Always a wonderful experience at Lilburn Center for Complete Dentistry. From your routine cleaning to cavities and more they always make you feel comfortable and important. They have taken great care of my teeth. I came to this office by referral around a year ago and they have so neatly filled in cavities and have also helped me with preventative care. My teeth look wonderful. They truly care about you at this office. They are experienced, knowledgable, and compassionate. Highly recommended!

I have a dislike of the dental practice field of medicine but for first time I enjoyed the interaction with the staff & Dr. Harry McCool was a pleasure to talk to and learn from he showed a genuine concern about my concerns. Ive been a patient for over 20 years. I continue to see Dr. McCool and his team because I know my dental care matters to them; Im valued as person, not just a patient, and its genuine. He and his staff are meticulous with their work, stay on top of the latest technology (after the practice vetts it), and they make sure Im comfortable at all times. Very pleasant office - like going to visit trusted friends, except your mouth is wide open, ha ha! Since Ive been seeing Dr. McCool, Lisa and the rest of the team, I no longer dread dental visits.

I absolutely procrastinate when it comes to going to the dentist for myself. After having a tooth issue yesterday, I called Dr. McCool’s office. They had an opening available this morning and so I went.I can’t say enough good things about how my experience was! NO PAIN!...as in I couldn’t feel a thing while the doctor and Vivian worked in my mouth! I kept waiting for the pain, but to no avail.The staff was great. The procedure was great. My whole view of dentistry has changed because of this place.So bottom line, I just found my new dentist. I’m not sure how far away they are from where YOU live, but it would be worth the drive over.

I waited over 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. This has never happened, but after a long work day, this was not a welcomed experience. For someone who works on one side of town and lives on another, 15 minutes can make a huge difference in traffic for my commute home. As a result, I sat in a lot of traffic today. I hope this was a one off thing because I was pretty annoyed. Further, I felt that several items were suggested to me that haven’t been in the past and honestly, it felt a little sales-pitchy. I am hoping recent changes in this office haven’t caused all of these unpleasant experiences as Dr. McCool and staff have always been great. Hopefully today was just an off day.
