This location by far has to be one of the best on the Island!!!..I have been shopping here both as a customer and personal trainer for over 15 years...Everyone is always very helpful from beginning to end!!..Often i ask them to hold something and i will pick it up later..They are always accommodating and sure to make certain the product matches what they will put aside for you...Dont ever change!!!..Thank you!! :)

Im usually happy shopping at this store. The employees are always very nice, and the place is always clean and well organized.I do think the products are a bit overpriced, but I also think that all health food stores have overpriced products.

Been customer at The Vitamin Shoppe for years! Go here quite often. All the staff cares and are knowledgeable about what they sell. I like how they can talk about the products and suggest different solutions for you. Thank to them I found a great replacement.

Customer service was the worse ever. My wife and I had a question about multi vitamins, a vitamin shoppe brand, and the employee we asked for help told us honestly I dont know. You would have to read the ingredients. Not only that were they not acknowledged upon entering the store and we had to ask for assistance (they didnt even want to greet us). They had no knowledge of the products and were talking to each other the whole time. Now I see why he was reluctant to even come over to us. But they had no problem taking our money though. We definitely will never be patronizing this establishment again.

Had what I was looking for and were running a great sale as well. The staff also provided some suggestions that were helpful.

I didnt feel welcomed during my recent visit to The Vitamin Shoppe in Levittown, compared to pre-covid and other employees that used to work there. The manager was wearing her mask below her nose for most of the time so I didnt really want to go near her and when I asked a couple of questions, she seemed impatient and annoyed. I had to actively seek out help. I was disappointed b/c over the phone they said there were huge sales but in person I found the sale items to be extremely limited! They were Out Of Stock on a bunch of vitamins I was trying to pick up. I wont be rushing back to that location, for sure! Maybe Ill try CVS. The West Hempstead CVS was extremely helpful last time I was there, the manager is very nice.

Hey, they had what i wanted (Patchouli essential oil); hard to find in stores. Mission accomplished.

I see Nikita the most often due to my crazy work schedule and she is extremely helpful and very positive!! I highly recommend Vitamin Shoppe over any other place!!

Hi, i tried to place an order about half dozen times on their site. i also tried to call and lost a lot of time and effort into my supposed good health. your hours are ludicrous for an internet business, but more so you are now thieves. my order was never placed and cancelled BY YOU within minutes of making it. you have had my MONEY since july 8thseveral calls later there is no satisfaction. i dont have the time to chase you guys down so i will be filing a complaint with consumer reports. i should be compensated with a gift card, but instead they even took my 5 dollar credit that I earned. thanks guys, worst company ever!

They always have what Im looking for

I went the and asked for a certain multi vitamin called Especially For Men in the 100 count bottle. This Guy Named Micheal said that the store it self do not carry that size bottle anymore, I asked him can he check another location or even call a near by location which is in Garden City. He said that they dont have them either, so I took it apon myself to call the Garden City location and they had it in stock, and they also explained to me how the lables on the bottles will change soon. then some lady tried to give me some kind of explanation and she didnt even sound right. My experience at this location was a bad one I DONT LIKE TO BE LIED TO, I now got to the location in Garden City, it is a little ways from my house but I like the CUSTOMER SERVICE
