The experience was very good. Dr. Tang and Reagan were very professional and knowledgeable. Reagan conducted my massage and focused on my problem areas while explaining in simple but accurate detail how I can improve them. Dr. Tang conducted my chiropractic care. He conversed with me and also explained what and why he was adjusting a certain way. The facility itself was clean and organized. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

I have been going there for many months and have always been treated with respect and kindness. Both Dr. Tang and Reagan are professional and outstanding in their own field. My only problem is the climb to the second floor, but that is also good for me, I think!

Dr. Tang and his massage Therapist has worked miracles to my neck, shoulder and back pain...in which was previously diagnosed as a herniated disc with a pinched nerve.I have been to 2 other Chiro doctors and spent over $1000 WITH INSURANCE with no relief. Dr. Tangs services coupled with decompression and the massages (which helped get the knots/tension out) relieved a good amount of pain in less than 3 weeks. What I like the most about this place is that it is a one stop shop that is effective and affordable. Also, the personalization and customer service is top notch.

THIS BUSINESS IS IGNORING COVID-19!I had an appt for an hour medical massage and 20min decompression. I was 10 minutes early for my appt. Upon arrival I saw that this business was taking NO precautions whatsoever for COVID-19, despite state mandates. There was no sign on their door, no one inside was wearing masks, and no hand sanitizer was available. The facility seemed relatively clean, but that was the only positive. I am not generally paranoid about this virus, but I do have vulnerable family members, so hand sanitizer and masks would have been good. Not to mention there are state mandates in place so I dont know why this business thinks they are exempt! I did not approach the front desk as the clerk was not wearing a mask, but she proceeded to approach me at close range with a clipboard and paperwork to fill out. I tried to step back for social distancing, but she kept getting closer. I filled out the paperwork and waited, but even 20min after my appt time they had not called me back. The more I waited, the more I saw people without masks and became uncomfortable with going through with my appointment. I left and called from my car to let them know why. I will be trading in this Groupon for something else, but if I am not able to resolve it with Groupon I will be requesting a refund from this business. Apparently the service is worth $200-300, but I only need to be reimbursed for the Groupon amount of about $60, so thats lucky for them. I am highly considering reporting them to the BBB, especially if I do not get a refund. If you value basic health, safety, and consideration of your neighbor, do not patronize this business!

Horrible!!! customer service. I purchased a massage session through Groupon and over the course of the 3 months I have called twice and emailed them to set up an appointment. Their website is either down, they have very poor phone service or they simply delete peoples information.I finally took time off work and physically drove to their location in order to schedule an appointment with them.I was very excited about the appointment; however, about 3 days before my massage I needed to call and reschedule as an important work-related event came up that I needed to attend. Again, no answer and I ended up missing the appointment.I wouldnt be surprised if this post is deleted as well.

Dr. Tang and Cilencia provided an excellent experience. River Oaks Spine Center impressed me with their attention to detail and overall value. Cilencia, the massage therapist, listened intently to what my healthcare needs were and applied the right amount of pressure throughout the massage. The use of additional modalities made all the difference. Wow!Dr. Tang is personable, professional, and cares out about his patients. The office itself reflects modern decor. It contains all the amenities to make you feel at home. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped in.Highly recommended!

I would rate the place 0. They NEVER answer phone calls, theres no one at the front desk to greet you/ answer the phone. The medical massage was no help at all, and the decompression session was basically where you lay down and a roller just goes up and down your spine. Terrible service, the owner speaks very rude and cuts you off when you try to say something. Go somewhere else where they treat you like an actual patient who needs help, not where they just try to take your money with a rip-off service that does not help you.

Dr. Edward Tang is a great chiropractor. He is very nice and understanding Dr. First, I went for my pinched nerves. He fixed me. The pain and tingling on my upper back and neck went away pretty rapidly. The 2nd time, I had inflammation on my right arm. He was able to help and released my pain. I have and will continue to recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Don’t go here , I paid for 3 sessions including a Groupon service. Salenncia was great wanted to schedule with her again before some rude employee texted me telling me about how I missed my last appointment so I would have to pay 35, when they don’t bother to call you or remind you of your appointment even though they say they would. Im not paying for more then half the cost of my session over not showing up to a last appointment. It’s ridiculous.

Purchased a groupon for the massage and spinal decompression. I had called numerous times no answer. Left messages, no call back. Went to the location, had a completely different name on door, walked inside and no one there. A min later this man walked out and said the usual how can I help you like I was bothering him. I asked if they were open bc no one ever answers the phone Im a new customer and have a groupon. He told me the next appt was in mid Aug. bc its busy. I told him no ones here?! How is it busy? Maybe you need to have more employee to help. Then he told me I can get a refund on the groupon bc I had a bad attitude. I asked for his card and turned around and left. I Will get a refund bc no business needs to be in business if this is how its conducted. Rate 0. 100x thumbs down.

I went here for hip pain and received adjustments from Dr. Tang twice a week (two adjustments a week for the price of one copay-they accepted my UHC insurance). Even better, I received a 30 minute medical massage from Silencia each visit as well, included in the copay price! After just a couple of weeks of treatment, my hips were back to normal, but I kept going because I felt so amazing after each adjustment/massage! Additionally, they show real compassion and care for their customers. Both Dr. Tang and Silencia are amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my 3rd review of this place. I absolutely LOVE Ashley...she is so very knowledgeable of muscles and pressure points. She listens when you tell her your problem areas and can really show the knots whos boss! I started working out and had lots of back pain during my 30min treadmill walk. I saw her Monday, worked out on Wednesday and felt no pain in my back (and i have scoliosis). So i am impressed all over again!! Dr Pangtay also adjusted me after her massage. Those 2 things made me feel brand new. Love this place...no long wait times either!!

I have suffered back pain for many years from bulging discs in my lower back. I had followed the standard methods of medical help. Steroid injections, muscle relaxers, exercise and everything else in between. I had done some reading on spinal decompression and when Groupon offered an inviting deal, I tried it. Fortunately my insurance subsidised my treatments. After 7 months I truthfully felt like a new man!

**Let me preface this that I am basing this review off the LivingSocial coupon I used - they may be a great rehab/chiropractic center but this is based on my experience using their coupon.***To put my experience simply, I was pretty much a victim of false advertising. I was gifted a LivingSocial coupon for a 1-hour massage and 20 minute decompression treatment. Making the appointment was fine - I was responded to within an hour or so. The building was nice - though I will say I didnt know it was their building because the words River Oaks Spine Center was nowhere to be found. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was called back to one room about 10 minutes after my appointment started (4:10). The doctor I spoke to was nice enough - he asked me about my history regarding back issues, any problem areas, etc - this took about 5-10 minutes. He left and said the masseuse would come get me to begin my treatment. I wait another 5 minutes before she comes. We go upstairs to the massage rooms - they arent anything special but fine. She leaves me for a few minutes to use the restroom and undress. Once the massage starts, the masseuse is sweet, she asks me where my problem areas are and shes doing a good job. NOTE: this is not a relaxing full-body massage, rather it is more of a pressure-point/work out issues/pain you are having in your back. With that said, she focused on my shoulders which was fine because they ARE my problem area - and again, she did a good job. HOWEVER, much to my dismay after what seemed like no time at all, she tells me shes done and instructs me to get dressed and meet her downstairs. I look at the giant clock in the room and it is 5:06 - so my 1-hour massage was really a 30 minute massage at most. I am sad and confused at this point. So I go downstairs to another room and she has me lie down to get hooked up to a cupping/electrode machine thing. She puts 6 sensors on my back and turns it on. I would guess it was on for about 10 minutes - part of me was willing to forgive the short massage because I thought that maybe this was part of the massage hour (I am a fairly understanding person) HOWEVER, much to my dismay, once the timer buzzes, she tells me Im done. Huh?? I follow her to the front and I ask her about the 20-minute decompression treatment I was supposed to get. She said that they decided the cupping therapy was better for what I needed. Urrrrr - ok but thats not what my coupon said?!? Maybe if they gave me the option before changing it on me, I wouldnt have minded but I feel like this whole thing was just a crock. I then asked her if the massage was really an hour and she said that the hour INCLUDES my consultation with the doctor, etc. HUH?? Again, that is not what the coupon said. And I wouldve happily given up my chat with the doc for more massage time. I wasnt in a feisty enough mood to create a scene about all this while I was there (I guess I was relaxed, so thats a plus!), but I am super disappointed and would not recommend the coupon to anyone because of the false advertising. I could forgive them if they were honest - I still wouldve paid the $38 for a 30 minute massage and an extra therapy session of their suggestion but that is not what was bought for me. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because, like I said earlier, the building was nice, and the masseuse did a good job. Meh.

Dr. Tan and Regan are AMAZING. The first time I went there, I had a Groupon for a massage. Its the only time Ive been for a massage where a doctor talked to me first to see if I had pain or problems. I was there for a Swedish massage, but I did have pain in my left shoulder (tension). That was also the only massage that left me completely relaxed, tension free, melted. When my husband had a stroke his doctor told him he needed physical therapy. Dr. Tans practice offers physical therapy so I sent my husband there. They worked with him until as much feeling could be restored in his right hand, but his fine motor skills are now normal. They worked all of the kinks and knots out of his back and neck and shoulder. For about six months I had an odd, sharp pain in my right arm. I finally went to a doctor who told me I have a bone spur in my neck thats pinching a nerve. Have you ever been frogged? Thats when someone punches you as hard as they can in your bicep. Thats what my arm felt like, but no one had frogged me. Between Dr. Tan and Regan (the massage therapist) I am as good as new. No pain! Full range of motion! They know what theyre doing. AND they have good hours for working people! Theyre very accommodating.
