No e-mails answered, if the phone is actually answered, it sounds like they are high on the other end. Unprofessional to say the least! Will not recommend to anyone breathing or dead

Very UNPROFESSIONAL I have a family member in there talked to administrator to see if we can fix things on a RN and a cleaning lady who are staffed there concerning an incident on behalf of my family member he told me he didn’t want to hear me and hung up the phone very unprofessional and I will file a report with abuse of Missouri ! My family member says they tell her racial comments and make her upset telling her all these types of things I don’t find it appreciated AT ALL ! Family’s and family members I suggested to think about it TWICE once you put your family member in there !

If it were me I would definitely not be putting my relative in this facility. I only happened to go out there on another matter of business but it was after 10:30 at night and the doors werent even locked.there is no secure entry whatsoever. Theres a keypad but clearly it doesnt get used since the doors werent even locked. it is an extremely rundown facility and quite honestly I felt like I was walking into an asylum in a horror film. Everything in there was dark and dingy and not very comfortable looking for anyone. It is way to hospital likeand actually do any of the local hospitals look more comfortable than this place.

This the worst place i have lived in very few staff who care for and the ones that dont care only care about the money. The food is worse than prison food.

The staff do the best that they can do with what they are given. The hours are long and their pay is low BUT they keep coming back for the residents.I am impressed with their dedication. The facility its self could use a facelift and if the corporation would invest less in their personal vehicles and more into the building, Cedars of Liberty could be the showcase RCF in the state of Missouri.I would have enjoyed the pool for physical therapy had it been operating. There is enough space for developing single therapy studios that will probably never come to fruition during my stay here and the loss of possibilities makes me wish that the corporation would have done more. However, I have enjoyed the embrace and support of the LIMAS and will ALWAYS MISS THEM when I leave Cedars.Life is what you make it and I have discovered that if you reach out at Cedars..someone is always reaching back and that is what I shall most fondly recall. The staff that did the most for the least will be my most favorite memory.Sincerely,Kathie Jo Elliott

Horrible place for many reasons. My mother ended up in the hospital with an infection because their wound care wasn’t adequate. They released my mother’s medical info (med list and all) to my aunt without asking who she was or for ID or anything and also let multiple people in her room without asking for iD. Then the icing on the cake when we went to move her out a bunch of her stuff was missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
