DO NOT GO HERE. I should have read all of the reviews. Everyone here is very friendly BUT they lie about the bill. I use my own insurance company and asked them repeatedly to provide me a bill for all visits in the treatment plan. I was provided a number that was a estimation but was told it would be no more than 60-100 which was fine. I received the bill and they charged me close to 700.00. They never told us we owed after ever visit even when we asked. We prepaid to get a % off the bill. That is the whole reason why we paid it all. All they said is that they would talk to the employee that didnt tell is a bill. Her mistake cost me 700.00. Such a disappointment that they will not stay true to thier word. Do not go here.

I can tell you I had amazing experience. The care was the best Ive had in many years. Ive been scared of the dentist, and needed a tooth pulled..... Vanessa who works with hygienist assured me I was in good hands. And I was, Angel was amazing and understanding of my concerns ..... Dr. Ellis, was so personable made me feel very comfortable about my situation, definitely go see them.... theyre a really great team there @ Whole Health Dentistry

I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long. Today I went in for a cleaning and get set up with a treatment plan. I had the best experience with Tiffany. She was very throughout and explained every step along the way. With my anxiety and fear of the dentist she put me at ease. I can’t wait to feel happy about my smile again!

Quoted $5200 for a bridge. Informed by others this price was outrageous. After shopping the procedure to other area dentists, I had quotes at less than half that price.

Amazing staff all the way from the girls at the front desk to the doctors in the back. Very personalized attention and treatment, very polite and attentive staff! They have done great work and continue to do so.

Terrible quality of care masked by pretty smiling faces. I was referred out to an endodontist twice by Jerome Ellis from his work failure. They refused to openly discuss a plan of treatment with me. I purchased secondary insurance and they refused to acknowledge its existence when factoring in treatment. There is absolutely no personalized care. Its just a money mill.

I had a dental implant placed a few years ago and it was a very good experience and turned out looking great. Ive had my wisdom teeth removed here, a bone graft done for the implant to be place and have been there for cleanings ever sense. They do great dental work!

Not professional. Violate hippa. Will talk of your private records and info in reception area and outside of office with friends etc. Wanted to do lots of work on my 7 yr old that was not needed and gave and estimate then to only change that up cause confusion between my daughters father and myself. Couldn’t get the paperwork printed. Then only to hear of all of my visit months later from a friend of mine that is friends with a receptionist named Ashley Rockhold. I have informed my daughters father and friends that are patients. They have heard of the same situations and no longer go. Down 7 patients due to this particular situation. Crummy! 😠

Tiffany C is my hygienist and she is amazing! She takes care of me and my 10year old daughter and treats us as if we were her own family. She takes extreme care not to cause me extra pain with my migraine issues and takes extra time to work with my daughter and her issues focusing with her ADHD. Despite being busy and having a full and hectic schedule, she always remembers the little details going on in our lives and shares our successes with us.I recommend giving her a visit if you need a teeth cleaning and a friendly face to help make the experience even better!

My experience was disaster...my appointment was for cleaning and ex-ray which they advertise for $99.00. This was false advertisement. My insurance paid $127.00. My remaining balance still is $94.00.Be aware they DO NOT CHARGE $99.00 for cleaning and ex-rays. My total bill $222.00.I was very disappointed. The cleaning and ex-ray took forever. I also had a chipped tooth which I wanted fix which would have taken a few minutes to fix. Just needed a little smoothing the word do the dentist, but I would have to back for that. I will not be going back.

Whole Health Dentistry is a very friendly office. The atmosphere there is great. What I enjoy most and appreciate is that my hygienist talks to me the whole time she is cleaning. She actually keeps me informed on the health of my teeth. I appreciate all that they do.

If you have things to do the day of your appointment forget it. I had an appointment at 9AM I didn’t leave until 3:30PM. I would not recommend at all. First & Last time going here.

So happy with how everything is run at Whole Health. My visits are always a breeze and even though in my last visit the doctor was running a little behind, Kacy kept updating me and apologizing. They are all so thoughtful. I had my teeth cleaned and some x rays which all went wonderfully.

Lindsay is a wonderful hygienist and has made us start to care more about our dental health and hygiene. Everyone is wonderful honestly! When I had to discuss future work to be done with the doctor he was very informative about the costs and process which was very professional and appreciated.

I have been going here for years, Tiffany has been cleaning my teeth, and has done a wonderful job of it. I recently retired, and to my dismay found that Whole Health is not in my future insurance group. I will miss them.

Called 2 months in advance for a cleaning and to see what they could do about my cavities. I was also calling to see if my insurance was accepted. The lady over the phone told me it was. But on the day of my appointment they told me it wasnt accepted and hit me with a 99$ fee. I was already stressed from my morning and this ruined my day.

Not profeessional.very rude reception area, long wait. Hygienist was friendly. Horrible organizational skills in this office. When worried about cost of service first needed, they had me come back in to make a new plan. Waited almost a month to hear from them. The cost went from 2600, to 7,500!! Just for simple work on three teeth, to get dentures would cost more. So paying out of pocket this is impossible, and ridiculous. Money paid for initial visit I guess is lost, because Im not paying that price, can get work done cheaper anywhere else. (Initial visit was over $100) just to talk to them and xray. Dont go here, imagine what it would be if I had insurance for them to bill....alot of these reviews on here are fake reviews, I read through alot of them before coming. You can tell which are fake ones when you read enough of them, as they are all almost alike.

Will not be bringing my family back.Very catty women for a work place..and I learned most of the “assistants” don’t even have any sort of degree! I read they do not need degrees however I don’t want any of these girls working on me especially if they’re not even pronouncing things correctly. Don’t let this place work on your teeth. Going to Lima dental from now on

They dont take Paramount insurance. The receptionists cheerful tone vanished as soon as I even said the word.Probably doesnt like the poors or something.

Since coming here I dont dread the dentist anymore. All of the staff and doctors have been so curteous and my treatments were pain free! They were kind when answering any questions I had which really helped calm my nerves about everything.

Do not go to this dentists office. Theyre money hungry and do a horrible job. Your teeth are important and go somewhere you can trust to not take advantage. A $1200 crown shouldnt break off while youre flossing your teeth.

My experience is what others have described: they charge you for things you dont need or they never performed, are incapable of maintaining accurate records, dont provide you with proper care directions, and refuse to honor their agreements. Time to find a new dentist.

My wife and boy switched to Whole Health Dentistry this year and on 9/11/14 they billed us $151.56 saying this was the estimated they thought my insurance wouldnt cover. My responsibility was only $19.99 and the insurance paid the rest. I went in after I got that statement and they made a copy of it and said they still didnt receive that information yet so they couldnt reimburse me. When I called a few times a couple weeks apart wanting the rest of my money back they claiming the check was lost in the mail and they were waiting for next check to come in to pay me. After about 3 months on 12/10/14 I called the insurance company and they sent out the check 9/22/14 and Whole Health Dentistry cashed the check 10/10/14. I had enough at this point and called and told them Im tired of them lying to me and if they didnt pay me I was going to go in and make a scene. Finally they agreed to pay me, but still denied receiving the check. Ive heard other bad things about them, but I just want people to be aware of what I experienced.

Unhappy with just about every facet of my experience so far.

For anyone who gets anxious at the dentist, this is the place to go. I had to get a tooth out and I was extremely nervous but I didnt feel one ounce of pain. I was sedated but the procedure was done and over with before I knew it.
