We had a session for our 9 year old son with David Simeone and couldnt be more pleased. His approach and demeanor was exactly in line with what works for our son. He was very patient and calm. He was very thorough and explained everything effectively to both him and us. David is definitely recommended.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Saw counselor David Laubach in April of this year and it went great to me personally. During the initial appointment I let him know I am an disabled veteran by way of Army and had done a tour in Afghanistan back in 2013 and spoke about problems from my child hood which was hard for me to speak about. I asked Laubach would he sign some FLMA forms for me and also told him about the on and off counseling from the VA is reason it had not been signed by a doctor there. Any who the meeting end and I explain that I was in the process of moving and did not mind traveling due how well the session went so I made a follow up appointment for two weeks out. When the day of appointment came I had my time mistaken for the day and was told by a lady from the front desk that I could just reschedule. The appointment was rescheduled and I asked about the paperwork and I was told it would be completed. A few weeks went by their was some scheduling conflicts so it got reschedule a couple times and then I received a email and I am going to copy and paste.Thinking about what happened today concerning your request that I complete your form for either FMLA or short term disability does not set well with me. Beyond doing an intake session with you on April 5, I dont know you. I do not know the answer to the questions on the form. You have not done therapy with me, and you also havent impressed me as someone who wants to do therapy. As far as I know you have bought a house and want time to move in. The questions on the form regard someone who cant work. I am not convinced that is true for you. I am going to send the form to you, and you need to find someone else to complete it. Perhaps someone at the Veterans Administration could do it, if they have treated you for alleged PTSD? Maybe your family physician knows your medical condition better and can answer the questions?Best of luck to you in all your future endeavors. He advised me he would sign and but what he said to an disabled Army Vet who was medically discharged and I quote ( Perhaps someone at the Veterans Administration could do it, if they have treated you for alleged PTSD?) is not acceptable. Spoke with management and he was defended. Place is a joke I pray and hope no other Veterans goes therapy due to PTSD issue because its a daily fight and their not the ones to get the job done in regards to treatment

The center as a whole is less than perfect, and that’s what I like. They are real people doing their best to serve me and others. I came to Grace Counseling because David Laubach started working with the Grace Counseling team.David is a kind, soft spoken man who genuinely cares about his patients. It was a God appointment the first day I met him.

If you read only one of these reviews read this one. First, I would like to point out that the owners response claiming Austin does not in fact work at Grace Counseling is a lie.. He is their Alumni coordinator.Do not waste your time or money going here. Their IOP program is a joke. They kick you out of class for going to the bathroom! Their therapy model is the matrix model (you can find the workbook online). The only helpful aspect is the group therapy of it which is only about 30 minutes of the 3 hours. One time I came in for individual therapy and they had someone scheduled in the room we were supposed to be in. Took nearly 15 minutes to find a space to use.It seems like they have a high turnover rate with therapists, and all the therapists they do have are fresh out of school or very inexperienced. I would suggest you do thorough research of your options before going to Grace.

Don’t come here. I came to this facility for a hair follicle test and was immediately greeted with an unwelcoming man named Austin. He greeted me with a “ya?”, then eventually asked for my personal information out loud in front of a room full of other people/customers. This included my social security number, my banking information, and my address. Let me mind you this is a location people also get drug tested for criminals on probation. My information could have easily been taken. After all of this, they tell me it will take 2 business days. I was leaving out of the country for over two weeks and needed those results before I left. It has been 3 weeks and I still had not heard from them. I finally call long distance from around the world and pay the extra fees while being put on hold for an hour because Austin says they LOST MY SAMPLE ORDER! This included ALL of my information and DNA. Do NOT come here.**** in response from the owner who responded below:Austin works for your company in which case your training allowed him to improperly do the test. Not watchdog. In fact he had never done it before and was allowed to. I have to come back and let you guys cut out another chunk of my hair out for this mistake now and have been delayed 3 weeks for this. And you have your own employees coming on here to write good reviews for the company.

The counselors at Grace Counseling are very knowledgeable and have been lead by a super director. All of the counselors have Master level degrees from various institutions and have individual specialties to apply toward your needs. Check them out if you or someone is in need of help or you just need to talk and get direction from a difficult place in life. They also provide intense out patient services should you need that.

Very unprofessional... This place canceled my child appointment without contacting me to let me know. I wasted half a working day for nothing when I got there and learned that the appointment has been cancel and worst yet... The chosen therapist planning to to transfer my kid to another therapist even though she had the slot open... How is that for caring??? I got a recommendation from my kid school counselor about this therapist but she didnt care too much for her new patient I guess... Oh well... Live and learn...
