I went in 5 days ago to have my knee checked out. I been in pain for.2 months. Dr. Grant was nice and ordered x-rays for me. I went right over and got them done. I was told results will be in in few hours, or latest by next evening. After 3 days of no follow up call for my results, I called them. I got system is down let me write a sticky note and she call.u back on slow down time. I waited....2 more days have gone by and still NO CALL back!!!! 5 days of waiting for xrays and nothing. Really.disappointed in the follow up part. I need to get my knee better whether shots, draining, or surgery. I have a job, kids and.career.
I gave 2 stars because two years in a row after scheduling my annual a year in advance, I got a call 2 months in advance to reschedule. That in itself is not why I left this office. If you call to refill a prescription, you will be on hold for no less than 20 minutes. When I decided to transfer to another office, the new office sent me a paper to request records to be transferred. I filled out the paper in JUNE and went IN PERSON to hand deliver the papers to my former dr. office. Fast forward to September, I have my 1st visit at my new drs office...my old drs office never sent over my files! Ccs family practice needs to look into their services.
