I have nothing but great things to say about Vital Chiropractic! I came in for an assessment due to suffering from back and hip pain after pregnancy. I tried physical therapy, but it was very time consuming and didn’t help much. I was amazed that the assessment scan at Vital showed exactly where my pain was (notice I said WAS :) )I got my first adjustment by Dr Joe and felt immediate relief. I didn’t realize just how bad the pain was or how much it affected me in my daily life until it was gone! After just a few treatments, my pain is virtually gone. They use a tool that is painless and does quick and precise adjustments- I believe it’s the only tool approved by the FDA. It works wonders as I can now move around with ease and sleep comfortably. It’s a miracle to not be living with constant pain.Dr Joe and Dr Sam are extremely friendly and kind people, as are their entire staff. They are all very knowledgeable and so helpful. Visits are quick and easy, even with bringing a toddler along! Also, the appointment scheduler the practice uses makes it SO easy to make and switch appointments. I highly recommend getting treatments here!

Staff is friendly. Felt like I was at a time share presentation. Arrived before 5 and went through a ream of paperwork. Sat there in extreme pain waiting for them to get on with It. Oh .. no treatment today. I finally excused myself as politely as possible after they started talking about a year long commitment. Discount for paying full year up front or can pay monthly. An hour of my life that I can’t get back.

Great office! Dr. Joe does a great job answering questions and educating you on what the adjustments mean. Super friendly and helpful staff up front. The scheduling app is also easy to use and has come in handy to change appointments when needed.

Theres not enough kind words for this office! Everyone from the doctors to the front staff are incredible and always smiling. They use an app that makes scheduling very easy and convenient. Two stars for a lovely staff and a relatively decent deal on x-rays.Thoroughly unimpressed with their business model which is much like a pyramid scam. Definitely feel like my time was wasted. Doctor will not see you or adjust you unless you agree to a ridiculously expensive and time consuming treatment plan after being forced to sit through a redundant presentation which can only be done on one particular night of the week (this is where you can get a copy of your x-rays, so you have to go through the presentation first). There is a fair amount of sales pressure as well. This is in poor taste and is bad business as well as borderline unethical. I hope they will change their model.

Dr. Joe, Dr. Sam, and the entire staff are sincerely committed to providing the best service for their practice partners. Im receiving excellent care, and can tell when I miss an appointment or two! In addition to chiropractic care, they offer information about essential oils and weekly yoga classes. Their office hours are very convenient, as they are open after 5 PM. Im glad I decided to become one of their practice partners!

I am a 63 year old nurse who has a bulging disk from pulling and lifting patients for years. When I finally went to Vital Chiropractic I could barely walk and had pain in my leg and hip constantly. I was not sleeping , it was interfering with my daily living. My fear was that I would not be able to walk and would have to quit work. Working is my life; love it. I could tell a difference within a month, my hip no longer was painful. As a nurse I knew it would take time to adjust the bones after years of abuse. After six months the pain in my leg was gone. Drs Joe and Sam are awesome. They are caring and all that, but even more important, they are upfront. They tell you what to expect, they dont make you sign a crazy contract with no idea of what is coming or what your costs will be. They also use a tool instead of the old school, cracking method. Its great for those who have huge anxiety about their neck or back cracking!

From the beginning I felt comfortable with Dr. Sam and Dr. Joe. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Bethany always welcomes me by name! They explain everything and after only a couple of weeks I notice a difference in how I feel. I am sleeping better, and snoring less. Prior to visiting I could not raise my arm shoulder height due to osteoarthritis. I have experienced increased mobility and less pain. I am excited to see how things progress.

The rescheduling method they have in place is awesome. No hassle if you have to change your appt time.Staff is great and very friendly. If you have not visited Vital chiropractic, then you are doing you body a disservice. I must admit that I was skeptical in he beginning especially in the way that they go about correcting your back but after a couple months of treatment, I must say it has been the best decision that I have made. I came in with severe sciatica nerve problems that cause me to lose sleep and even ended a pro basketball season of mine early. I am happy to report that, I hardly can feel anything at this point and I am not able to sleep on my stomach and back again without any issues. The customer service is even BETTER! Dr. Joe and his staff make you feel like family and even ask about my children and wife when I come in. Appointments dont last longer than 10-15 minutes. I can go on and on about them. I just want them to know how much I appreciate what they are doing for me. Thank you!

We won free lunch from Hudsons by dropping a business card in the bowl. Dr. Joe came in with BBQ sandwiches and a nice 30 minute presentation. He offered an initial assessment appointment for $20 (non-refundable, of course). But when you go in, they want to know all about who you know that might be a candidate for an assessment. Then after the eval, you are then REQUIRED to attend a 90 minute seminar (in the evening on Tue or Thurs) before treatment can be done. What? Why?!If youre looking to be treated for a condition or ailment, go anywhere else.If you are looking to feel misled, manipulated and then have that feeling topped off with enormous sales pressure, this is your place!

I have been going to them for 2 years now. My hip pain is gone. My upper back issues have been kept in check with my week adjustments. Sitting at a desk all day working on a computer is not very conducive to good spine health. My weekly adjustments have allowed me to get off my pain medications for that issue. The staff is wonderful and friendly, could not have asked for nicer people. They truly care about your spine health and your overall well-being. Thanks Joe, Sam & Bethany.
