Checked wait time online. Showed up and only a bit longer. Got a great scissor cut. Not rushed, took the time needed.

The stylist that cut my hair (girl with purple hair) needs more practice before cutting hair on actual people. When you only spend 5 mins and then say its all done is a joke. She needs to work on her blending skills first and foremost. One of the worst hair cuts Ive ever had. Will not be returning. Save time and disappointment and go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this place for years. Their haircuts have been mostly fine. But the last two times they put me with a very inexperienced person, where even the manager had to come over and take over. Then the manager didn’t listen to what I wanted, criticized me for being harsh with her employee (can’t a customer be frustrated?) and proceeded to give me nearly a buzz cut. Unless you have a stylist you like and trust here, I’d avoid this particular place. I certainly will from now on. They have lost me as a customer.

Im kind of middle of the road here.. I had a great experience with my son, who cut his own hair at home and needed it fixed by a professional. Staff was great with him, and he came home looking MUCH better.Looking to get my own hair cut here, made a reservation and showed up only to be told it would be a 15 minute wait because my gal had taken a walk-in at the same time, and was going to do her first. Literally, the walk-in was standing in front of me at the desk, not started yet. Ummm.. I guess Im just not sure why you would do that? Why wouldnt the walk-in be asked to wait instead of the one who called ahead? Whats the purpose of a reservation if a walk-in gets to take your spot? The second gal tried to explain that it was a reservation and not an appointment, also not sure how that explains it any better. Anyway, just a bummer. I make a reservation so I can get in and get out, not spend an extra 15 minutes waiting inside an enclosed space, or standing outside in the freezing rain.Ill definitely try again, and hope for a better experience.Edited- I did go back the next day and got right in at my appointment time! Bumped my review to 4-stars.

Have to make same day appointment. Went smoothly and the stylist was patient and friendly.

I wanted to let everyone know my experience there. I’ve been going there for two years and heather my super cuts hair person does an amazing job every single time. She makes me look good despite letting my hair get out of control she always brings it back to form and style. I love super cuts and will always recommend to anyone to go see heather she does A1 service and i will continue to go see her whenever I’m in need of a haircut.

This place actually shaved off my hair all if it! This place is actually the WORST!! I told them to cut is short not to shave my whole head off DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!

This place is cheap and cheerful. I have brought my girls here for 2 years now and we always have a good cut and a good experience. I never come here without an appointment as they get millions of walk ins. Call ahead the same day.

Generally not crowded, fast service, convenient location and good haircut (mine is simple machine cut)

Ive been to Supercuts myself and have brought my kids there several times. They receive great hair cuts, the stylists and lovely and talented and we never wait long (because we call ahead!) I highly recommend using Supercuts in Lexington. Easy and affordable!

Heather and a few other stylists here are awesome, always smiling and welcoming. The call ahead process can be a little better, I always end up waiting 10+ minutes even when I have no one waiting when I get there.

Probably one of the worst haircuts i’ve ever gotten. lady DIDN’T listen to me! i said i only wanted a little trip and she nearly shaved all of my hair off!!! seems to me like they don’t care at all about what you want.

Called in earlier but they did not take my name down for the proposed slot. Walked in and they did not even accept fault and kept justifying their position. Still Waited to get the hair cut done but it was towards the shop closing time. And it was a hair cut done just to get it over with so they could close the store. Very poor. Not going there again.

Terrible! I wear my hair long and get my hair cut about an inch every 6 weeks or so. Wherever I get it cut, it is NEVER a problem. Do they go a quarter of an inch too far once in a while. Sure. Big deal. This place cut my hair 2.5 inches when I asked for 1 inch at the very most. Plus cut it in a style that was NEVER discussed. Plus the person cutting it lied and insisted I never gave him any guidance when I sat down. What a lie! How insulting! Other employees came over and blamed me and tried to convince me they cut just 1/2 inch off. When I went in my hair was covering my ears completely. When I walked out it looked like some kind of buzzcut/mohawk combination. Plus my girlfriend tells me it is very badly cut and uneven. I wear a hat everywhere now! They dont listen to the customer then they blame the customer. Dont waste your sanity on this place.I wont go to any other Supercuts now either. Why? Because while the quality of an actual haircut can vary from place to place, what was more disturbing was the way they handled it. Those kinds of staff/training issues tend to be corporate wide in my opinion. That is my experience.

Always a great cut. Always a jice and personable stylist. What more could you ask for. I have been a customer here since they ipened and even though there are a lot of new faces all the women are really great.

The person who took care of me did a pretty bad job. What I found most unpleasant was that she didnt even try. After I confirmed with others that the haircut was indeed quite bad, I went back and asked nicely if they could fix it. They were somewhat dismissive and claimed it wasnt possible to fix. So I ended up going to another place.

What a horrible experience. I called an hour before, the girl didnt asked my name. I reached 45 minutes before time and gave my name. She said it will be 45 minutes but even after my turn she kept taking the walk-in. When I asked why my number is not coming she said because you didnt gave the name. It is your job to ask for the name. I would never go there. I go to Supercuts at Waltham and they are nice.

Out of all the Supercuts in the area, this one is the best, but its also the busiest. So if you show up at a peak time, expect a long wait which even calling ahead wont necessarily save you from.

Please learn to cut and style please .... discussed with my hair and the amount I had to pay ... doing Groupon next time ... cheaper

Very disappointing. I went in to get an angled blunt haircut and i was very clear with the hairdresser. she cut it too far up and it was not angled at all it was a bob. I went back to get it fixed and again the hairdresser didnt listen she cut it so far up and it was completely uneven. Im very upset. If you are looking for anything more than a trim do not go here they dont listen and they will make your hair uneven.
