Been going here for approximately 2 years and have yet to be seen anywhere near my appointment time. About a year ago they called in the wrong dosage for my medication, Im lucky I caught it. When I brought it to the attention of office staff they argued and eventually Dr. Williams corrected it. Today my appointment was for 10:30 am, I got called back at 11:15 am, after waiting until after 11:30 I left as Dr. Williams was still not in and I never got an explanation of why. Very unprofessional office procedures. Will be looking for a better Cardiologist.surprised. So I emailed Katie Borders as she requested on 6-4-21. Have not received any response by email or phone. Id say I was surprised but I am not. Same type of responses I get from the office.

We moved back home in Lewisville just over two years ago and needed to locate a cardiologist for my husband asap. We feel so lucky to have found an office only a mile from our home. I was so unsure about him going to a different dr. I wanted to find someone that was considered to be a great cardiologist. Not only did we find find her but she knew the Dr. that had taken really good care of him in Tyler, TX. a few years earlier when he had his heart attack and continued caring for him until we moved home, my fear for my husband was,,, well I cant even think of words to describe my fear that I could possibly loose the man that was my heart, we married in 1959, while our marriage has been very normal with its ups and downs (more ups than downs by far). Not only did he find a wonderful Dr but the staff in that office is super great, very friendly and always makes us feel welcome and willing to help us with what ever we might need. We think this is the best place we could have found and so lucky that Dr. Y and her staff is there for him.

Be careful about there billing process. I was there on July 26th of 2019. After my appointment they tried several times to running debate card, after several attempts it finally processed. Last month I get a collection letter in the mail stating I owe them 60 dollars, I was pretty upset. I checked my bank records and sure enough, two charges of 60 dollars. Can I turn you into collection for owing me money? Next time call your client and ask them about payment. Be professional about it, especially when its your fault...Derek Drew.. look up the name

Dr Williams is personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listens well and she takes the time to address any concerns and answer all of my questions. I dont mind waiting a little to see her because she gives the best level of care to all of her patients.The front staff are friendly as can be seen by the picture of Sonya I posted. I come at least once a month for a quick blood level check and see the doctor at three month to six month intervals. I always feel welcome.

I have been going to this office for nearly 14 years. The reception area is great. We never have to wait. Dr. Kruger and his staff are the best.

If you choose this practice or if your doctor refers you to this practice read the reviews as well as reports made to the Better Business Bureau.The technicians are skilled but I highly recommend avoiding Dr. Mary Y. My one dealing with her was the worst professional medical experience I ever encountered.

Fyi....Had an appointmnet on 10/10/2019 at 1.30pm but was call around 2.45pm. It was a referral, My Doctors office had sent the request a month ago to get this appointment to do some work like xray and others, the front desk ONLY sechedule an appointment to see the Doctor but FAIL to sechedule the other works that can and should be done on the same day. They wanted to schedule another vist for the other work to be done. Its like they wanted to charge another office vist. It took a month to get this appointment and they were sitting on this faxed paper that my Doctor sent what needs to be done. Very Disappointing. Never expected this Professional Office to be like this. The excuse they give is Fax number changed or Computer was down or moved to a new sysytem etc. They just dont want to accept the fault. Even the Manager was present.

Horrible front desk personel my wife has gone here more then 3 times and each time she waits atleast 45 minutes after her appointment time to just see the doctor. A lot of times there is nobody in front of her even. At times she is not even going through test or anything. We have to ask for updates because they will not even have the courtesy to tell you they are behind. And when you ask them they get frustrated like your wrong for even asking. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional.

Unprofessional office staff, poor communication with lack of follow through and a disregard for my specific situation. Look for another practice.
