Terrific experience. Very knowledgeable. Great diagnostician. Easy to talk to. Spends plenty of time with you. Office is neat and clean. Covid friendly. Dr. Stein is worth the 30 minute trip that I take each way to and from his office!

Amazing experience!! I went to Dr Stein for migraine headaches which I have had for 10 years and I have never met a more caring Dr!! If you call him he calls right back and is so dedicated!! Gary is a very nice man, however, he actually ruptured a disc in my lower spine. I had been going to him for years, but one morning, he said to me, lets try something different today. That was the beginning of the end.

Really good, Ive been to two chiros, theyre both good. But Dr. Stein is procedural about clients. Keeps track of your progress/starting point.

I started seeing Dr. Stein after an auto accident in 1993 for treatment of chronic back and neck pain. I consider him to be an excellent chiropractor. He cares for his patients and provides treatment options accordingly. His office is always clean and well kept, and his support staff is great too. I would recommend Dr. Stein to anyone in need of chiropractic services.

Great chiropractor!! Dr. Stein has helped me so much more than I could have ever imagined. I have had headaches for at least 5 years which started out of nowhere. All of the tests that my doctor sent me for were normal. I got sick of taking medicine which didnt even help that much. My brother has seen Dr. Stein for a neck problem and he told me to give him a try. I was reluctant because I already saw 2 chiropractors and it really didnt help. Im so glad that I listened to my brother. I havent had a headache in 12 weeks. By the way, I travel 40 minutes to get to Dr. Steins office but it is absolutely worth it. Dr. Stein is easy to talk to and very professional. He also has a great staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr Stein for over 15 years for my scoliosis i started when I was 16 yo. I began going to a chiropractor for adjustments because I did not want surgery. Dr Stein is the greatest, he does only the adjustments that are necessary and i always feel better when Im done. I go to Dr Stein between 1 to 2 times per week, and I rarely ever have to wait to be seen. Everyone who works in his office are so friendly and great. Dr Stein is the perfect chiropractor to see if you have been to other chiropractors before or never at all. You definitely wont be disappointed.

DR. Stein was very personal, but his insistence that I pay 50.00 co-pay for each visit instead of 20.00 per my med-blue HMO plan is really upsetting. So I stopped seeing him. BCBS suggested I file a grievance since the Dr. did not file any claims.

My experience with Dr. Stein was excellent. I have suffered with lower back pain and sciatica for at least ten years. I originally injured myself in college playing Division 1 Baseball. The MRI that I had showed that I have three herniated discs in my lower back. I had to stop most physical activities. I tried just about everything with little success.....physical therapy, epidural injections, acupuncture, muscle relaxers, anti-inflamatories, etc. The most recent orthopedic surgeon that I saw referred me to Dr. Stein. I started to feel relief in about two weeks. After five weeks, my pain was virtually gone. For the first time in many years, I am back at the gym five days a week. Dr. Stein gave me my life back. Dr. Stein is the most dedicated and caring doctor that I have ever met. He has a very calming manner and he was so patient with me because I had many questions. Dr. Stein is a true professional and I highly recommend him. I wish I met him sooner.Michael B.

For one I was solicited by this chiropractors office personnel by phone to come in for a free consult. When I finally agree to an appointment and came in I found him to be rude and impolite. He told me on the first visit that he did not accept my Blue Cross, Blue Sheild insurance. He informed me that I would have to pay $60 for his x-ray of my spine. I was repeated called and harassed about coming in to pay the $60 fee and follow up. When I did return finally, I was asked to pay the money upfront before I seen the chiropractor. When I refused and asked for a letter first describing my diagnosis. I was given a letter signed by him with a false statement (that I was diabetic), which he refused to remove. He was belligerent and arrogant and then told me he would not accept my payment. He has no medical etiquette, his equipment is outdated and his staff care only about raking in the dough.Sign me: Professional Nurse thinking about reporting this DO to NYS Dept of Health.
