I went to get a prescription filled but they didnt have the correct mg so they substituted it. At first I was fine with it but once I called my doctor I was told to return and refund the medication because it was not the right dosage. My doctor EMPHASIZED that they shouldnt have given me the substituted dosage. When I went back to the pharmacy and explained the situation I was assisted my Nepali. She was very quick to reply that the dosage can be tapered into how I needed it but I repeatedly informed her that my doctor specified the proper dosage and it should not have been substituted. Once Nepali spoke to the pharmacist, the pharmacist wasnt polite either. She stated that my doctor was called and told that it was fine to substitute my dose. She was quite nonchalant about the whole situation, making remarks like its the same dosage but its fine. Needless to say her sarcasm wasnt appreciated. After repeating myself multiples times about the dosing I was given my refund. My refund is the only reason this review gets two stars.

Happy with my meds

I have had more than a handful of problems coming to this location. Meds out of stock, scripts not ready when im notified they are, etc. To many headaches trying to give them chances at redemption. Ive moved to another pharmacy.

I have been using the Walmart Pharmacy on Lewisville Main Street for 4 years. The pharmisists and cashiers have always been friendly, helpful and take time for any questions I have.I have noticed that some customers are not so nice and blame the pharmacy for doctor Rx problems or insurance restrictions.

Prescriptions are the cheapest. Walmart neighborhood market on 407 Justin road Lewisville, Texas is the best. Store is one stop shopping.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever visited. One would presume that individuals who have elected to be of service to patients and families who are experiencing less than favorable health conditions might bestow qualities such as kindness, compassion, wit, or logic. Being diagnosed with a juvenile critical illness less than a month ago, was more pleasant than dealing with Technician Shareena and Licensed Pharmacist, Kathy. Not only did Shareena’s lack of interest for filling my prescription disappoint me, but during her rant to her peer, another employee, about another employee’s absences and tardiness, she failed to properly verify my insurance leaving me without my medication for a life-threatening amount of time. Luckily, the pharmacist on duty at the time, NOT KATHY, was able to contact my primary care physician AFTER HOURS and rectify the matter on a Sunday. Kathy, is obviously too preoccupied to assist customers who may have a question about a medicine. As I attempted to gain an understanding as to why she red-flagged a prescription, without notifying me or my doctor in a timely manner, she made me feel as if I was a bother, making our interaction less than pleasant, but she “eventually got around to it”. Last but not least, this location is frequently out of common drugs and medical supplies. If your health and wellness or the health and wellness of a loved one is important to you, I would strongly suggest finding a new pharmacy. God Bless.

They wont even call you if they cant fill your Prescription, i guess they just wonna surprise you dosent matter how sick you are.

Worst pharmacy experience every time I go. Today’s experience was being told my prescription was unrefillable because it was a partial supply, then was told they’d fill it but it’d be twice the price because they would not fill it under my insurance. When asked why, they shrugged. In the past, they have made decisions like this without informing me, and they tried to get away with it again until I made a point to ask.

Im sure I had the worst experience at a pharmacy ever.I waited over an hour and still only got partial of what was supposed to being filled.I will be contacting the manager for the way the pharmacist spoke to the other employees and bc he repeatedly and loudly said,Well Im behind and Jesus,which was highly inappropriate!
