I was in a really bad accident where my pelvis was shattered, I was placed in a wheelchair, etc. and the razor I was in had no insurance. I wasnt sure where to start. Though this wasnt Michaels field of expertise, he met with me a few different times to go over IN ENGLISH what was found, what was practical, and even explored my car insurance policy for me when they rejected helping me with my accident. Its been a hopeless, discouraging experience but him and his assistant Ericka are very response and nice. Michael is willing to still give the bedside manor and at least refer and point you in the right direction if needed, and he will be a reference for you if you have to refer to a proper lawyer (this shows you have done your research and this lawyer has also out ruled other potential ways of going about your case; making a different lawyer be more encouraged to take you on as a client). When in communication on all of this, they were also very empathetic to my situation and they didnt run me like cattle. Even if they arent in the correct field for whatever your case is, they are completely willing to help rule out things for you and give you guidance.

About the law the law should be for the people not the filthy rich fat cat corporations .

Mr. Kessinger is a fine attorney, and did a really great job for me. He gave me an honest appraisal of my case from the very start, including an estimate of how much time it would take. He contacted me regularly to let me know the progress of my case and alerted me to any new paperwork that needed to be filled out. He was with me for a Social Security court hearing and also at the deposition before my case settled, and gave me lots of good advice on how to handle them both. Michael Kessinger is one of the best. Yes I never thought I would need a lawyer but hes more than that. Michael and Erica has been like family to me for over 4 an a half years..after my car wreck in November 15 2013 they have stood by me and made sure my best interests was taken care of..
