I love my massage chair I purchased at Hitrons. I found them online & liked that this was their specialty & not a random chair in a huge store of random items. They had a large selection & knew their products very well. My friend & I made an appt to view the chairs. They didn’t rush us or push us at all. They simply asked us what our reasons were for wanting a chair, what we wished to work, & let us try multiple chairs. The chairs sold themselves!I had wanted our chair for Father’s Day but was shopping late. I had also wanted my daughter to see the chairs. Hitrons not only met my daughter on a Sunday to let her experience the chairs the same way I did but they went out of their way to get it to us for Father’s Day. They were extremely accommodating. I found this especially nice at a time in our lives when it’s pretty hard to get anything timely.Now we have had our chair for a couple months & I don’t think I could live without it! It really relaxes me & I still love using all the different auto programs depending on what I want to work that day. I exercise a lot & find this chair very beneficial. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Hitrons.

The Best Cruise I Never Took!Before COVID isolation, my wife and I would book a cruise every other year. Since travel was out of the question, and our body aches and pains were on the increase (we’re in our mid 50’s & early 60’s) we started investigating ideas for IN-HOME LUXURY. We ARE SO GLAD WE FOUND HITRON’S in Lexington, MA! I consider their showroom team (Wejung and Yun) and part-owner (James) to be our Personal Body Comfort Concierge. Patient, kind, knowledgeable .. and did I say patient? My wife and I made multiple visits, both as a couple and as individuals, we studied and test drove their exceptional range of chairs. Throughout the process, they treated us like family. They encouraged us to “think of their showroom as our living room. .. because when you purchase one of these machines you’re going to use it every day.” And that’s the truth. I’ve waited this long (7 months) to write my review because I want everyone to know these machines perform .. with precision, subtly and power everday! Our Bodyfriend Pharoah 2 is absolutely amazing. My wife says I’m neurotic about details, but I met my match at Hitron! They study the details even more. Because they want to ensure every customer gets what fits their body size, shape and needs. I can’t endorse this team more strongly. Let them become your Personal Comfort Concierge. One last comment: when I return from a European cruise, I share the videos, photos and stories. But with our 2020 Hitron’s Cruise (our Pharoah 2) instead of telling stories and showing pictures, I invite my kids and neighbors to test drive the comfort for themselves. What a wonderful shopping experience! If youre thinking about getting a massage chair, I highly recommend Hitrons. Were certainly glad we went there and tried the chairs before purchasing, since body shape and personal comfort preferences factor heavily into choosing the right model.With the stores Covid-19 policies, you have to make an appointment to view and experience the massage chairs. This meant we had the whole store to ourselves, which is quite nice especially during a pandemic, and we were able to check out a wide variety of chairs.The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They spent a lot of time making sure that everything was safe and clean; that we were comfortable using the chairs; and that we got the most out of their features. We especially appreciated that there was absolutely no time or sales pressure from the staff. If anything, they were a bit surprised we didnt want to have longer massages from each model.Delivery was also very well done. They carefully delivered and quickly assembled the chair before walking us through proper use of the chair. Special thanks to Hyejung for her communication and assistance.

Amazing service and product!!! Facing unknow Covid 19 situation, we are lucky to have the additional Dimchae Kimchi refrigerator with huge freezer space and air cleaner (included for free).
