this excuses their unprofessional rude behavior, especially regarding children (or perhaps it is special needs children that they have an issue with).

Extremely pleased with the care that our son had received with his excessive dental work. Nice caring staff and hes looking forward to his 6 month check up.

The secretary decides when your child no longer needs pediatric dental work. My children are 12 and 13. This is ridiculous!!!!

Ive kept calling and they constantly hang up on me. Very rude. They keep cancelling my daughters appointments with out my knowledge.
