I will 100% only go to her for eyebrows. I have lighter eyebrows so she also did a really good job with the tinting!

I went in for a simple eyebrow threading, cleanup only! I have naturally thick brows! The lady not only misshaped my brows but also cut me! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and this was THE WORST!! I unfortunately forgot her name. An older short lady! 100% dissatisfied

Every since the pandemic began a different women began working here and the service is just not the same. They are nice ladies but my brows never turn out good anymore. However there is a lady who only works there in Saturday only and she’s good.

I posted photos from today and how I was ignored on the photos section for the one located in Lewisville, Tx. I walked in and she was on the phone , I check in and sat down she was still on her phone with headphones. I sat there for 5 mins plus and remind you there is no customers inside but me and her. I waited and finally she went to the back to talk on the phone again and never once said hi or said just a minute. I sat quiet and waited but still no response or knowledge of me waiting when no one was in there. I recorded a video showing her talking on phone and still not saying anything to me until I said I’m sorry how long will this take she put her hand to say one second and I said nicely no thank you and walked out the door. This happen today and I have video to prove it. No thank you, this location gives the other location a bad rep.

Went for eyebrows - she thinned them out a little bit too much but she behaved professionally and the place was well-kept and clean.

My daughter and I come every other week. Everyone does a great job and the customer service is wonderful.

I never write reviews but i felt like i had to today. I Have been getting my brows done here for years and has overall been ok but I feel like the ladies here several times now have made comments about my brows or skin that is not professional and can be offensive. Would prefer a different salon however this is the only brow threading place close to me. Need to be more professional. Will be traveling further distance to another salon for my brows after this last experience:(

I would not recommend anyone get their brows done at this location. First off, the woman who did my brows (Nazia) did not wear a mask throughout the entirety of me being there, upon that being very unprofessional. The mask hung off of her ear the ENTIRE time! I wish I would have gotten a picture. SMH.

Friendly staff , clean facility and following COvId guidelines - masks and using a threading device that goes around the stylists neck rather than their lips .

I would rate lower if I could. The professionalism is horrible. The lady who did my brows did not wear a mask... they do not care about protecting their customers. And my brows came out uneven. Never coming here again.

Just left from having my eyebrows threaded. Eyebrows both look totally different and very uneven, and thin. One is rounded and the other has an arch at the tail. I could have done this type of damage at home with a razor. Then when she realized she messed up she tried pressuring me into adding makeup to my brows after I told her no several times. She then had the nerves to ask me if I wanted my cartilage pierced! Like lady, haven’t you already done enough damage!

I usually come here to get my brows, but today will be my last time coming. When I went in the lady who walked out to do my brows looked sick and didn’t have a mask on. I’ll not be returning

I love coming here to get “groomed”. The ladies here are very kind and professional. Even after Covid-19, I feel safe. Great service everytime

If you want them to remove half of your eyebrow this is the place for you!!!! I didn’t know that was even possible with threading, but they can make it happen. I believe her name was Nazia. I told her she removed half of my eyebrow, and all she kept saying was, “No, I didn’t. Why would I do that?” Well I had hair when I walked in, so where did it go? 🙃🙃🙃

I had Savannah as the threader. The first thing I told her was the hair on my brow that I did NOT want removed because I’ve been letting my eyebrows grow for 6months or so. Well she removed the hair and was completely careless. She left my eyebrows thin again after I specifically told her. And when I told her they were thin she said no just clean. Terrible listener. I will never go to this place.

Got my full legs waxed and the ladies there did a good job. Neat place, nice people and very affordable prices. They honored a 20% off on waxing coupon which I had. Yet to try their threading services. Would definitely visit again and recommend too.

I normally get my eyebrows waxed so this was my first time to try out threading. It hurt a little more than I anticipated but wasnt bad. Its just different because waxing hurts but is over so fast and this lasts probably like 5-8 minutes or at least mine did. But she did a great job. My eyebrows are so precise and very well shaped. Quick tip though: dont wear makeup!! My eyes watered like crazy and it messes up your foundation. Overall, I would recommend. Will probably be going back. Also they give a student discount so make sure to ask!

After reading a lot of positive reviews online I tried to give this place a shot and I have to say I was not disappointed. I went in nervous and came out completely satisfied. My stylist was Atula and she followed the directions perfectly. It was worth it!

Sanjeena no longer works here! She was the only person in all Flower Mound / Lewisville area that actually did eyebrows well! The new people are not even close! I have little hairs EVERYWHERE around my brows. I could’ve done a better job myself! Sanjeena where did you go? If anyone knows where she is working now please let us know! I can’t believe they let her go!

I asked for the wax service, that she claimed she knew how to do, but she didnt. Not only are my eyebrows uneven, but they are big and horrible. She decided to try and save my eyebrows by threading the arch but she didnt. She made it worse! To make this experience even more horrid, I tried the tinting service and overall it looks like clown make up that wont come off. I will NEVER come back to this place! I tried it twice thinking the second time would be better but it wasnt! What a way to spend a birthday!

It was fast, quick and affordable. I was in and put with no issues. Staff was polite.

I love Sio Brows! Ive been going there for over a year. People are so friendly. I get my brows done by a lovely lady named Sanjeena. She is sweet and knows exactly how I like my brows. Im very picky with my brows so I only get my brows done by her since she has been doing them for over a year. I have had henna done by another young lady and it came out fantastic. I totally recommend this place to anyone. Not expensive and clean environment.

Someone called samy did eyebrows for me , careless and too fast as though she is rushing to get the job done . And besides saying just do the clean up she made her own thing with my eyebrows. Never returning !

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Paid $20 for brow tinting and my brows look worse than when I walked in. I have had same service at another Sol brow with great service. Do not waste your time and money like I did!!!!I should have read the reviews before stopping here. I was on my way to my regular Sol Brow location when I made a detour here. Very BIG mistake!! Now Im out $20 with UGLY brows!!!!!

Worst threading experience I’ve ever had in my life!! I went April 26th,2019 around 5pm. Got in the chair quick enough, showed her a pic and how I normally get it done n we got started. Well she made it too thin (so much for the picture). The experience was painful, more than I’m accustomed to which I’m sure is why it resulted in 2 cuts on my brows!!!! my upper lip area has bumps everywhere since the service which is the first to happen since I’m a routine threader. (She doesn’t wear a single glove nor did she use hand sanitizer after finishing the guest before me!!!)I love SOI in Plano!! LEWISVILLE LOCATION NEEEDS WORK!

Ive actually never left a google review before, but the customer service I received here deserved it! I just moved to Carrolton and had googled eyebrow threading near me and this place popped up. I was nervous at first, but decided to give it a try. I do not regret it, because Sanjeena made my eyebrows look absolutely amazing!!!! It has been almost 3 weeks and they still look really good! Yesterday I went waxing my arms and legs, they left me with so much brooses rashes and acne that is so eatchy I want to take my arm off!! I have done wax begore and this never have happened to me!!

I love SOI I use to go to a lot of locations until I Sanjeena worked on my eyebrows she is awesome!!! I live in around South Dallas and drive to Lewisville just so she can do my eyebrows:)

I decided to give this place a try because its across the street from where I live. She was unwelcoming and not friendly towards my daughter and I. She messed up my daughters eyebrows, one was noticeably thinner than the other. I got my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin. She still left hair that could have been removed. I rather make the drive to plano and stick with my original threader.

When someone touches you in a manner that you are able to feel disdain or hate during the service provided there is an issue. Went this past Sunday for the last time.

After reading the reviews i went to this place but i doesn’t have that much to it to offer This place has the staff who don’t know how to the job they have done the bad job on my brows they looked ugly
