Absolutely horrible. The procedure I had done was supposed to make me as good as new and instead lost my job for me due to the Drs restrictions and I was left with limited mobility that has affected my life and told not to screw up the prosthesis because it is the height of technology. Beware, I was left in more pain and more restricted with a Dr that told me I could mix tylenol and ibuprofen for the pain. If you are sent here I would highly advise another facility as I recently heard that the same thing that happened to me is not an isolated incident and someone else is going through the same situation that I did with the same procedure and same doctor.

I am new to the area. I chose Dr. Boyea from his credentials listed, his picture. I mean, look at that kind, friendly face, and he was all that and more. If you have issues with your hands, he is the man to see. His entire staff were wonderful, professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.I am thrilled to have found him.Cat

The nurses, staff, receptionists and Dr Beardsley were all friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Dr. Beardsley was very patient with all my questions. He showed me on a poster what was done, where, and how. He listened to my concerns and said he would send an updated report to my physical therapist.

Lewiston Orthopedic is a very professional, yet compassionate medical organization. The check-in procedure is efficient. And Dr. Weaver couldnt have been more thorough in my treatment, all along. However, I would prefer that patients and guests be required that a mask be worn, as the sign on the door suggests. The Covid virus would clear out much faster and kill fewer people if everyone would comply, or bring written reasoning as to why they cant wear one...or even wear it correctly. Social Distancing is very good.Thanks to everyone!

Dr Hansen has a wonderful bedside manner! Was as gentle as he could be giving me cortisone shots in my knees for the first time. I would go see him any day of the week for my knees.

Unfortunately I have broken many bones, and had 2 wrist surgeries. I have seen 4 different doctors, but every experience Ive had there was great. Apart from being on pain. The wait is always short and the care top notch. Both surgeries by Dr. Boyea went well and Ive healed from every injury.

Everytime I have had an appointment at Lewiston Orthopedics, even if I am in pain, has been a good experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have every confidence in Dr. Hansen. He has given me 2 new hips that have worked very well for me with no problems. I highly recommend him as one of the top doctors in our valley.

The staff at the counters are awesome. They are so polite and helpful. i went in to see Dr. Dietrich for some back pain since he performed my back surgery in 2016 and did and outstanding Job. he too is a very good christian man and very nice to deal with. Unfortunately he was busy doing surgeries the day i got scheduled in so i was stuck with his assistant. his service was HORRIBLE!!!! first i pay $45 at the counter for a specialist co-pay. Then during my visit, the doctor had his arms folded the entire time. He just asked me to walk so he could see my limp, then told me to continue what i was already doing and come back in a month. i then asked hit lay the bed flat and listen my back with a stethoscope because it crunches and cracks when i breath, witch to me is a big deal, He just laughed and said he could see it when i breath and ended the visit. i was pissed. it might seem funny to him but when i,m paying for a doc to look at me for back pain i don,t want to be laughed at. I wont be going back here if i can help it. I get more help watching doctors on YouTube, and its FREEEEEE!

We have a long history with Dr. Beardsley. I broke my upper arm in 4 places, the break was so bad I was worried I might never be able to use it again. Dr. Beardsley researched how to go about making a cage inside my arm to support the break. Within 6 months I had almost complete use of the arm. Next My husband had shoulder surgery and recently we came again to Dr. Beardsley for a consultation on what to do with spasms in my husbands leg. As always the doctor was careful, thorough, and guided us to the pain clinic where we have now gone and are completely satisfied with the dianosis and the treatment that Thomas received from both Doctors. I could not be happier with the experiences have had. I have had two surgeries performed by Dr. Boyea. They were both for a condition called trigger finger, and were successful. Then, two weeks ago I had an ankle fusion performed by Dr. Flock. It is healing well. I am pleased with the cleanliness, the professionalism, and the friendliness here.

Single worst medical experience I have ever been subjected to. Never even received treatment because their office staff is so disorganized and the office manager acted like I was out of line for being frustrated with having my time and money wasted. Now Im still injured, out $500 in useless diagnostics and office visit fees, the doctor never even clearly explained my diagnosis to me, they misled me as to the cause of the delay and blamed the insurance company when it was actually their refusal to communicate adequately with me, and then never even apologized. On top of everything else, I was working to get the procedure scheduled before the end of my deductible period, THEY KNEW THAT, dragged it out anyway, and now when I start over with a new ortho, Ill have to meet the deductible again before my insurance kicks in.In short, this practice showed a complete lack of regard for both my physical and financial health.UPDATE: With months distance, I’ll often see how I contributed to a bad situation or could have handled matters differently. NOT THIS TIME. They bungled my case, wasted my time and money, and refused to even admit it, much less apologize.

Ok I have gone to 3 hospitals to try and get some answers as to why Im having so much nonstop pain. I finally got some xrays and it showed that I had some swelling and soft tissue along with retained metal fragments. Dr Flock prescribed me gabapentin and I took it for a couple days and I started to get a itchy rash and I stopped taking it. Since then Ive been dealing with this nonstop pain everyday. I want the metal fragments gone. I also had a cast put on but I had it taken off as I was getting an allergic reaction to the particles.

Very pleased with orthopaedist communication, explanation, health plan and diagnoses.

My experience is that their billing department is very disorganized. I have gone in multiple times to settle a bill that I thought was paid in full to get a new charge the next month. This is for one MRI, not multiple appointments. Two visits, one to schedule an MRI and one to have MRI done. I have received an initial bill, paid. Months later a new bill, I went and paid it, they sent me to a second billing office in their building , and sure enough they found twenty dollars left off that I needed to pay. I paid it. I moved out of town and now I find I am in collections for $70. I am disputing the charge but medical offices can throw on After the fact charges like no other business can.

Not much help or relief they dont care.
