Extremely disappointed with the services. Had a cleaning done and they removed my filling. Went back and wanted to charge me to fix something they damaged. Secondly, I was giving a quote for Invisalign but the actual product is “Clearline”. The only way I found out was, I checked on the actual Invisalign website and they were not listed. Questioned the receptionist and she said “ it’s the same thing, it’s actually better”. No it’s not!!!!!! They did a horrible temporary before a crown which I’m not going back to get the crown with them. I do not recommend this place to anybody, nor go back for any service. I will look for another facility to do the filling they actually removed while doing the cleaning.

It is sad to say that I am totally disappointed with the care I received in this office. The staff is sweet and Dr. Gisele is sweet too. But there is absolutely no concern for the patient if the same is having pain or discomfort. It is IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH staff or the Dr after hours, they also gave me a prescription which I am allergic to and I could have died If I didnt see its components before taking it. Also, they never, ever tried to contact me on regular business hours to see how I was doing or if I still needed help after spending the weekend in the ED.Please dont fall in their trap. There are better andote affordable and reliable dentist out there. This one is more interested in paying for her Bentley

He is very empathetic and understands me and explained more than any other dentist. He actually spent a lot of time giving me all the option. I would highly recommend him

Everyone was great. Including scheduling futureappointments. Planning preventative maintenance was discussed and very happyto follow up.

Be aware of this clinic and Dr. Oliveira. My mother went in for teeth cleaning and came out without a tooth. They informed her that she had a very small cavity and left her waiting for an hour. She was drugged with local anesthesia and misinformed or lied to about what was happening in her mouth. They proceeded to remove her entire tooth because she had no bone left. She now has a fake tooth in that is extremely uncomfortable and cannot afford a new tooth. Please never sign anything and get a second opinion!PS: all her staff is trained to charge for services that people do not need.

Had thousands of dollars worth of work done to my teeth just to find out two years later my mouth looks like a hack job. I had been a patient since I was about 13. I need thousands of dollars more in dental work to correct what they did. Dr. Oliveira is a scam artist

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, but not when its this one! The hygienists and front desk staff are all so amazing and sweet. If you are scared of the drilling and needles (as I am), they will make you feel as comfortable and at home as possible. I didnt feel the needle and they even gave me a blanket! Ive been to so many different offices but will be staying at this one for sure. They know what theyre doing and are nice about it too, thats hard to come by nowadays. Pompano Family Dental and the staff are great! :)

Pompano Family Dental is great! The staff is really friendly and efficient, the facility is impeccably clean, organized and modern. The dentist, Dr. Gisele Oliveira, is simply fantastic. She will take care of you in a very professional and sweet way. She will explain things clearly, answer your questions patiently and calm you down if you are afraid of needles. The prices are great and so is the financial planning.I have tried several dental offices in South Florida and so far this is the best.It is definitely worth the 45-minute drive from my house.I absolutely recommend this place!

My experience with this clinic was terrible. I went to the clinic to treat a tooth and everything went wrong. First of all the impression that I had was they did not find many things to do in my teeth, then they started to charge me things without necessities. First I was told that I could not do an ordinary tooth cleaning, it would have to be the deep one because I could lose my teeth in the future. Deep cleaning costs 480.00 and the common one costs 100.00. My teeth are not bad and my gums do not even bleed! Then the problem started when the doctor did a restoration on one of my front tooth. which cost me 450.00! two weeks later a very small piece of restoration broke. I returned to the clinic and instead of redoing the restoration without cost, they charged me another 450.00 for a new restoration. At the beginning of everything, the doctor advised me to make a porcelain crown because it would look more beautiful. I did not agree, so she said that it would be better to do it because I could lose my tooth in the future. She was simply trying to convince me to make the most expensive. I did not do it and when I returned to fix what they did they told me that they had warned me that the tooth could break. no! No one mentioned that! and as the restoration chipped a little, they simply had the opportunity to want me to pay for the porcelain and did not even make a cheaper price to solve what they had done previously. I felt robbed by them.

$900 to $1100 for a root canal plus $1058 for a crown.. Roughly a mortgage payment for 1 tooth. Dont waste your time. It took 4 emails in two days and a phone call to get a response back to my question on pricing. Youre better off going to Nova Dental

I have been going to Dr. Oliveiras office for a couple of years now and hands down best dental experience in the area, she offers specialists in her office and you dont need to be referred out for ortho services or implants. Everyone is very professional starting from the front desk to the hygienists. I have had a couple of treatments done and I couldnt be happier with the results. The only good about this place is the front desk staff. IF pain is what u like this dentist is for you! I came in w a swollen and infected tooth and didnt have insurance or enough money to cover the office visit but the lady insisted that well work w you. So I go in there and the dentist is so extremely rough w my painful infected swallon tooth! He was about to operate on it until he found out I didnt have any money and wanted a payment plan. He prescribed me antibiotics. Didnt even ask if I needed anything for pain. So I asked and he said nope cant do nothing for ya! So then there was no talk of a payment plan and told me to come back when I had the 500 bucks....they treated me like a second class citizen. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Horrible staff. Called as a new patient in pain early Monday morning. They took all my info and said they would call back.No call by late afternoon.. When I called back I was told that the only dentist in office was on vacation all week !! Could not make any appt for at least a week!! If they cant tell a new patient something simple as dentist is not in office this week....I would not trust them with anything more....

Drove from Orlando to get a crown and it was so worth it! Great staff, and I didnt feel any pain at all.
