I am very glad I was referred to Goshen for wound care and PT. The nurse was very helpful, kind, and made every visit. The wound vac therapy was very complex and he had the experience to change it 3 times a week for almost 6 months. The physical therapist was awesome and helped me walk again after my wound healed up. If I or my family ever needs home health, I will recommend Goshen.

An awesome staff. Had some concerns and was very satisfied with the end result. Most of my queries were answered and Im now saying to the staff at Goshen Healthcare....continue to be caring and God will continue to bless you all.

Very unprofessional staff. I agreed to meet an attendant & Toni, the intake coordinator, Friday around 8 to 8:30 in the morning. I explained to Toni I had work meetings and couldnt attend later in the day. 9:15 came and went, and no one showed. I received a call at 9:15 stating someone was on the way but I had to cancel because I knew the meeting would take at least a half hour and I had a work meeting at 10 a.m. Toni from Goshen made an excuse stating her husband interfered with her ability to leave home earlier. Then, Goshen contacted the nurse case manager from my insurance company stating they couldnt staff this case because I cancelled a meeting 3 times. I wasnt bothered Toni would have arrived late; I was outraged at the lie she told the case manager about my cancelling 3 times. Based on the feedback I am seeing, I must have dodged a bullet.

I am not one to write reviews but my experience with Goshen has been amazing and needs to be shared. The staff was very professional and attended to my severe health care and attention . They met and exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend.

I have seen my mum been poked Several times to get a blood draw , the nurse from Goshen poked her once and she was very professional.she was so glad that she didn’t go through pain . Thanks Nurse Elizabeth and thank you Goshen for checking up on my mum.

Our family highly recommends Goshen. They are caring and compassionate, and always willing to help us meet our dads needs. The caregivers have all been great and the office staff highly efficient. Our dad has great caregivers who have done so much for him and really make his life and ours easier.

This company is very unprofessional, twice my attendant did not show up for work to take care of my youngest son who has a brain injury and the company did not have a replacement I had to leave my job so my older son could go to work. If they did not have enough staff why pick up a new client if you could not provide proper coverage.The second time was the last straw for me and my son putting our jobs in jeopardy, I reported this company to the State this was unacceptable for a company to just disregard the severity of this incident.

After my wounded warrior son was assigned this company (he has a brain injury) no one showed up 4 days in a row. When someone finally came she didnt have experience or transportation although she was sweet. She left an hour early and came 40 minutes late for the next 3 days. When I called to see if we could get someone who could fill the full 3 hours they said ok. Next day they called and said they didnt have the staff for our needs. The worst part though is that they told the VA that they fired themselves because WE were difficult to deal with!! WOW WOW WOW! How terrible and unprofessional can you be to blame us and especially my son who gave his life for this country and these jerks!

They treated my wife. Shes been considered terminally ill for the last decade, so weve worked with as many or more home healthcare agencies; however, none of them have been unprofessional, gone out of their way to treat us with disrespect, and blatantly lie to us in the process. Its only been less than a month, but it seems like weve been with them a year because theyve managed to make so many mistakes. Theyve even injured my wife and set back her progress multiple times. They FIRED us today and we couldnt be happier.

I used the services of the company for my grandmother and they are excellent and dependable. We have been with them for about a year now and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have several different problems that may occur that will put me in the hospital or not, but thank GOD for Ms.Pat off the nursing staff for persistently persuading me to go to the hospital when I needed. I wouldnt be here today!!!!Barbara A. Banks
