The plaza can be see from a vehicle moving in normal traffic. The ears,nose and throat sign is clearly marked. There is an abundance of parking available with reserved parking for wheel chair access to the building. The building is wheelchair accessible with an elevator towards the left immediately after entering the building. There are signage posted in the lobby for mandatory face coverings. The ears nose and throat is on the second floor. The office is clean and well ventilated and while individuals are required to wear masks there were no signs in the waiting area for social distancing. People were considerate and abide by some form of spacing while waiting. Dr Diblassi was very warm to my 10 years old daughter. He explained her concerns in ways that she can understand with illustration and medical charts. Overall, the visit was a positive. The receptionists were courteous and professional. I observed one of them using de-escalation to defuse a possibility of situation of a patient checking in

I would like to thank Dr Capo and his friendly staff. My experience at his Levittown location was great . Dr Capo explained what I needed to have done and within minutes my procedure was done I ready to go home. Thank you again for such a great experience. I highly recommend this practice.

Wonderful experience with both Dr. Capo’s and the rest of staff at this practice. I suffered from recurrent sinus infections for years and had a sinus balloon dilation procedure. The whole procedure and recovery went exactly the way it was described and, in conjunction with allergy shots, have really helped minimize the number of infections I get these days. I LOVE Dr Capo and staff. I have been suffering with sinus problems for years. Once a month I had a sinus infection. I was so happy to have found Dr Capo. I right away felt like he wanted to do everything in his power to help me. I had ‘balloon’ surgery done in April. It’s now July and I have not had any sinus problems since then! I go there for holistic allergy shots as well (I had no idea I had such bad allergies until I was tested at Dr Capos office). The shots have helped me dramatically too! Dr Capo and his staff is the best ENT office ever!!! Thank you to all of you!!!

I was referred to ENT Associates by my primary care physician after I had been coughing on and off for about a year. Dr. Capo examined me and proscribed a round of antibiotics and some other medicine which helped but did not fully get rid of my cough. On my next visit Dr. Capo immediately thought my coughing stemmed from my sinuses and I had a cat scan done to my head right there in his office. So much better than having to make another appointment for a cat scan at another office. It was determined that I needed sinus balloon dilation surgery which was available to be performed right there in his office as well. Again so much better than having to schedule such procedure at a hospital. Dr. Capo and his staff took great care of me and the convenience of having the cat scan and surgery right there in his office was very convenient.

Dr. Capo Sr. is awesome, I had a sinus procedure done, he and the whole staff made me feel comfortable during it. Went for 3 follow ups, again felt relaxed the whole time. Very pleased with how I am feeling now

They are quick but the most like won’t give you medicine. I have had strep throat before and amoxicillin helped. I walk in they look at my throat and said hopefully it gets better over time and let me go. Better off going to a regular doctor or urgent care. Theresa doesn’t know what she’s doing. How am I supposed to get better without medicine if it’s been like this for over a month.

Had bad sinus issues for years without infection.,inflammation,pain,congestion,headache,trouble breathing especially during sleep.Had ballon dilation sinus surgery with Dr. Capo and son which greatly relieved much of these bad symptoms .should have done it much sooner.

This to share my most satisfying experience with ENT office. Since COVID started April 2020, I suffered from post-nasal drip as a result of too much exposure to household chemicals/cleaning agent. I went to 3 internists, 1 allergist, 2 ENT specialist (excluding Dr J. Capo) in the last 14 months. None of the doctors were able to figure out the root cause of my ill health, until I visited Dr. J. Capo on April 2021. Dr J. Capo was spot on. He was able to diagnose with accuracy the issue of chronic sinusitis, after doing a CT scan right in his office Levittown. Dr Capo recommended ballon sinuplasty procedure to address my issue.I underwent the ballon sinuplasty procedure at Dr. J. Capos office at Levittown, NY in the month of June 2021. The procedure was painless and over in 1/2 hour performed under local anesthesia. All done conveniently at the under one roof of Levittown office. Dr Capo is an expert in the ballon sinuplasty procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Capo for your sinus related issues without any reservations. I feel much better now!

Dr. Capo Jr performed septoplasty surgery on me in March of 2020. I cannot thank him enough for improving the quality of my life. My breathing improved a 100%. My sleep is uninterrupted. I can smell and taste that I was not able to do for years. My speech is so much stronger. I won and I could not have done it without such an extraordinary and capable doctor.

If you are looking for quality care and treatment this is not the place for you. This medical practice lacks the ability to provide adequate care for their patients who are in need to find answers for their health concerns. They don’t understand the concept of patient care and follow up. The administration’s attitude is repugnant, they have a way of making you feel as though they are doing you a favor just by taking your call.My uncle visited the clinicians at this office and had a terrible experience. He was treated as a number and not a person; the doctor didn’t take the time to listen to his concerns or ask questions to identify the underlying issue. Instead, several tests were ordered with the sole purpose of racking up the insurance costs instead of diagnosing the issue. When the test results came back, there was no patient follow up. In fact, he had to call the office several times to find out the results. No one thought to contact him to let him know the test results and after he finally reached someone at the office, no one took the time to explain the results or even provide feedback regarding next steps.Steer clear of this medical practice at all costs and find yourself a reputable ENT who genuinely cares and wants to help their patients.

This office is outstanding! Staff is very helpful and doctors are very professional. My son had deviated septum surgery and everything went well and he is feeling good!

Had an appointment this morning with Dr. Joseph Capo (his son) and it turned out to be a very satisfying and professional experience from him and his staff. Dr. Capo was very attentive to the disclosure of what was wrong and performed his medical examinations with care and light touch of hand (nose and ears are very sensitive). I didn’t have a wait and just enough to fill out personal information. We were only 3 people in the waiting room that could accommodate about 10. The staff in the hallway before entering the waiting room eliminates entry of a sick patient. Last but not least is the ample parking lot. Grateful to have the ENT office of Dr. Capoan ENT in the Levittown area.

My husband recently visited this office and the service here is extremely poor. The doctor, Steven Kushnick, sent him to get a balance test and was awaiting results for almost 2 weeks. Every time he call the office he was told the doctor will return his call. Eventually got a callback after calling the office at least 20 times. The office manager had to look for another doctor to interpret the result. After 2 weeks of dealing with dizziness, he was told he needed balance therapy for his dizziness. Common treatment but they needed that to be interpreted. Lack of response and appears lack of knowledge in this office.

Ive seen Dr. Deblasi for years and have reccomended him and the practice to friends and family. Dr. Deblasi is knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain how procedures will go and what results mean. Would definitely recommend.

My wife had an appointment with an ENT doctor on 08/24/20. We have Emblem VIP Premier (HIP). Normally you must have a referral/authorization to see a specialist. But because of the Corona Virus, Emblem has waivered the need of an referral/authorization since March 2020. No matter how I tried to convince the receptionist of this fact, that she should know about, she would not let us see the doctor, repeating telling me that my wife needs a referral. My wife was so annoyed she just left without seeing the doctor. The receptionist should have called her supervisor to confirm what we were telling her.

I was looking for a new ENT since my previous Doctor relocated to Florida. After seeing different ENTs on Long Island, I finally decided to make an appointment to see Dr. DiBlasi based on his reputation and experience with performing Endoscopic Sinus Surgeries. He has an excellent bedside manner and was very thorough and put me at ease with all of my questions and concerns regarding my sinus issues. I highly recommend Dr. DiBlasi and this office.

This office have not respect for elderly people ... they overbooked appointments .. I been there 3 times at this office always waiting over 30 minutes with other patients waiting over 59 minutes for a consultation.... office and doctor should be considerate with patients ...

I had a constant surgical infection for 6 years, chronic rhinitis, and sinus infection and Dr. Capo noticed a stitch placed in my nostril that should not have been there. A few weeks ago I suddenly loss hearing in my right ear. I panicked and googled ENT near me and I chose to call this office because of the convenience of location. I explained my situation and hearing panic in my voice, the lady told me that they didnt really take walk ins but she will talk to the doctor to see what they can do; to my surprise, they told me to come in. I Saw Dr. Theresa, she had extensive hearing test done. Ive seen her 3 more times after that to monitor my hearing (which is getting better).This was a great office experience for me at a moment when I was scared. The staff is very polite. Even when, for whatever reason, there was a mix up with my appointment time, they still saw me (Dr. Theresa did my vitals herself). My only suggestion is that the Dr. needs to stop for a little longer to address my concerns, she seems to always be in a rush after explaining the result of the test. But, i would definitely recommend this office.I GUESS THEY DIDNT LIKE MY REVIEW BECAUSE AT MY LAST VISIT ON 10/31/18, THE DR TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO IMPROVEMENT FROM MY LAST TEST, GAVE ME COPY OF MY TEST RESULTS AND SAID: GO SEE ANOTHER DR.

Im seeing Dr. Capo. Three times ive been to the office on Levittown. All three times i’ve had to wait more than 90 mins! I was waiting with other patients who had been waiting longer than me and had the same appointment time. (Today it was a two hour wait) I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews about the wait time. Dr. Capo is very nice and knowledgeable, i just wish that the office respected the patients time.

This office treats all ENT issues outpatient. Theres a good flow of patients being seen on schedule. The wait isnt bad. Free WiFi.
