I do not recommend this place at ALL!!!!! I walked in for the first time today too see there prices and too set an appointment. Well the lady that do the massages was at the back. She came out VERY RUDE, BAD ATTITUDE and was not FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!!! When she came out she was looking at me and my family very rudely and she didn’t even say hello. The only thing she said was I can’t do it today no time and walks off. So I’m letting everyone know before you consider this place, go checkout massage envy first. At least there customer service will be a lot better than what I received today.

I have had a handful of massages from Vista and my experience this afternoon was so terrible that I will not go back.Upon arrival, I was told that I must pay in cash, because their card reader was down. After telling the woman that I would just come back a different day, she asked me for my card, to see if the machine would work. I had no idea at the time , but she actually charged the card. I told her that I would like to do the 60 minute combo for $40.Besides the excessive noise from other workers, and my masseuse having to leave mid massage to help clients, my massage was good.When it came time to pay she handed me the bill, that had already been ran on my card, for $60. I told her that I had asked for the $40 combo back/foot. She told me that since she used oil, it was $60 and pointed to the 1 hour $60 body massage which included hot stone that I never received if so. I had to remind her that before the massage began, she confirmed with me one last time before starting that I wanted the combo. Never once did I ask for the 60 minute body massage.At this point, she kept insisting that the massage was good and the oil felt nice, disregarding the issue at hand that she charged me an additional $20. As I sat in confusion and pointed at the $40 price on their menu, she said she could not reverse it and to just not leave tip. Well, if my math is correct, if I had been charged correctly and left a 25% tip as I was going to, the price should be $50. Instead, I paid $60, equivalent to 50% gratuity.I was already running late for work, so I took my losses and left.I will never return.

Awesome massage! The girl was very nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Very relaxing environment and would recommend highly to anyone! Will definitely return!

I cant even explain the status of this place. I bought a Groupon, made the appointment for a couples massage and commented to my boyfriend the day of, that I was surprised that no one had called to confirm. When we got there, a lady whose English was subpar, tried to explain that the Vista Healing Center had closed and now it was something else. Or at least thats what I understood. I called the number I had used for the appointment and it was disconnected. They still have all the signswith the Vista name outside. In conclusion, dont go there, because it does not exist and whoever is there now cant communicate what happened.

Super upset. Made an appointment and told them i was using a Groupon. Gave them my name and phone number. When i showed up to my appointment they told me they no longer use the groupon deals as of 2 days before my appointment. They werent able to call me and inform me of this change until i got there. They had my phone number. I drove all the way there just so they could say they couldnt do it. So mad

Nope. Recomend SAVE your time and find a legit place. Purchased groupon for couples massage. Called place and told them I had groupon and we set date (within 1 week) Show up for appt and was told that they do not accept groupon nor do they do couples massages. She kept saying cash or card only. Also said changed owner. Within a week?? Very broken English so nothing more was said. Except she was happy to keep saying cash or credit

Excellent massage

Wow, this is a really nice place for me! After having the wonderful one in Burleson, which is Burleson massage culture, I think this is also a great place for getting a massage! I felt really tired after giving another presentation in Denton area, and just walked in to see if they are good or not. I never regret about this!
