Initial impressions were excellent. The office is neatly decorated and the office staff are welcoming, kind and professional. Upon meeting with Dr. Evans, I was impressed even more. He is articulate and is able to explain information at a level that was easy for me to comprehend. His obvious expertise is evident in his demeanor along with his certifications neatly displayed within the exam rooms. I Highly recommend Dr Evans.

Dr. Evans is an amazing doctor who cares about your health and well being. He is sympathetic, understanding and truly listens with intent to give the beat medical care available. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains medical conditions in an understanding way. Highly recommend him as a ENT specialist!

Dr Bramhall is an awesome and very informative Doctor.He listened to all my concerns and explained in depth the reason I was having ear issues and how it would be treated.

Nice office, out dated equipment, come in 20 minutes early only to wait 20 minutes after appointment time. Doctors will sit down and talk to you about your problem and then do nothing for you. Even when they recognize you have an actual real issue, most of the time is its better to do absolutely nothing. Getting paperwork from their staff is a chore and micromanaging wont get them to move any faster. Dr. Evans wouldnt write a prescription for something I needed and he knew I needed.Go somewhere else. These people are only here to take your money. Such a waste of 5 months of my life dealing with this incompetence.

New patient visit with Dr. Bramhall was excellent. I have been to four different ENTs over the years and Dr. Bramhall and team are the best. They provide excellent patient care, listen carefully, explain in ways that are easy to understand and provided practical, affordable solutions. Highly recommend them.

This has to be the absolute worst medical office in history. On my 1st visit (keep in mind they have you come in 20 minutes early as it is for new patient paperwork) I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes to see anyone. My second and final visit was today and I left without seeing Dr. Evans. I was treated as if I was a nuisance for daring to ask why 30 minutes into it I had not seen anyone. Upon asking, I was told that it would be another 30-45 minutes on top of that and then treated as if I am stupid for not knowing that they have a 20-30 minute appointment window after your scheduled time. If they cannot handle a schedule, do you really trust them to do surgery on you?? NOT me.

The staff were very polite, and Dr Evans was perfect and his assistant made me feel at ease when I was in pain! Thank you!
