This place is horrible!!! The receptionist was very rude to me. Upon entering, I was greeted inappropriately and she yelled at me because I didn’t know there was a kiosk for checking in; although she didn’t give me any instructions as to what to do. Once I checked in on the kiosk, I went to the back and the Phlebolomist just looked at me as if I was supposed to know what he wanted me to do. Apparently these people at this facility expect patients to read their minds. I don’t know. I will never go here again because they made me feel very uncomfortable! Be aware if you decide to go here for services.

I asked the lab technician a question and she got mad at me and said can I just do my job please? I dont know why youre asking me anything. She also threatened to throw my sample away

This place may not be the most aesthetically pleasing but the workers here really do their best and care for a lot of people with a high level of care. I will continue to choose this place for blood draws and recommend you do too.

I went in to this Lewisville location and the experience was very seamless. The process was very quick and efficient. I went in for an employment drug screening. Before arrival I was able to set an appointment online and check in on line. The manager at the front desk Tamika was very professional, courteous, prompt, And informative. My appointment was at 8:45am I was in and out before 9am. Great location!

Rare friendly occasion just getting a test done.. never been there but everyone was nice felt relaxed taking my exam.. Aj was very friendly and encouraging took care of my testing with out any discomfort..Didnt take all the staffs name but everyone was professional and courteous.. Thank you guys..P.s i read reviews and the lady at the front was not ugly..

I actually had a great experience here. I have major anxiety when it comes to getting bloodwork, but Scott was amazing. He made everything quick and easy and he calmed my nerves. Check-in was also really easy with a short wait time. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the rude front desk associate, but I thought she came across more straightforward and to the point, not necessarily rude. Either way, the only thing that matters to me is the actual service being performed, which went very well. Ill definitely come here next time I need lab work done.

I came here for some routine blood work and had a great experience. I did schedule an appointment online ahead of time, so Im not sure if thats a factor, but I was seen right away with zero wait. Receptionist was friendly and professional, and the phlebotomist did an excellent job too (one stick, no bruising). I would definitely go here again!

I don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. I had the best experience here ever! The nurses made me feel very comfortable they had a great sense of humor the overall experience getting blood work done was a pleasure. I recommend this place as the best. Great job lady’s keep up the great work.

The staff at this location is extremely rude, especially the front desk receptionist. I would definitely not recommend coming to this location.

The only good I can say about my experience is that the wait time was short (but most Ive been to are quick), it was available on Saturday and the receptionist was really nice.The technician that drew my sons (ages 3 & 4) blood was rough and VERY impatient. It was their first blood draw and one of them is not a fan of needles. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be using that location again.

Don’t go here. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and didn’t explain things properly. One of the doctors came to help and was also rude. DONT GO HERE!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

The only person at this facility that gets 5 stars is Lindsey. She actually drew my blood. However, the person at the front desk was slow, unknowledgeable and unfriendly. And she deserves no stars. Lindsey had to redo the paperwork that the front desk person completed because it was wrong. Lindsey is definitely a keeper. She was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was coded and handled correctly. I hope Lindsey is being properly compensated because she is doing both jobs.

Reception EXTREMELY rude. Complaining about patients to other staff as she sat at the desk. The fax has been down for several weeks and she was mad at us because we did not have paper copies!!! She literally yelled at patients because she had to contact Dr.s to get orders.

Arrived at 8am and there was a bit of a line already BUT Tamika at the front office handled it smoothly! The lady who drew my blood was great!! I forgot to get her name... she made sure I was comfortable and she was very fast. Ive had nightmare situations before with blood draws so it was nice to finally have a good experience!! They were all very friendly.

I had some lab work done and both the receptionist Gabby and the technician Dulce were pleasant and professional. There is a noticeable difference from last year at this same location. I would recommend this place to anyone needing lab work done.

Poor experience. Some of the staff members do not honor the kiosk check in system. Yes, every clinic has its priorities when it comes to treating patients, but it was very unethical when I had to wait additional time after the staff assisted two other patients that showed up at least 15 minutes after I had arrived and checked in before them. Additionally, the folks that went before me, went in for the same procedure, an employer sponsored drug screen. As I leave the restroom, the tech tells me to leave the sample on a counter because she decides to assist other clients waiting in the lobby (extremely unusual.) It took her almost five minutes for her to return before we could finalize the screening documents. OTS/Labcorp has a strict protocol where you as a donor are allotted four minutes in the restroom then once exiting you complete the paperwork if the specimen is at the right temperature. I was afraid I would have to repeat the process as I could see the temperature drop rapidly, almost below acceptable standards. Will avoid and not recommend this location to anyone.

I come here every few weeks, when I first started coming here in March-April the staff was AWFUL!!!!! Im a pretty friendly person, asked how the person was drawing my blood I got literal one word responses.... But the staff has completely changed, they are extremely friendly, cordial, will talk to you, know you by your name (if you come in frequently, lol) I love the new staff, they are trying their best to come back from a horrible staff, give them sometime!

These people do not want to work. They close at 5pm. Not 4:29pm I would not go to any lab Corp never again waste of my time an gas

I went in on Saturday 20 minutes before they closed and there were 2 other people ahead of me. The lady at the window was very polite and efficient. I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back. Ive had problems with getting blood drawn all my life and I expect to be poked at least 3 times before successfully hitting a vein, so I was really dreading this but Dulce was amazing! She has a great bedside manner and chatted with me while preparing her supplies as she could tell I was nervous. She stuck me one time and less than 30 seconds later she was done! One and done! I came in 20 minutes until closing time and was on my way out the door in 10 minutes. I will be coming to this location from now on!

First time here. I will be coming weekly for blood work for the next month. I signed in at 12:45 and am in my car leaving at 1:00. Quick, efficient and the staff were friendly.

I arrived for a drug screening according to the time on their website and was told that I was toolate. That service ended 30 minutes prior to the advertised time. She apologized saying this is per someone above her. She wrote down the correct hours on their business card which still had the supposedly Wrong time on it!! So you refuse service after a certain hour but also refuse to change the advertising.How professional is that?

It is an OTS requirement that you have to be out of the restroom within 4 minutes when taking a drug test and its not a made up rule that only Lab Corp has either. The temperature is a very important part of the testing which diminishes after 4 minutes. This is a good place to have blood and OTS preemployment drug test done. Some people writing reviews on here have no idea what they are talking about and they are local guides. Some people are never satisfied and you cant please them.

How are you not going to have staff at the front window?!?! I feel like Im being punked. Stood at the window for which seemed like forever. I finally just grabbed the clipboard from inside the window and just signed in. Running on a ghost staff isnt the smartest idea.

My husband brought our 9 year old daughter here for her first blood draw ever and said the phlebotomists (correct me if Im giving them the wrong title) were very kind and helped calm our daughter down as she was quite nervous. Thanks ladies :)

They dont open on time. Hours say 8AM, but do t bother getting here til at least 10 after.They also alter their sign-in sheet after youve signed in.

Im glad that the staff is so nice because I wouldve lost it otherwise. It took them FOUR HOURS to complete my blood draw even though I had all of my paperwork and Id made an appointment. They informed me that they didnt have the correct tubes to draw my blood in so TWO of their staff members went down the street to quickly pick them up, but then they neglected to answer their phones when they hadnt returned after an hour because they took it upon themselves to make it a long lunch break. Then, I asked why my blood cultures were drawn incorrectly and the Phlebotomist told me not to tell anyone because shed done it that way to get me out sooner. I would rather have it done correctly - even if it means another fifteen minutes. After four hours, what difference is it going to make? On top of everything else, theyve LOST the tests that I waited hours for that they needed the special tubes for.

Horrible experience. Dont bother calling them because they do not answer their phone and you will be put on hold until the hold system hangs up on you.

Some people are saying the rudeness issue has been resolved, but I disagree. The lady at the counter was really rude to me. Ive done several pre employment screenings and Ive never been given a time limit. The lady told me I had 3 minutes to pee in a cup. As if Im wasting her time. What if the three minutes was up? Would she barge in? Im giving it three stars because the facility was clean and the process was speedy, yet uncomfortable due to tbe rude lady.

Going there in a few hours. I will let you know about this drug test and everything else. So I will start them with a 3 star and update later.

WARNING! MAJOR ATTITUDE ALERT!Facility was clean inside and out, the location is a little odd because theres only one way in and out so if your coming from the opposite direction you have to U turn to get to the entrance which is almost impossible because of the heavy traffic from the highway. The staff is just as bad is the location, the person sitting at the reception desk as zero personality, no Hi or Good morning/ afternoon just sign the sheet and have a seat (thats literally all she said for all 5 people that were in the waiting room while i was there). I had a small run in with the light skin lady there the day before because i accidentally flushed (my fault completely) after taking my drug screening, I was on my lunch break so I was in a rush, I was going to call my employer to see if I could get it rescheduled and she told me no! put your phone down you can do that on your own time, ill have to just call them and tell them you wont finish So Im taken back a little, then she starts giving me attitude about not being able to find a contact on my paper and i again reach for my phone to give her the HR persons name and number she writes it down and calls as shes on the phone she doesnt explain to her that im on lunch or that i flushed all she keeps telling her is i wont complete the screening and that i cant complete the screening, so my HR person asks her the same questions i did (Could I come back today or reschedule) shes even rude with her telling her thats up to you guys, since weve already started her time well have to void this screening out until you assign her a new number my HR person is fine with that and beings the process again. So she gets off the phone and says you can go, i guess theyll let you know if you can come back or not So i come back the next day with my new number to again be greeted by driest personality in Texas. People are getting called back and coming right back out within minutes (great!) Then the light skin lady makes eye contact with me as she calls the man in line before me, he leaves then its just me and one other person left in the waiting room. Were sitting there like 5 minutes maybe more and nobody is getting called back, the receptionist open the sliding door takes at look at whose left and closes it again she starts telling the light skin lady that there are still 2 people left then we hear here reply i go to lunch at 11:30 at this time is was 11:01 (this lab doesnt do drug screenings from 11:30-1:30) the receptionist replies that she still has 30 minutes to go and the light skin lady says Well you can take them if you want to I guess the receptionist calls me back and takes me through a completely different process than the day before. Im instructed to hang my coat on a coat rack then take my belongings and lock them in a box in the restroom with me, the day before i was just instructed to leave all my belongings on a desk in the same room with the light skin lab tech. I finish up my screening with no issues as I start to leave someone was in the waiting room trying to ask someone who worked there a question, before she even says anything she tells the lady to have a seat the lady says she just needs to ask a question but she just kept cutting her off not letting her finish her question or anything so me and the lady walk out the suite together, i immediately told her if she could go to another location she should because theyre all like that, before i even realized that she was someone who worked in the same building she says yeah they warned me before i came down stairs. She went to the elevator and I walked out the building.

Friendly people but we made a reservation online and the took walk ins before us. Our appt was for 8:45 and we did not get in until after 9:15. Yet there were at least 6 walkins taken in front of us. I guess reaevations are a joke and you should just show up.

Find another location. This one is clearly not interested in helping clients.

I have had several visits since June with a new staff in service. They are not only quick and efficient but very friendly. Be sure and sign up for an appointment before going and when you sign in, check off you have an appointment. I have never had to wait a minute past my appointment if I have done that - even if there is a room full of walk-ins!

Go anywhere but here. 10 people in the waiting room. 30 minutes for the receptionist to even come out. Another hour waited. Id give 0 if allowed
