Angelique had a good personality but she recommended a nail style after I told what I wanted charged me $155 for a full set and a pedicure that lasted a few days. It seemed like it wasnt enough glue on my tips because all the nails just started to fall off so easy. Overall good personality terrible quality. The photo is before. Looks great but all came off within 3-5 days.

This was my first time using her. I just wanted a manicure with gel. My 7 yr old niece can paint nails better than she can. Part of my nail didnt even have paint on them. She got mad when I asked her to remove it and put clear on them. She finally did a shoddy job of removing it but refused to put clear on them. She said I was being ridiculous. I had to go home and fix my nails. Needless to say, I will neve go back again. No wonder there was only one person in there when I went in.

Very friendly but not good at all, rushed through my nails they look horrible & there is only one person in there doing nails while the other 2 just chill because they don’t know how to do nails. I won’t be back

The staff is very nice and friendly, but the quality of their work doesn’t compensate the price. The wait time is long. I have come to this establishment just a few times and I had to wait a long time and I wasn’t satisfied with the work. I didn’t complain because the staff is very nice, but I don’t really recommend it.

The lady was very welcoming however she done a sorry job on basic sns for $45 which was over priced for the service I received if it was good service I wouldnt complain about price. The sns is very thick and she didnt file down by cuticle to make it thinner she never buffed my nails. Part of my nails are smooth and shiny and the edges are rough and dry looking from where she half polished I dont like it and Im disputing with my bank

This was our second stop in trying to find a local nail salon. We walked in and it felt like 100 degrees because the a/c was broken (I understand it happens) the male employee quickly addressed us and told my mom and I it would be about 15 minute wait to get manicures becuz he was waiting on another employee. She showed up and was more concerned with her cell phone than customer service! She was on her cell phone then took my old polish off then picked up her phone again to send a lengthy text message! While doing my manicure she accepted a cell phone call. Totally ridiculous. Im paying for you time and attention. I believe she was the owner. When she started my moms nails she was again rude on sending a lengthy text or looking at her phone so my mom said do you have time to do my nails? She never looked at it again but was rough and rushed through our $15 manicure. Thats high for a manicure. I will NEVER come back here

I was the first person at the place before opening time. So they got right on it.a yad bit pricey for the work but good environment away from the kids.

My friend and I were traveling from Richmond to Florida and had to make a pit stop to get two full sets done and they came out fabulous!

Got my nails done wanting SNS in ombré & added tips to my nails for some length. I went to get my nails done cause I get off from work late & they were the only nail salon opened late. The women charged me $95 for my nails which was way over priced. Never going back! I always get SNS in ombré adding tips & only pay $45 + tax at the salon I normally go to never $95 that’s just ridiculous!

This was my first time going to QT nails. I went to get a pedicure and sns full set . They did not ask what kind of pedicure I wanted which was ok . I got my nails sns French tip and they looked beautiful . The only complaint i have was that she wasn’t very social and charged me $100 for a pedicure and sns French tip . I even gave a tip but i think that is extremely expensive for what i got .

Got there at 5:45 pm like at 6:10 I was told that the wait time would be about 2 hrs.I was assured that the service would be normal, no rush or shorted in any way... Left the place like 9 pm...I got maybe 20 minutes pedi and 20 minutes Mani... and now that Im checking my nails.. the girl must to forgot to apply the shiny stuff...Price was the same, no discount, no shorted price...?? I guess Im not going back... The only reason I waited was because I had an event right after work the next day and wouldnt have time to do my nails... otherwise... Sorry QT Nails... Lost a nice customer...

I love this place, it’s really close to my house & Job!The owner yes she does have a habit of rushing, but I would recommend her daughter to do your nails. She’s so sweet & takes her time! She also talks to you like a actual human. Which is nice.I’m past over due for another sns session!They’re suppose to last two weeks, well her work can last over three. Which is great!I usually go in on Mondays, (since I’m always off on mondays too!)It’s a slow day & they take they’re time & try to get to know you. & I love that in a service. 💗 10/10 my nails are real & the longest they’ve ever been!

They take their time with you and try to get to know you while theyre working on your nails. I love them. This is the best place Ive gone to. And Ive experienced all the others in Lexington.

Angelique is the absolute best! She is so fast and so good, whether its a pedicure, manicure, gel set, fill ins, eye brows, whatever, shes an expert. And the price is right.

I got filling and french tips and I was charged 40.00 for it. I feel they riped me off cause I paid that much for my full set with a french tip. I will never go back there and I will make sure to tell people not go there

Business hours for Sunday are listed as open until 5. My wife has attempted to go there on two separate occasions and both times they were closed. Dont waste your time.

I asked for a manicure and SNS powder. The tech never smiled the whole visit. She cut my cuticle. I had to show her on all 10 nails that she had missed putting powder on all of the left sides of my nails. The bill was $45. That will be the first and the last visit and the last penny from me. Very disappointed. I do like the SNS though. I will get it done again but somewhere else where they know what they are doing. I RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO Later that night my nails started feeling really rough. She only put one coat of top coat on my nails. I had to top coat them with a really good top coat to get them shiny and smooth. Terrible way to do business. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in at 5:30 and was the only customer. We live and learn. I now do my own SNS powder nails at home.

Angelique, the owner, was very nice and did an excellent pedicure for me. It was warm in there so she set a fan in front of me. That was very considerate.

I went here only because my regular nail salon was backed up, needless to say it was a disaster! I do sns with the tip. The man was very nice but filed the entire nail down to my real nail. I told him that wasn’t what I wanted. I then was made move over to the lady, I believe she was the owner (him and her both) she continued to do what I told her not to do! I do the white dip on the tips, she left powder all over the pinky nail , when I asked her why the nail still had powder all over it she said that it happens when the dip flies around ***what?!! Like why didn’t you fix it then? She should have dusted the nail off before the polish. I’m so disappointed, not to mention I was charged 40 bucks for this. My normal salon charges 25! I was mortified when I left. There was nail polish all over my fingers up to my wrist, I don’t know how she managed to get it that far up! I will never never never go to this place again, absolute horrible experience. They have a sign clearly hanging that says no refunds, I’m sure they get asked frequently for a refund if this is how they treat their clients! In all they were nice people but horrible work and very rushed! Extremely disappointed and I literally just threw my money out the window. My normal salon is opening early in the morning for me to have them fixed before work! Thank goodness because my nails are a wreak!

Everytime I go they’re always so friendly and talkative, which I like. They always do a good job on my nails as well. HOWEVER!!!! I noticed that each time I go I’m charged a different price depending on who does my nails. Whenever the sister does my nails she charges me around $35 each time, no matter what I get. It doesn’t matter if I get a full set or just a fill in - it’s always around $35. DESPITE the fact they sometimes have a banner hanging outside the store stating that gel fill-ins are $25!!! Now mind you I usually only get ONE color and either rounded square (depending on if my nails are short) or coffin shape if they’re longer. Like I said, it doesn’t matter what I get, she always charges me around $35. So whenever the brother does my nails he only charges me $25 if I get a fill-in or like $30 (I think) if I do a full set. He actually honors the posted price, which I really appreciate. And it doesn’t matter what shape or how many colors I get - he always honors the posted price. So I went in today to get a fill-in and the sister did my nails. I got 3 colors and coffin shape, she charged me $35. I asked her as I was checking out why I’m always charged a different price everytime I come in and she says “well it depends on how many colors you get and the shape you get.” I knew that was b.s. because, as I stated earlier, I usually only get ONE color and my nails are already usually in the coffin shape so it’s not like she has to do anything extra to them. I didn’t argue. I just paid, thanked her, and went on my merry way, knowing full well I was going to write a review when I got the chance. I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back. I’m not a fan of unfair pricing.

I went there two days ago because I had went about a year or two and they done great . I haven’t had my nails done in a long time so my fiancé gave me some money and told me to treat myself . The service was great and the man was so funny lol . But the more I think about it I think I got ripped off , I got acrylic with gel polish and a design on two nails and was charged 50 dollars and now that I’m reading the reviews I’m thinking to myself that I got ripped off , I must have paid 40 for my nails and 10 for the design . That’s a bit pricy in my book . I even gave a 5 dollar tip not thinking about the price right then , and the more I look at the nails they really aren’t done that great . I don’t think I’ll be back .

They charged me $50 was SNS and wax, the sign said SNS were $25 and wax is $12! Then one week later my nail broke when it shouldn’t have! This is the 2nd time they’ve overcharged me for crappy service and horrible quality! Save yourself money and go to a better salon!! They stay on their phones the whole time too

Over priced, poor quality and service. Went in for shellac polish and manicure, $35 or they said $20 for shellac polish only. It started peeling and chipping off within 2 days. Upon arriving I noticed they did not have any clients and there was a sign that read...sorry, no refunds will be given. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
