I would give this service a 100 star rating if I could. The receptionist, RN and MD were all very friendly exremely helpful. Comfortable environment for a short wait time. Keep up the fantastic service!

Provider and staff at the Lewiston location provided great care. PA Deidra Boro was very kind and in the midst of being short staff not only attended to my emergent need but also took my vitals and roomed me (typically done by an MA or RN). She was kind and personable and did not let the current stressors of the pandemic or being short staffed fog her ability to care for her patient.

Check-in was simple and quick. I didn’t wait at all, which I realize doesn’t always happen. My health care provider was knowledgeable, thorough, and very patient and friendly. I felt that she really cared about my comfort and health. She answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood follow up instructions. I would certainly go here again, if I ever needed immediate medical care.

This is a very efficient organization. I was immediately greeted, and even though they were busy, I only waited for 10 minutes. The nurse and Physicians Assistant were both compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns. If I need to, I will use this facility again.

Omg!! What wonderful service we received today. Everybody from the young lady that took our basic info, to the person that took our vitals (and painlessly took our blood work) were wonderful and sweet. We want to give a special shout out to Deirdre, the PA that saw us (who we fell in love with). She was patient, caring and extremely informative. She went above and beyond our expectations. One of the nicest medical professional we have ever encountered. You all were a blessing to us.

The staff was so good to me and my daughter. I am happy with the care we have received.

My purpose in coming was for a covid 19 test. The receptionist was efficient and clear during our interaction and when I completed the short forms she advised me it would be a 45 minite wait . The TV was on with a delightful cooking show which was enjoyable even very low sound. Less than 45 minutes after I arrived I received my test by another efficient friendly staff member and then met briefly with a Doc who wanted to make sure my symptons were not excessive. All and allan excellent experience.

Great place! I was on vacation with my family when the night before we had to leave my oldest son ended up with a really painful ear infection. He was seen before closing, no one seemed in a rush to get out for the night, everyone was super sweet and we were seen within 5 minutes. The front desk, nurse and provider were all amazing with my son, who was in pain and just ready to go home. They flushed his ears and hooked us up with some antibiotics. If I lived in Maine this is where I would always go. Thank you for what you ladies do!

While visiting from Florida, my wife had an issue and we came in for help. Between there friendly helpful staff and amazing Dr. we gat the care we needed and because this was eye related, the Dr highly recommended we see an eye dr. SO they found one close by and got us in same day. Who does that? Urgent Carte in Lewiston did for us. THANK YOIU

Early this evening I was seen at Maine Urgent Care on Sabattus Street in Lewiston, it was my first time there. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with kindness and professionalism starting with Tammy and then within 5 fives Sherry brought me into the exam room. After Sherry took my vitals and asked me questions, I only waited about 10 minutes for the Physician Assistant, Jesse to come into the exam room. Prior to seeing me, he reviewed the chest X-ray online that I had taken 5 days ago. We reviewed the diagnosis and he explained that I needed to try a different course of antibiotics since my symptoms had not improved and the original antibiotic given was not the right type for my condition. I was also told that this morning from my friend who is a physician. Jesse’s treatment plan was spot on exactly what my friend stated I should have gotten from my PCP’s office. I was so impressed with the work flow and care I received tonight at Maine Urgent Care. I left there feeling like I was given good advice and an understanding of what and why the treatment plan that was made for my recovery. I can not thank all of them for making me like I am on the right path to getting better.

Reception is nice. Doctors are very knowledgeable. One nurse is not so nice but over all its better than most places in Maine.

Not impressed. I went in for an ear infection. Waited in room over an hour, confirmed ear infection, and was told shed be right back with leaving papers. 45 min later I open the door, to find out they forgot me. Went to pick up script, 30 min since Ive left, and it had not been received. Called urgent care... they are sending it now. Wasnt very busy.. I saw 5 people come and go the entire 2.5 hours I was there.

Phenomenal team, team works together, their people, bedside manner and care for patients. All over best care I have ever received. They talk with/to you not at you. They actually listen and take in to consideration everything youre telling them. 💞 Id rather go here than the doctor or hospital 💕

Do not go here. They bill insurance as an professional office visit rather than an urgent care visit, so you can be charged more money than if you went to a legitimate urgent care facility. They do not warn you about this ahead or time, so you will just get stuck with an unexpectedly high bill.St. Marys Urgent Care bills in a way that isnt misleading.

Just left there and was turned away by Tammy due to not having proof of insurance. Funny I never heard of that being a policy going to the one over in Auburn, I would just get mailed a bill to pay. Nope Tammy just got her Dominos delivered and must of been more hungry than willing to help. Im calling her superiors after this.

Should be open 24/7. Receptionist was extremely rude to me on the phone.

My fiance went here, for bad abscess tooth and they were really good. Werent happy with st Marys at all sending her home like they had. 5 star in my opinion

Friendly staff and the appointment was super quick and efficient. Much easier than I thought it would be - definitely recommend!

VA sent me here back in July 2020 because of Covid and shutdown of most parts of VA at that time for knee pain that was service connected. They have kept billing me instead of VA even after I gave them the VA billing info. Now its in collections and Im still arguing with these morons!!!!

Everyone was wonderful with my son, who had an infected finger. They were compassionate and professional and reassured him throughout the entire procedure of lancing and draining. Couldn’t say enough good things about the facility and the staff!

I have gone here twice since they opened and both times were quick, professional and spot on with treatment. I will continue to use them for my and my familys urgent care needs.

Terrible follow up. As an essential worker, I have had 3 proactive Covid tests. They called back once. 11 days after the lab processed the test. Tip: if you do need to use them, go around them and ask the lab directly.

Very upset with the service! Wanted to get X-ray of my ankle for possible fracture only to get turned away!Was told had to go to emergency room. Why is urgent care there in the first place if they wouldn’t even do a simple X-ray? Had to pay more to go to Hospital to find out it was broken! I think urgent care should pick up my bill all together for the inconvenience it imposed on me!

Came here back in may , was tested for covid , even as I was sick they were in good spirit which made me more comfortable, happy to say I have recovered from such a horrible thing thank you urgent care for being great

Excellent service from a professional caring team

So I went in and wasn’t feeling well and was checking in and she’s like your insurance is not active so of course I’m confused I’m like there not anyway that’s correct and she’s like well if you pay $40 today we will see you visible not feeling well I was like wel I didn’t bring my wallet so she’s well I don’t know what to tell you and even providing proof that it was currently active still refused to take my word for it and wouldn’t let me be see with out paying Which I know is policy but the way she went about it was very rude she had a very snarky attitude and to come to find out I went to another urgent care in there like oh yeah your insurance is active and then I called them just like let them know that’s what was wrong with there system probably and she was so rude again and she’s like well stop I can’t see you I was like I didn’t wanna be seen I have already been seen it just wasn’t very professional

Horrible front lady desk help. Doesnt care if ur hurt or sick. I will never come here again. Go to st Marys urgent care this place sucks.

Waiting in exam room for over 45 minutes, still no doctor. Returning a second time in 4 days for same medical reason but no solution on what it could be.
