Dr. Soble does not follow a Hippocratic Oath he follows a Profit Motive. Michael has been promoted to his level of incompetence. I would not reference him as a doctor but as an opportunistic businessman with bills to pay, and Cancer Treatment is a great source of income. If anyone recommends you to him, thats a red flag, beware.
