To people who have an accident with an insured of this insurer, go directly to court with your lawyer, do not waste your time opening a claim. they do not investigate and rely on the lies of their policyholders. (Claim 100044608)Almost three weeks waiting, for them to come up with something so absurd. They didnt bother to investigate, they just relied on their insureds lies not to pay.

Holly at the front desk is the sweetest most kind woman you could ever have the pleasure of talking to. She always starts the conversation no matter how many times you call asking how you are doing and how your day is, she takes the time to actually treat you like a human and it’s wonderful.My husband and I have used farm bureau for the last 4yrs for our car insurance and have now decided to include renters insurance as well; Holly was so fast with getting back to me with such a easy to understand breakdown of what the policy would be, She took the time to answer all my questions and even politely followed up with me the next morning making sure we had received the proper emails to sign and send back as well as an email receipt for the transaction.Holly deserves a raise and at least 2 extra weeks of vacation time for remembering that now more than ever people need to be treated not just as consumers but people. Keep up the good work and we look forward to many more years of using your company!!!

I have had the worst experience with this company. This is by far the worst insurance I have ever had in my life. I was hit in a wreck and it took me calling the insurance every single day for 3 weeks just for them to even answer the phone to tell me they couldn’t send an adjuster out yet because my claims rep and his manager were on vacation. Then finally they told me to send it to the shop and a adjuster would just go there. It is going on 2 months now that I have not been able to drive my car due to the wreck and this company not caring enough about me. I can’t believe I pay them 370$ every month for this! I will not renew my policy and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the hell I am going through to get my car fixed!
