Rosa was amazing! She is a true expert in her field. Extremely thorough with my nails, absolute perfection. She gave me a beautiful almond shaped dipped nails. Although not my first service with Diva but my first with Rosa. As I obsess over my nails, I am also reminded of Rosas bright smile as she worked on my nails. A true professional! I will be back.

Ive tried A LOT of different places but I have to say this place is the BEST nail salon Ive ever been to! The people all the way to their service is EXCELLENT! I think everyone there does amazing work.

I’ve been here three times now, absolutely love having Rosa, she does great nails. i’ve also had my toes done and they were great. but i got my nails done today but a man, not sure the name. i came in and asked for a fill, got seated and the man started. i had almond shape and asked to change to coffin. i asked for a smiley face and it’s awful as well. bad experience for this go around

My nail technician was really polite and efficient. She quickly buffed and trimmed my nails. I have never had a pedicure but I enjoyed it. Definitely excited to visit again.

I absolutely love this place, I moved to South Carolina a couple months ago and I found my nail place! They are reasonable priced and have a clean and great environment. They are amazing. Rosa, Hannia and Chelsea are amazing, lovely ladies.

First of all the only complaint is communication. If you have appointments before your establishment opens up and you have walk in clients, communicate that you have appointments FIRST and that there will be a WAIT. I had no problem waiting but I wasnt acknowledged until 30 minutes later. Then to be told that there was another 15 minute wait before I was able to be serviced. If someone would have just said that when I was signing in I could have ran errands and came back. You have to communicate with the clients. Appointments shouldnt mean walk in clients have to wait for an extended period of time. Let them know before they sign in and give them a choice to sign in and wait or choose another establishment.

Booked appointment for a full set 10 am on a Sunday morning. Ben greeted me at the door and seated me. I have had my nails done many times, but since moving here 3 years ago, I have not found a salon I was happy with. Ben was amazing. He did exactly as I requested, was so kind and he conversed with me through out my whole service. So many times we go to nail salons and feel awkward without communication. Ben took his time. Was a perfectionist in my request and made me laugh. I have found a new nail salon and new professional. Thank you so much Ben! I will be back!

I was looking for a place to get acrylics and found this place. I was looking through their page and came across this design, Ive never done any designs before until today. It came out beautiful, I really loved them!

I worked with a delightful woman who was very attentive to detail with both cuticle care and prepping as well as painting my gel nails. It was great considering her great work.

I have always had an excellent experience at this salon. The staff is very personable and take time and care with the service they are doing. Today I had a great pedicure with Coco as she was very professional and did an excellent job.

I have been going to Ben for years, and to Diva Nails since they first opened, and I would never go anywhere else! Diva has a true spa like atmosphere and is always clean and well-kept. Rosa and her staff are amazing! They have a huge selection of high quality nail polishes and powder - I can always find a shade to suit my mood. I highly recommend their organic fill - my nails have never looked better or been healthier!

I went their a week and half ago to get a pedicure, had to wait an hour in cold water before getting pedicure. While getting pedicure technician did not know what she was doing at all , even ruined my anklet bracelet. My nail polish (gel) came completely off my toe while still in the chair and same tech had to repaint them. Now today at 5:08am 4 of my toes have no polish because the polish has completely peeled off.

Anna at Diva nails was absolutely amazing. I have never been so in love with my nails before ❤️ First time visiting and I enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone working there. Very clean. Especially with all the nasty viruses going around, I was super pleased to see them cleaning with Lysol 🤩

I had an appointment and didn’t start my set until almost 45 minutes later, i’ve had my full set on for a about a week and they’re literally PEELING off, i don’t have a pointer or thumb nail acrylic and i have a huge bruise on my thumb. i don’t recommend AT ALL.

Just went here for the first time and theyre amazing. The guy who did my fill in did a great job. I love the calming music and over all environment. I also had my 2 small children with me and they were very patient. I also love that this place is 2 mins away from my house! I definitely will be returning.

Quick stop for a pedicure, they are located on Augusta Hwy in the parking with Lowes food. By the way, I love me some Lowes Food!! They were busy when I visited, I waited maybe 15min for service. Customers service was great and the salon was clean, everyone was wearing mask. The pedicure bowels all had individual plastic throw away covers. My nail tech was fast, friendly and helped me decide on a color for my service. Pricing was fair, all the nail shops are charging about the same in this area. I dont really like small kids in a nail salons unless they are receiving service. There were kids touching and not really social distancing. Parenting is essential....I have a grown daughter that went everywhere with me when she was small, so I get it.I would use them again in the future. I do recommend Diva Nails if you are in the area.Useful 4 Cool 4

I visited this nail salon yesterday. I purposely went when I thought it would be slow: around 4:30 on a Wednesday. It was very quiet. I decided on acrylic nails with gel polish. I had been taking time off from acrylics because I like to give my nails a break, and because I had previous negative experiences: overuse of the Dremel tool and poorly applied nails. Brian took his time and was very personable. He looked at the photo I brought and did a very good job. I will definitely return for a fill and polish change. Thank you!

Ive been going to Diva Nails for about a year now and Brian has always been the tech that I ask for. He does my manicures and pedicures and is very polite, knowledgeable, funny and takes his time to do a terrific job! Diva Nails is a very busy place for one main reason - they have customers that continue to come back because they know the staff will take great care of them. Sometimes you have to wait, but be patient because once they get to you they will take great care of you too!

Nice people and pleasing environment but I get mine and my daughters painted with the SNS polish regularly at a different salon and they last 3 weeks with no breakage or issues. we decided to give Diva Nails a try and had my daughters nails done last Friday. 5 days later on Wed 2 of her nails fell off. We came back and they fixed the 2 nails but the next day another nail fell if so as nice as they were the quality is not there and you dont get your moneys worth.

I will only make appointments with Rosa for my nails & Brian for pedicures . I received a new gel set With white tips,Very smoothed out and well even. I have coffin shape which is nice long and sharp . And Brian Is sweet and takes good care of your feet very gentle . Open seven days a week .Maybe a little pricy for some taste (in my opinion 30$ for a gel polish change on toes are a little extreme) but it is a nice atmosphere, friendly and offer discounts if u pay in cash or are in school . I am very pleased to find a salon I can attend regularly.

So, I go into Diva nails next to Lowe’s in Lexington to get my nails done and eye brows waxed before my surgery tomorrow hoping to relax and get a little pampered before surgery and I had THE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Literally, took 2.5 hours. Had a tech who was on the job there for the first day. Took so long to do my pedicure that the cotton used to take off my nail polish had dried onto my nails and it took soaking and pulling to get the color off. The total was 84.00. Then their debit machine wasn’t working, so they asked me to go to Lowe’s next door and buy something so I could get cash back to pay them. I’m am more stressed now than when I went in. Thanks a lot Diva nails of Lexington. Thanks a lot.

I walked in getting seating right away.The lady didn’t say a word to me, and played on her phone wile the polish was AIR DRYING.She pulled my hand away and checked them making one lumpy. On top of that the lumpy hand when my cuticles were taken care of she made one bleed.The rest were beautiful but the one was so ugly.The service was ok too. Not going to lie tho would go see others

Poor customer service!!! I arrived to get a fill in at 618pm the refuse to service me because they were ready to leave at 7pm.? I’m a regular.. well I used to be. It was very close to me home and now I’m force to find a new nail salon.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I literally cried when I left the salon because my nails looked so bad. I went in to get a fill in with gel polish. I already had my nails coffin shaped and the lady told me she had never seen that shape before and didn’t know how to do but she would try. During the filing process, she made me bleed in THREE different places along my cuticles and on the side of my nails. The shape is TERRIBLE and they’re all different lengths. Then when she put the polish on, it as lumpy and streaky. She kept pulling my hand out before the timer was done and putting another coat on, so they were still wet when she put the second coat on. Then she told me it was my fault the polish was streaking because I wasn’t holding my hand in the UV dryer right. You can still see my nail through the polish in some places and there’s random humps in my nails where the polish bunched up because she tried to put polish on while they were still wet. Instead of trying to fix it, she put the top coat on and immediately rushed me to leave (I think she knew she had done a bad job). On top of all this, she charged me 43$. The pricing on the menu said 20$ for a fill in and 15$ for gel polish, so it should have only been 35 dollars, maximum 40$ (if you count an extra 5$ charge for the shape, which shouldn’t be the case since they were already that shape when I got there). I have never in my life hated my nails so much as I do now. WORST SALON EVER.

First time Ive ever been there and it was the last. I had to wait 45 mins for someone to get to me. Then when I went to the seat the woman told me to, the guy went to work on someone elses pedicure. I sat in the chair for 15 mins before he came to me. I usually use a place in batesburg and get the dipping powder. The guy I use in batesburg can start and finish in 45 mins and they look perfect. This guy at Diva, took over 45 mins and I have never been more disappointed in my life! The underside of the nail looks messy. I had to file them when I left because they were still sharp, every nail was a different length and uneven from hia filing. They are angled up, rather than curved downward. When he used the electric filer, he did them all unevenly and took off way too much on the sides. I am already self conscious due to chemo, this has made it even worse! It took so long, I didnt have time to complain because I had to get back to pick up my children! I will be calling when they open tomorrow and demanding a FULL refund. Then, I am going back to my usual guy!

Best nail salon ever!

Watch out for the upsell and save yourself some money! I wanted to get the regular pedi but the guy there told me the $27 pedi would be very minimal but for $37 or $50 he could make my feet look great. Left and went to Bella at the Publix shopping center and got an awesome $27 pedi! Never going anywhere else again :)
