After reading a 1 star review posted by a person named elyse, I felt compelled to post my review.  That review left me furious!  I have been a client of Gayle for many years.  She is so caring even if she won’t admit it.  She’s very passionate about her craft, and most of all an excellent stylist.She’s always done exactly what I requested even when I didn’t know what I wanted.  She is people oriented and I have never seen her impaired in any way as Elyse indicated.All of her service fees are discussed in advance and very fair so there would be no reason to request a barter.  She even gives discounts to all of her seniors as I happen to be one.One bad review out of many excellent reviews should tell the true story.. especially since of her 5 Google reviews 3 have been 1 star. She doesnt even like her psychiatrist.

I have been a client of Gayle’s for years!! I ran across the last Womens review and am “shocked” Gayle has always been so professional does phenomenal haircuts, blowouts, and color. She goes above and beyond to help her clients and ihas even came to my house a few times. I think at the end of my appointments she’s probably happier than I am. She wants to make sure you look and feel beautiful after you leave her salon.

I found Gayle online I thought she was such a nice person and she was one of the only people I could find that did great lengths extensions which is what I needed with my current hair loss situation. She was so helpful in helping me achieve my hair dreams. I thought I had found a great hair person I could trust in Texas finally. Then I quickly learned her true colors. She made an agreement with me on the price I paid her and then she wanted a handbag from me for the rest of the order which as most people who arent cracked out of their mind would know the mail takes time. After receiving proof of the order for the handbag she started sending me threatening text messages less than two weeks later she sent me multiple nasty threats on texts then she called me and she sent me threats of mugshots from some woman she put in jail over not paying her for hair extensions. She may know how to do hair but be careful with this woman she then got her wife to start threatening me. There are many options when you choose someone to do your hair make sure it is someone you can trust. She continued to threaten me with the Dallas Police Department even after she was paid twice and I am still waiting to see if she steals the handbag or returns it. Hair skill is one thing but she is not capable of acting like a professional she seemed desperate for drug money to be honest and was acting completely irrational.

Gayle cut my hair beautifully!! I highly recommend her and she is so sweet!

Gayle is a fabulous hair dresser, very oriented to perfection, she will give you the best hair cut of your life. She truly cares about her clients.

Gayle is amazing! I started going to her in my 40s and now Im in my 50s! Im moving and hour and a half away and I will drive to see her every 8 weeks! My daughter is 19 and has been going to her since she was 11! She is professional, fun and a perfectionist when it come to hair color, cut and extensions! I highly recommend her, you wont be disappointed! You will love her❤️

Gayle is just amazing! She has so much talent when it comes to cut and coloring! She listens to what you want, looks at your hair and together with you comes up with a plan that will work for you! Love the she can hide my gray and get the color and cut perfect. Not only does she do a great job - she has taught me how to blow dry my hair so it looks great and I dont need to use a straightening iron anymore! Highly recommend!

Gayle is AMAZING!I was fortunate enough to discover her in a Google search. I was considering extensions because I had a lot of breakage at the crown of my head (I had literally melted my hair from bleaching it myself), and I wanted to blend it as much as possible for my wedding.Gayle introduced me to Great Lengths; I LOVE THEM! The extensions are gorgeous and look completely natural. Gayle used two colors to perfectly match the extensions color to my natural hair shade.I have had extensions before (not Great Lengths), and they ALL slipped out of my hair within two months. My hair is very fine, and I was worried that the Great Length extensions would fall out too. It has been over three months, and I have not lost any of them!Gayle is great about educating her clients on how to care for their extensions. She is so talented and very accommodating. She was willing to do an up-do for my wedding the day before her vacation! She is always easy to contact and makes herself extremely accessible to her clients.I would highly recommend Gayle. She is extremely professional and incredibly talented!

Gayle is just awesome. There is nothing else I can say! She is absolutely talented with color, very personable, and super kind! I went for a cut and color and left happier than I have ever been with any other salon experience. I definitely recommend her!

Gayle is absolutely talented! I always leave her salon with a smile on my face. My hair can be a big challenge for some stylists because of the texture but she always manages to get my requests just right. I always get compliments and would highly recommend her to anyone!

I am SO lucky to have found Gayle! I had been so unhappy with my hair for years. I have A LOT of hair, and it can be hard to manage. Gayle listened attentively to my concerns, and made me feel immediately at ease. My blonde highlights came out exactly the way I wanted them to, and she fixed the layers I had been having so much trouble with. My hair looks amazing and completely natural...I cant stop looking at it. I had it done yesterday, and I have already had two complete strangers compliment me on it (one of whom was a neighbor who hadnt spoken to me since I moved onto our street six years ago)! Hair by Gayle is much more than a regular hair salon. Gayle takes all customers into consideration in accordance with hair and the customer themself. She invests 110% with all appointments and provides great customer service.. I love her!!

Gayle is awesome! My last several cuts have been just so-so, but today I left her chair feeling like a million bucks! I’ve found my new stylist. :)
