Been a member going on two months now. I’m definitely canceling my other gym memberships. The facility has 24 hour access, door is locked after certain hours. But you can scan your key card to obtain access. I love the safety. The staff is very pleasant, and professional. Since day one I’ve felt so comfortable. Very welcoming. It’s such a breath of fresh air. Plenty of equipment, and the place is very clean. Keep up the great work. I appreciate you all.

Great experience. Gym stay open 24 hours. Access to get a good workout in and they also have a sauna. Jamile is the best. Matt is the best trainer at just fitness 4U. So if you are in the area lilburn you won’t regret it.

This is a small to medium sized gym, but it almost has everything that you need for a beginner to advanced workouts.There are even some equipment that the more larger commercialized gyms do not have at all.Seems to be clean and managed well. I like the fact that it is 24hrs, so you can come in at 2:00am if you wanted or needed to.The bathrooms and locker rooms are small, but neat, and they have what you need (a few showers, stalls, and multiple lockers).Its not at all over crowded.Its in a good location as it is right off of Lawrenceville Highway for those that use that road for work commuting and only six minutes from Highway 85.

Continued to charge my card after informing them my card was charged in error. Had to call my bank to put a stop payment on the merchant. Great gym when youre a member, just dont try and cancel - They will continue charging you.

This place is a dump, always dirty, weights, used paper towels, and empty water bottles are all over the floor. The equipment are not maintained at all, the dumbells are peeling off like old tires on an 18 wheeler, seat covers are ripped/cracked and mostly everyone bring their own equipment because the place have no ropes, no tricep, or bicep bars.

Canceled membership 2 months ago and Im still getting charged. I keep getting told that it will be handled and someone will reach out and nothing. I spoke with them after the first month I got charged and was told it wont happen again and it will refunded, going on month 2 and was charged and they have never called I have always been the one to have to call.

Best 24 hour gym in Gwinnett. They have the good lifetime fit machines and tons of them. Bunch of racks, heavy dumbbells and inspiring atmosphere. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Gwinnett.

I highly recommend this Gym, owner definitely shows love for this place. If you’re thinking of getting in shape this place is one of the best. You will not only have a ton of options, a great monthly price & knowing you are welcomed & valued. My personal experience with many gyms but this one stands out as being one of my favorite knowing who stands behind customer care & is one on one with their members. Definitely enjoyed my experience with them.

Absolutely love this gym. For one thing It’s open 24 hours which is amazing. The owner is so friendly and the gym is large. They have a wide variety of machines and an area of turf for training. I made the switch to this gym about 3 months ago and I’ve never looked back. All the staff is amazing. The place is clean and they have sanitization bottles all over the gym. Lots of weights, lots of machines, and did I mention they’re open 24 hours.I love Just Fitness Lilburn!

The gym is super efficient and has just the right equipment for what you are looking to achieve. Also, a super responsive owner that follows up with you ifYou have concerns or need help. Really good experience, even after taking Covid-19 precautions!

The owner and his staff was so awesome. A super clean facility. Im trying to work out a schedule so that I can join. It does mean driving 50 minutes out of my way. They need a second location on the sound side of Atlanta. I had an excellent workout here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Flat out they steal your money. My husband and I moved from the area so we canceled our membership. It has now been months and they are still charging us. We have talked to the staff and the owner and each time the assure us that the memberships will be canceled and yet we still are getting charged. Based on other reviews we are not the only people this is happening to. I even scheduled a meeting with the owner the last time I tried to get this resolved and the coward left before I got there even though I told them I was on the way. I drove 45 minutes only to be told that he left. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT COME TO THIS GYM.

Love this gym! Spacious with everything one would want. Great, friendly staff. They have good protocols during Covid19 to keep the place open. Price is very reasonable.

I just signed up today and straight up with us, funny, and super thoroughly explained the ins and outs of this OPEN 24/7 (which is awesome), and super accessible gym (because i have a weird schedule so its hard sometimes when I need to get in a workout at 2am or 4 am to start out some days). Jamille was super cool and really streamlined the process for us and made it super easy (and even let me know when I travel for long periods of time how I can freeze my account !) great gym , check it out if yall are in need of a gym during this time! :)

This gym has been a blessing for me its in a good location and just the right size and I feel safe here and a good atmosphere and I can come anytime I feel like it. I joined in the middle of August 2020 and less than 2 months later Ive lost 24lbs. Has everything I need to get the job done.. UPDATE unfortunately had to change my review because this gym has stolen money from my account I will no longer attend this facility..do not give this gym your banking information

Blown away by the size of this gym. Plenty of personal space, a ton of equipment, modern treadmills and amazing customer service. A great place to get in shape.

They took money out of my account with out my permission and refused to cancel my account. I made sure to follow all the right steps and inform the staff about my account so I won’t have any issues, yet the gym refused to return my money and treated it as if it was their money.And the dumbbell weights are always disorganized and broken

This gym is the epitome of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for the the money, time & patience of the consumer. They WILL play a game of cat and mouse with you, claiming to cancel your membership when i’m actuality they will continue to charge your hard earned money with each passing month. I had tried to cancel my membership in August and this ordeal has been continued up until January. I have had to get an entirely NEW card, this is utterly unnecessary and has been one of the most frustrating experiences when dealing with a gym. There are other reviews of similar experiences with the same issue with the SAME people. Save yourself the trouble and take your business to LA or planet where there are ACTUAL guidelines installed for cancellation procedures. It is actually sick.

The atmosphere is great at JF4U Lilburn especially with the boxing class with Nesu. Everyone in serious about getting their health on track and they motivate you!

Rude service and even after I cancelled my membership they still are charging me for the upcoming month.

I work out at 4am every morning and i and sometimes a couple others spend 10-15 minute cleaning up before we can work out. The gym is a complete mess at this time of morning, paper towels laying around, weights just all over the place. I have made numerous complaints and no one has done anything. Amazing how the gym in the OTHER high end neighborhood is treated or taken care of and how this one is taken care of. I pay a year in advance but I am out looking at other gyms and so is a few others that work out in the mornings.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while consistently: They have every machine you’ll ever need, a turf section, and even a yoga and dance studio. Everyone of the staff members is like family!-Michael K.

Me and the boys have been going to Just Fitness for a few years now. The Lawrenceville facility is very convenient, and they have a sauna 😁. Great environment, plenty of machines, and you wont be able to do better anywhere else.

The gym practice good hygiene social distance its 24 hours and has exactly all the equipment that I normally use to get the job done conditioning that I normally do outside I can do in here just in case of inclement weather with the exception of running hills but I can substitute with stair masters . Great gym good location

I haven’t been a member since April and not only do I have email confirmation I wouldn’t be charged, but they have now charged me on four separate occasions, oh and along with Late fees although they were closed during the quarantine. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND. IVE SPOKEN TO DEBBIE MULTIPLE TIMES IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE. SHE HAD DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE OR GIVE ME MY REFUND LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD. Staff on site are very nice and helpful. Signing up for a membership was rather easy and actually a decent experience. The equipment is what it is. You can tell before entering that the equipment is rather aged. If you want to pay for a high-end, upscale gym, this is not your spot. Weights can be strewn all across the free-weight section. However, if you need the flexibility of 24/7 gym, this spot is a decent rate/location.

This is a great place to train if you are a serious lifter. Tons of equipment to fit every need. Plenty of free weights plate loaded machines. Plenty of cardio with TVs and phone hook ups for those long drab cardio days, plus a cardio theater if you want to watch a movie while you sweat.Staff has always treated me with dignity and respect. Everybody has been really nice. I enjoy spending time there and its open 24/ 7 so if you want to squat at 2 AM, you can do it!

This was honestly the worst gym i’ve ever been to, i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! When you sign up they don’t have any set prices, they either try to charge you an exaggerated amount of money or try to get you a “deal”. The entire gym is just super shady! When I first joined 2 years ago, I thought it was a pretty okay gym but as time went on it just got worse & worse. None of their equipment works & they are never repaired (their attempt to repair things is putting tape on it... seriously?!?!), if things go missing they are NEVER replaced! Not only is their equipment bad, but the management is TERRIBLE!!!! When I finally decided to cancel because there was no point in paying for a membership if nothing worked, the manager tried to make me pay him extra to cancel my membership! He kept insisting on me paying extra until he finally realized I wouldn’t budge, canceling a membership shouldn’t be this hard!!!! (Keep in mind he was very rude during the entire process & tried to belittle me for expressing concern over the cancellation process because he was being very vague) STAY AWAY from this gym!!! Save your time, save your money, there are plenty of gyms out there worth your while! This one isn’t it.

Its in a nice location. They have updated machines, and they have a movie studio which I love, it distracts you from your work out, and you get to enjoy a movie

This gym has stolen 480 of unauthorized funds from my account and is still trying to take money take money out of my account I was forced to block them and cancel my membership and currently getting legal assistance on the matter

The gym has always been a good gym. Nice family environment, etc.. lately however, there have been people playing loud music on speakers with profanity playing and its pretty disturbing. Some times are better than others but the loud music seems to be a trend.

Member at just fitness for about three years.The Lilburn location is a nice place, some equipment needs maintenance and some of the treadmills skip whenever Im running but otherwise a good gym experience. Read the contract you sign because the sales people arent clear. The owner of the gym, Jamille is a great guy and helped me out more than once, if you have any issues talk to him.

I would definitely recommend this gym! There is plenty of room, all the equipment that I need and never too crowded! Staff members are nice and friendly too and do whatever it takes to take care of you.

Its a friendly place to workout in. The staff is super nice and helpful. They greet me by my name. Even the owner knows me by name. Hes very interactive with people coming to the gym. The atmosphere is light and airy but theres a portion of the gym you can grind without staff telling you to be quiet. It caters to all takes of people. I can bring my son to the daycare and go to a Zumba class, if I chose. All around great gym in my opinion.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!I activated service back in may, a week later I canceled due to school..was told I would get a refund due to canceling within 7 days...never received the refund, and ended up being charged membership dues for this month...I went on Tuesday to the located to speak to Debbie, was told she would call me back by end of business day, have NOT received that call...I call the location to only be told, a manager is not on duty and not too sure when they will be in next...I asked for my card to be removed off the account, was told she does not know how to remove it....how do u work in a place without knowing the system!!! im upset by the service I have received and I wish I listened to my gut feeling as well as the reviews on here.

I needed to cancel my gym membership due to me moving to a new area. I spoke to Jamille, the owner over the phone and he was very kind and understanding and made the cancellation process very easy! This is a wonderful gym and staff is great! I would definitely join again if one is built closer to my new location.

I was only staying in Georgia for a month and needed a gym to go to. One of the guys there was able to help me out with that and when it came to cancelling, it was easy to do it over the phone. The team there is truly nice and helpful. Thanks for the all the help. I’ll definitely go back whenever I’m back in Lawrenceville.

Its a great gym thats not as crowded as other spots, but I dont like that they still hold you to contracts as I find that antiquated and heavy handed. Clean facility overall and great equipment.

They make it a hassle to CANCEL. When I signed up the management said there was no cancelation fee. After a few months, I needed to terminate my membership and was told that my account was canceled but they froze the account and continued to charge me!!!! I had to pay $100 to leave this place. The owner threatened to call the police on me lol. Super shady, dont get involved....

Very shady staff. Was there for 3 years and honestly should’ve left sooner. They charge everyone a different price when they join and when you try to cancel. I had a contract that said I wasn’t going to get charged and I got charged $69 to cancel!!!my friends canceled last week and they didn’t get charged $69!! They also tried to charge my friend $100 to join!! Not even Lifetime does this!!! They take months to fix machines and all the equipment is old with tape on it. Don’t join!!!

Been a member here since 2016. Staff is always professional and quick to offer assistance and advice to new members. Much cheaper than other gyms in the area as well. They also offer a referral program that makes it easy to get your whole family going to the gym.

I have been a member for 2 years and was liking my experience until this Wednesday. I was harassed by the new trainer white girl and the trainer Brian about buying training and when I said no they called me fat. They are rude and mean.

Words cant explain how much love I have for this gym , its more than a gym to me , they all are like family, from the owner to the trainers too the people that work out here , I couldnt ask for a better gym , I been working out here almost 2yrs && been dedicated every since , lina is a very good trainer she taught me different techniques I never learned before, this gym you will not regret it I promise you ❤

Been a member for over five years and going to the Lilburn location since they opened. The staff is exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. Lots of equipment so I never have to wait and with access 24/7, I can work out whenever I want. It feels like a second home with the staff and other members my second family.

I have been going to the Just Fitness 4U Lilburn Gym for more than 2 years now. I really like the Gym. Gym has very friendly staff, not a crowded place, they have a theater with treadmill and other fitness equipment, separate weight lifting area, sauna room, shower and plenty of fitness equipment and on top of that this place is very clean and well maintained. They offer regular several free class for the gym member such as Zumba class, kick boxing, pure energy fitness,Yoga, cycling, AB Blast, total body assault and cardio boxing classes. They also have baby sitter from 10 AM to 8 PM and children play room for free. I like this place batter than LA Fitness because they offer so many free classes.

Jamille was an AMAZING at meeting the needs of what me and my girlfriend needed in a gym. They are very family oriented and patient with their customer. It’s Very intimate setting , very welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this gym.

The staff is so great, the gym is never packed, and I love the media room where you can really zone out and get a great work out. I would not encourage anyone to become a member at Just Fitness F U gym. The management team is very shady. I called in December 2018 to cancel my gym membership because I moved out if the area and was asked to call a different number. Jessica explained that my membership was cancelled. I checked my credit card statement and on 4/3/19 to see a charge. When I called the gym to ask why I am being charged for membership, Jessica told me that she didnt actually cancel my membership, she froze it. That I needed to physically visit the gym to cancel or write a letter or contact Janielle via phone. This by the way, was not explained to me last year. These people are criminals and will do whatever to steal your hard earned money. Today, I am writing them a letter to cancel my member AGAIN and will deliver it in person.I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to report them and disputed the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!!

Update: my boyfriend had to get a new card and the gym sent his unpaid bill to collections. His bill for a contract that he NEVER AGREED TO NOR SIGNED. The owner signed my boyfriends name electronically. Still a criminal and a thief. Good thing my boyfriend works at a law office.Gym owner promised my boyfriend he was only paying monthly membership and then signed him up for a two year contract without his knowledge or consent. My friend moved out of state months ago and is still getting charged. This place is run by criminals and thieves.

Amazing gym; its hard to find a gym thats 24 hours and has all the equipment one would want. Im very serious about fitness so I only settle for the best gym! No crowded, positive atmosphere, and all the free weights and machines you would want! Unfortunately I relocated so I had to leave, but even that process (canceling the membership) only took about 2 minutes! Literally! No questions asked. The manager Jamille helped me out within seconds! Cant say it enough, incredibly gym to do business with and be apart of!

This place is PERFECT!!! Never too crowded and has just enough energy. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Im glad I joined up!!!
