Receptionist great customer service doctor was very attentive to my needs. Very thorough in explaining the therapy. First of all, I love the whole concept. Go in, your records pop up. Wait, at the most, 15 minutes, usually only 5 or 10 minutes. Then you are out of there 10 minutes later. The staff is helpful, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and skillful

I love The Joint and their wellness plan. I can go for maintenance as well as when I’m having an issue and I don’t worry about breaking the bank. I love the fact that they have a monthly calendar so I can see which location my favorite doctors are working. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional and the doctors are always knowledgeable. Their different locations make it easy to go regardless of whether I am at the office, working from home or out running errands.

Walked in slunched over and hardly able to walk from sciatic pain. Dr. T was very professional and Im so happy I was able to get an adjustment on my first visit. I’ve been having back pain for 2 weeks now.The joint chiropractic closes at 7pm. I drove all the way from west Columbia to come here to have my back adjusted. When I arrive, I arrive at 6:02pm, I walk inside to be seen and the lady at the front desk says “I’m so sorry we stop taking new patients at 6pm.” NOWHERE on the website does it say, “We do not take new patients after 6pm.” Thanks a lot joint chiropractic! I will not be coming back nor will you get any recommendations from me.

I have been a firefighter and police officer for over 25 years. My back and knees given me trouble for as long as I can remember from the equipment that I’ve had to carry. After only my second visit I am starting to feel looser and more relaxed. The visit takes about 10 minutes but makes a big difference!

Horrible.... if they know your not signing up for the monthly treatment plan they refuse you service or find a reason To refer you to ER... my husband ask for a simple adjustment and was told he needed to go to ER and get X-ray..... had they “thought” they had a chance of us signing up for a treatment plan they would have seen him... I had my first visit on Thursday and my second visit was today. Both times were wonderful. I’m feeling so much better, although a bit sore(to be expected) Both Drs were great! Dr Touchet took the time to show me some braces and compression bands to wear for my hands and wrists. My orthopedic doctor didn’t even take the time to do that. I would highly recommend!

I messed my neck up somehow and it was giving my headaches off and on along with some other issues. Someone recommended The Joint and so glad I tried them out today. The Dr. was very friendly and made the experience very pleasant. He was able to adjust my neck from an apparent jam. I felt immediate relief and was able to fully turn my head again. I am constantly on the go and do not have time available for long visits. I was not expecting to be in and out, especially as a first time patient. I have already recommended them to coworkers. Canceled my membership after not having time to get my moneys worth. $59 x 2 for my wife. They charged $118 a month for six months after cancellation. I went in a few weeks ago and cleared everything up, then just checked my account, and they charged me again. So, I’ll be paying a visit when they reopen for the week......... they’re like A fast food chain of chiropractors. You get what you pay for!

I wouldn’t even give this place a full star. Terrible experience. Went for the first time ever. No privacy whatsoever and they just try and rush you out as fast as possible. Made my back worse than it already was. Have to go see a real doctor Now. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. It’s a joke. They just want want your money and try and push there monthly memberships.

When I went to see the chiropractor I thought this place would be great since it is a chain. Wrong. They did not take any x-ray on my first and last visit. They did not offer any therapy. When I told the doctor I had fractured disc in my back, his response was you been adjusted before. Then he tried to sell me on a plan. The part my vist was the best was the lady working the front she was very nice.

I am able to pick up lunch (vegetarian), run by The Joint for adjustments, and still have time to eat my lunch once I get back to work all on my lunch hour! Theres very little wait. Ive had debilitating back problems for about 5 years. They come out of nowhere sometimes, or Ill lift something the wrong way, and they reappear. When my back goes out, I can barely walk, and lifting anything is out of the question. My family doctor diagnosed it as a pulled muscle, each time, gave me pain killers, and told me to rest for 3-5 days. I found The Joint, several months ago. Dr Touchet found the problem, and lined me up. I go back at least once every 2 weeks to stay lined up. Ive had minimal issues since the initial consultation. Going to The Joint has, in every sense, changed my quality of life!

This is a fantastic chiropractic care facility. I work strance hours and I love walking in without an appointment. They are open on Saturday so no hurting through the weekend. The doctor is very caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it!

I had never been to a Chiroprator before. Woke up one morning and couldn’t move, back and right leg were killing me. Went to urgent care and they gave me pain pills and sent me on my way. While driving home I saw this place with a sign that showed a special for $29. I figured what the hell it won’t be the first money you wasted.After the visit I was extremely impressed. Pain immediately went away. Dr. Touchet told me to come back in a few days that it would take a few adjustments to get it to stay in place. Sure enough by the weeks end I was getting sore again. Walked in, and a few minutes later he had me pain free again.Thank you very much for your help.

So far, we’ve had good experiences with Dr. Touché, Dr. Singleton and Dr. Voelkert. Each individually bringing their own evaluation skills and treatment. I like having multiple sets of eyes evaluating me. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be nice to get on the website and find out who is working on the schedule so that I can make adjustments accordingly.

All the chiropractors Ive encountered are wonderful and knowledgeable using different techniques. I love the weekend availability and have (highly) recommended this location to my friends and co-workers.

As long as Touchet or the other big guy is there, I get awesome adjustments, but twice I have been there and adjusted by females, and both of them did a lousy job. Today was a new female that was a total waste of time. Ive decided that from now on, I will call and find out which chiropractor is on duty before I go in.

Ive been to plenty of chiropractors and this is convenient and inexpensive, so far so good ..my only concern is being locked in a membership I dont care to be in.I find the practice of membership to be rather dated.
