Great place, very professional, and quick! I will def be back in the near future for more work if needed. Very affordable for someone with no insurance.

My first visit at Kintegra Family Dentistry in Lexington, NC was top-notch. The reception area was pleasant and the staff helpful. Dental Hygenist, Brooke, was thorough and friendly. Dr. Works was instructive and professional. Very good experience.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted and then taken back to a room within five minutes. The hygienist was great and bubbly. Dr. Works was spot on and thorough. The front desk staff were kind and helpful as well.

I have never been a fan of dentistry, not against the dentists. But this was the best experience I’ve ever had, they waited to make sure I was numb. That alone made me return, than I had a cleaning, something I’ve never enjoyed! Brooke was fantastic, I am so very pleased with all of them! I can’t ever see me going anywhere else. Thank you Kintegra, you are truly dedicated to us.

First off my son had a cavity and said he needed a tooth removed and scheduled surgery without my approval. then I tried calling the dentist office several times and kept saying I was next person in line, the line ended up hanging up on me. Then they scared my son to death to the point he was scared to eat. And on top of all that they told me I was a bad mother for even allowing his mouth to be that way!! I’m sorry my son will never go there ever again! First visit we waited over an hour then got into the room waited 30 more minutes....

I am treated with the up most respect. They are caring and patient people that I honestly cant say enough good things about. Seriously, you should rethink your dentistry plans and consider these caring individuals. If you are low income, there is hope here without paying a fortune to the insurance company. Dentists shouldnt be about bright lights and extravaganza it should be about getting the job done safely and here it is!

Had a great experience for my first visit with my children. The doctor is very attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns. The front desk ladies are very nice and professional! Will definitely be recommending Dr. Works to my friends and family. Best dentist experience yet!!

I had an appointment at 1 on March 16. I went in there at 12:48 they were on a meeting and I asked if they were open she said they were. I told her I would just come back when they were finished with their meeting. I went outside and waited in my car. I didnt see any of their staff coming out of the meeting I called at 1:10 to ask if their meeting was over. The receptionist told me I was technically late to my appointment and that it was cancelled. She said she was going to put me back on the waiting list I was on their waiting list for approximately 6 months before they called me to my last appointment. When I went in there they never mentioned that they were on regular schedule regardless of the meeting. All that time waiting in my car and me having to take my son to a babysitter for nothing.

These people are amazing! My 5 year old just had a tooth exstracted. I was really nervous but he done great. Dr works is amazing with children and truly cares about them. My son is a special case as he has kidney problems but she was still able to help him. He loves them and is not afraid to go to see Dr works even after a tooth extraction. I highly recommend them for children.

The dental assistant was nice and helpful but the dentist seemed to be too busy to care about my care and pain I have been experiencing for weeks. I’m supposed to get married in two weeks and this dentist has not provided me with any relief, and I’ve been on heavy antibiotics for over two weeks. I’ve called three times today, was supposed to get a call back hours ago and then I had to leave numerous messages as their receptionist was busy. Still haven’t heard anything back from this dentist. A patient has the right to have their pain treated seriously and accurately. This is not the case with this office. I had to wait an extra 15 minds just to get my antibiotics after my appointment. If you’re in pain I would not recommend this office as you will leave in more pain than you arrived and the dentist will not care about your pain level, she will dismiss it as it’s not her problem. I think this needs to be reported

Dr. Stofford is the best. If you need a tooth pull you won’t feel a thing. She’s always smiling and she really cares about you. I have never been treated better by any dentist than I have here.

First time with my kids and my wife and i are still in WOW about the whole visit. Dr. Works is super cool and very informational i recommend anyone with kids to come here.. office is clean and everyone is super nice!!

Was a few minutes late for traffic. Told me they was currently behind and couldn’t see my child today attempted to call and let them know there was a wreck on Main Street the staff was all great except the receptionist who seemed like she cared about nothing more than leaving at her 5pm shift ..

The dentist was awesome !! She kept making sure i was ok she was very sweet very patient explained everything to me she stayed with me the whole procedure !! Other dentist would leave me and come back not her thank God bc i hated being left every couple minutes by other dentist . I found ny new dentist will be taking my daughter to her as well !!
