Literally great massage. Would tell you his name but then he wont be mine lololol

Purchased a $130 gift certificate. I asked for a receipt to ensure the recipient had no issues. The attendant said they only do email and there are no other options. I asked for a refund and they sent the refund receipt to the wrong email. This is exactly why I insisted on a receipt. Poor customer service if they refuse to spend 5 cents on a print.

Horrible customer service, do not sign up for a membership. A complete scam. They never pick up the phone. They are very unclear about their policy. Not lenient with this pandemic at all or understanding. At the start of the pandemic we could obviously not go due to the restrictions. Over this time, I have 9 credits that have accumulated but they are saying that I have to continue the membership to be able to use them. How does this make any sense given the circumstances? They called me to say that I have to use these credits by the end of the month but left out the part about continuing the membership payments. Would never go back to them and I am still upset that I lost so much money with their membership.

Shannon at the front desk is soooo efficient helpful and smart. I thought she might be a corporate trainer the way she navigates the system with my home massage envy office in Massachusetts. Rock star for sure!!!

Good massage but it wasn’t quite an hour, like 10 minutes short. Just saying, would like to get what I’m paying for.

One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. I have Crohns disease & often my body hurts all over. My massage therapist Amber was amazing, professional, nice & made the whole experience a pleasure.

Ilir my massage therapist is amazing! However, we had an issue after our massage and the manager CC could learn a little about customer service. First, there was no reason for her to raise her voice, threaten or speak down to anyone. If CC was having a bad day or she is unable to speak to people without the attitude maybe she should take a less stressful position. The ladies who were working the desk were nothing but apologetic especially after she left. CC (I dont know what her actual name is) but she came in with the attitude as if she were bothered by the fact that she had to come in. Anyway, if you decide to go anyway, if you sign up for the membership make sure you get any adjustments in writing and if you discuss any change, questions, comments or concerns get that in writing as well.

I was at my whits end with massages that did nothing to relieve my pain. I have an incredibly physically demanding job that takes its toll on my body. I have sought relief from pain for years. I was about to give up when I gave it one more chance. Thank goodness I did because the amount of relief I have gotten from Elena is unbelievable. My range of motion has been restored and the pain is a thing of the past. The staff here is amazing! Super friendly and helpful I love going in and seeing them. All around great place!

Don’t do it. You have to sign over your first born to cancel. Not a single massage therapist I was impressed with and sometimes I left worse than I came in.

I really enjoy the customer service here. When I had an issue with one of my aestheticians, the owner was quick to rectify the problem and ensure I had only positive experiences from that point forward. Zulfia and Jorgette are courteous and knowledgeable aestheticians and I believe their facials have been improving my skin.

Try to cancel your membership from this place is hell. I cancelled my member twice and yet they still keep taking my money you call they say that they cant see or do anything for you you have to cancel it again but you show them the paperwork from the other 2 times you cancel it and still the cycle continues.

Website is deceiving. The staff is friendly but a bit overpriced in my opinion.
