I would never in a million years return to this business. For it to be a place to help patients with mental illness, it has a strong way of adding more stress to your plate. I had 3 emergency surgeries last year& the day of the first one I was supposed to have a counseling appointment with Hayley. I called and called to cancel my appointment as I was in the ER and no one answered. I even sent an email to let her know what was going on. Time goes on and I try to schedule numerous appointments with no confirmation response from my counselor. After that I just decided to stop going to this business for my counseling needs and call it done at that. 4 months go by and I get a email stating I owe $195 in no show fees for appointments I never had. I tried emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails for this business to discuss this bill but nobody ever returned my call. I ended up having to get my bank involved and they fixed the situation. They are now investigating this business for fraud. I would advise steering clear unless you’d like for it to be impossible to make an appointment and be charged for things that never happened.

Beth has helped me through a very difficult time in my life. She really listens and understands what Im dealing with, helping me to deal with and accept the things that have come my way. Very good therapist!
