I was looking for an assisted living community near me to move my mom closer to us from the Houston area. She had been in skilled nursing and was released sooner than expected. Thankfully, I had already toured several communities and had chosen Cedar Crest because of their residential location, one story property and completely renovated, light and bright building. Sandy and Sloan took into consideration my moms medical needs and budget constraints in providing just the right apartment and care plan tailored for her. They made this otherwise stressful move as smooth and easy as possible. I’m excited for my mom to meet new friends and join in on all the activities that Cedar Crest has to offer.

The dedicated, caring and professional staff of Sandy Rasberry and Director Sloan are outstanding with their personalize tour, evaluations, attention to personal details and communication. They listen carefully and follow up. This intimate facility has a long term professional, friendly, credentialed, caring staff that treat their residents like family. Cedar Crest offers seniors the caring and comfort that is needed until the end of their lives. The welcome mat is always out. Cedar Crest is a blessing to the Lewisville.

The Community Services Director Sandy Rasberry was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make the transition for my Mom from independent living to assisted extremely smooth and thoughtful. Sandy even took personal time to visit my Mom at the skilled nursing facility prior to her making the transition- again, amazing. The entire facility has been recently remodeled (looks great) and I felt very comfortable with the quality of care they would provide for my Mom while still letting her maintain a high level of freedom and independence. Your loved one will definitely be safe which was our greatest concern going in as my Mom is a high fall risk.

I called Cedar Crest Senior Living to see about placing my Mom there, I talked to a lovely person by the name of Sandy and Sloan and from the beginning they made me feel welcome.So from there I decided to go and take a tour of the place she walked my Aunt and myself around introducing us to everyone that worked there and I have to say they all were as welcoming as she was, the private rooms were clean and a nice size.the community was home-like as I walked the place I can see where residents were helped with day to day task and treated as in depended individuals as well.Needless to say I decided to place my mom there, started setting her room up today.

The staff of Cedar Crest is so attentive to the patients that they care for. As a hospice administrator I always want to be able to assure the families that we place in assisted living facilities that the care their loved one will receive will be excellent, Cedar Crest does not disappoint. Allen Little, the Executive Director, makes sure his staff is informed about the details of each patient and family. Sandy Raspberry, meets each family with a warm smile and makes sure each patient feels right at home. Erick Collins the facility Wellness Director assesses each patients clinical needs and makes sure they are addressed in a timely fashion. I cant say enough about this team. They are getting it right!!!

Allan and Sandy and their team went far above and beyond our expectations with helping to get my father-in-law into assisted living. They made the experience of moving my father-in-law out of his home a much smoother process than originally anticipated. The Cedar Crest team helped with every step including processing paperwork, health assessments (they went so far as to drive 2.5 hours to my father-in-laws home to perform the medical assessment) and even helping move furniture and getting the room situated. My father-in-law is very happy with his new home and new extended family!

The staff at Cedar Crest is so amazing! From the first conversation with Sandy Raspberry, to the assessment with Erick, to the welcoming, cheery Alexis, it has been a pleasure working with this team. When finding a place for my mom to live, this team helped to make the transition seamless. Linda and Corey were so helpful during the move in. Alan and the rest of the team leave no question unanswered... they are experienced, kind, and patient. Cedar Crest is a cheerful and welcoming home.

My husband and I went to check out the facility for my mom who broke her hip recently and will need to move from independent living situation to assisted living. It was the weekend, so Sandy was not there but Cindy who was manning the front and phones was so kind, sweet and accommodated us for a quick tour. We also visited their Irving location and Gerri and Stacy were just as sweet. It’s a genuine loving environment you feel the moment you walk in their doors. Both facilities were clean and no weird smell! LOL For anyone looking for a place you have to check them out. I think we found my Mom’s new home.

The staff is wonderful to work with and care lovingly for family members! If you havent seen it lately, its getting some beautiful renovations! I love that its a great value as well!

Just toured the under-renovation Cedar Crest Senior Living with Ms. Sandy Raspberry. It has changed so much for the better since I visited someone there about 10 years ago. Sandy gave me a great tour of all the different floorplans, and explained the pricing and such. She was very willing to work with me to help find the best fit for our mom, and to even customize a room if it turns out mom wants things a bit different. The common areas are really going to be beautiful when the renovation is all finished. Britton did a great job explaining all the various activities and such that go on. The staff was so friendly! Itll be five-star once the renovation work is all finished.

From the minute we walked in, we were SO impressed. There was absolutely nothing that we didnt love. We were met for our tour by Sandy Rasberry and were immediately treated like family. We also got to meet Allen, the Activities Director, who is Mr. Energy! Dad has been needing more social engagement, and there are so many activities planned. Britton, the Health and Wellness Director, told us about all the physical engagement that Dad would be receiving. This staff is amazing.After looking at and choosing the perfect room, we went home with the paperwork and are looking to move Dad in next week! Thank you Cedar Crest for providing this place for Dads level of care and well being!

Sandy and Britton went above and beyond in helping my family navigate the journey into assisted living. We are thankful they helped turn what we were worried may be a negative experience into something very positive. The facility was newly renovated, clean, and bright. The staff here is GREAT! Sandy Raspberry, Allen Little and the entire SilverPoint Senior Living team were very helpful during the move-in process and have really worked hard to make sure that the transition for my Dad was as easy as possible. Sandy Rasberry was very helpful and provided wonderful guidance when we made the decision to move my mother-in-law to Cedar Crest. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful! The nurses Eric and Allen are very knowledgeable and I trust the care they provide. I high recommend Cedar Crest. The facility is very clean and well organized. This assisted living memory care is always so clean and inviting each time I visit. The staff is very accommodating and kind. I recommend both the assisted living and memory care apartments for anyone looking for their next home sweet home!

We have seen time and time again a phenomenal level of care, In both the assisted living and memory care sides of the community, and after years of working with this building I believe the current team of managers and caregivers is such a wonderful group.Alan, the ED keeps a close eye on all the day to day and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintains a level of professionalism and FUN and works every day with purpose and the outmost care for his residents and their families, staff, and vendors.Their wellness director, Erik, is a wonderful nurse and goes above and beyond to ensure that each resident has the appropriate care that they need.. we work in many other assisted living and memory care communities, and the coordination of care for residents at Cedar Crest is done effectively, efficiently, and timely. Sandy, their sales director is fantastic, and works with a sense of compassion and care for her residents and potential residents, that is hard to find! She does everything she can to make sure that a new resident’s transition into the community goes off without a hitch.In addition, Britton the activities director, Bernard, the maintenance director, Jennifer, the business Director, and every caregiver, front desk person, and Culinary staff member is a picture of what you want when choosing an Assisted Living Or Memory Care Community for you or your loved one. Allen the ED, Sandy, and team are one of the best! With the leaders in place, they will continue to thrive. During CoVID they continue to keep residents entertained. I’m so impressed by the staff. Because of Covid, residents have limited access to family per state rules. However Cedar Crest staff has gone over and above to keep connection through FaceTime and giving patient updates to my family, as well as helping with patient needs that I would Normally be able to take care of for my mom. They consistently reliever the materials we send, read her letters, and spend the time to make her feel at ease even thought our visits are through the window with masks. I’m so happy my mom is getting the care she needs even when I cant provide it directly.

The staff are doing a great job keeping the residents free from COVID-19. The housekeeping is great. The residents speak highly of the care that they are receiving at Cedar Crest Senior Living. The residents also speak highly of Britton Tucker. He is doing a great job keeping the residents motivated in healthy activities.

Erick, Allen , Sandy and the staff at Cedar Crest are phenomenal !! The interaction between staff and residents is priceless. Everyone is friendly, attentive and helpful. I would highly recommned Cedar Crest Senior Living of Lewisville.

I do want to share that Allen Little leads a staff of committed caregivers that help my wife to have the best care she has encountered for years. I am glad to find his leadership to be the best of the last three executives there.

Wonderful community. They not only provide a safe environment where my grandmother can get the care she needs, they also watch out for her mental and emotional well being and work with me when I have a concern, and keep me in the loop. I visit three times a week and everyone is friendly and professional.
