I always have a great experience at V-Spa! I got my nails and lashes done by Mo - she did a fantastic job! My lashes still look natural and lifted. I’m very happy with the results and definitely be coming back!

Do not ever buy Groupon for this place, I had eyelash extension and I bought the most expensive one. However, I had to pay extra $30 for the good quality eyelash and the lady (I remember her name is Lucy) said she is very professional and she is using the best glue, Guess what my eyelashes are falling off from the next day. Now its been ONLY TWO WEEKS and most of eyelash are gone. Last time when I had eyelash extension, it lasted two months. I am not sure about medi pedi, but for eyelash do not go this place.

My lashes came out great!! Got the cat eyes. It last about 2 weeks before I need refill. The girls make u feel very comfortable

Dont go here, save yourself some frustration. I went with a Groupon, they just try to sell you stuff quite aggressively without paying attention to performing the service you went there for. The lady who did the Pedi was atleast professional, hygienic and did a decent job while in the name of manicure they just trim the nails and apply nail polish and call it bioscopal gel mani. When confronted insist that this is what bioscopal gel Manis are.

It was too bad experience . They just want to make money. Bad service. Not professional at all. Not understanding anything. Not able to communicate with them. Gossip to much in their language..

My husband and I recently went in for a Groupon massage.But when we were leaving we were informed there was a mandatory $30.00 tax and tip.It was a complete embarrassment. She very loudly shared with the entire business that we were only leaving a $20.00 bill and stated we should add another $10.00.Again, we understand that the Groupon do not included tax or gratuity. BUT at that point we had paid almost more in tax and tip, than the Groupon purchased. (Groupon offer was only $37.00.)I believe the place was very clean, they were professional up until it came to the charging time, and the wait was only 15 minutes.However, it was just very uncomfortable to be pressured and embarrassed into leaving a bigger tip.Honestly it was just the way the situation was handled that made me want to not return ever again for any type of services. Especially after reading others comment saying this isn’t the first time that occurs.Also, keep in mind. Tips are optional. Not mandatory. It’s always up to the customer on how much they choose to leave. So it was just not necessary.

Really nice and very helpful staff. Professional and Highly recommended services. Affordable prices. Had a manicure and pedicure done. And it was great. I definitely recommend them.

Took my daughter there for a dad and daughter date and she love it. Everybody there was so kind and my wife said she would be switching to this place. Good job to the workers and the manager. Amazing place I would recommend

Felt a little rushed. Technician was on FaceTime the whole time. Nail design was just ok. Very clean though. Pedicure was perfect.

I come here just for manicures (gel or SNS powder) and pedicures. Every time they do a good job, and they are friendly. Not sure about the other services they provide.

Went to this place today. Horrible people, they charged $6 dollars tax on a groupon gift. Plus I only was able to choose from 5 colors. They also demand more tip than I was offering. Hungry for money...

Pedicure was nice but no little back massage while toes were drying. I had a Living Social that said nothing about paying $3 tax. It says it in The Groupon but not on Living Social. Both are owned by Groupon. I advised them to contact Groupon.

My favorite nail salon!!! I will never go to another nail salon again. They are all extremely professional and I am always greeted with the biggest hello and hugs from some of my favorites. They always have the newest technology and trends and I am never disappointed. I always look forward to the massages after my nails! He is one of the best around. Pedicures are worth spending the extra money here! They are fantastic and unlike any other pedicure Ive ever had. If you havent been to VSPA, its a must try! You will not be disappointed.

I went to get my eyelashes done one of the ladies was really upset i tipped her below the 20% she was asking for and started yelling so loud screaming NO tip no tip no tip no tip continuesly its money hungry for sure!! If they came out as great as the first time i ever went i wouldve been happier!! It was rushed for a new set done in 15min not good

Had a 60min massage with May, she was excellent. Excellent price, the service was 10x better than what i haven received in past at some overpriced Spa resort type places. She is excellent at working tough knots out all while being very courteous by asking if im ok to adjust pressure . I Will be back!!!

If I can give this place less than one star I would. Please ladies do not get the eyelash extension here. Not that you just waste your money but you also put your eyes and your eyelashes at risk. I made this mistake! the lady actually glued the worst type of lashes to my skin! Not to my lashes! Next day my eyes were itchy and infected and after 24 hours when I washed my eye the extensions came off cause they were glued to my eyelids. OMG!! They Scotttape under my eyes and my eyelids and ripped my face off removing it!! I always go to this other place in NYC but that day got lazy to drive and thaught to try this place.They actually make you sign a consent form so you can’t do much about it even if you go blind.At this point all I can do is to write my review for anyone that wants to go there hopefully reads this First.

Worst experience ever...horrible job. Jel manicure finished in 25 mins. Nails are all shaped differently. No massage. No cleaning. Plus they yell across the room and chat nonstop. I left with a severe headache

I walked out at 4:51pm and because I had texted my mother at 4:36pm that they said to wait just a few minutes for a full-face (which they didnt even know the price to) and walked out for waiting too long. They didnt even ask if everything was ok or apologized or said goodbye. Definitely not coming back.

Got One Special Predicure from Groupon. A lady came up to me and told me I had to pay $3 for tax, so I was like sure whatever. The lady doing my feet asked if I wanted a callus remover, but it was an extra $8! At the nail salon I usually go to, its $20, special predicure, callus remover included.After my predicure, a guy came over and asked if I wanted a massage, so I said yes. I regret it. My back and shoulder area is bruised! More damage done. So much pain.Based on other comments and mine, Id say go at your own risk.

Brought my 2 nieces with me for pedicures on a Monday.. we where the only one getting a pedicure, very rushed hardly any foot massage didnt listen to my niece about color wanted to charge 7$ for a 3rd coat , the color was see thru!!! Was not relaxing at all and have to walk down a FILTHY hall to get to entrance that has someones clothes all over floor! To many spas around will never go back.

I came in on September 21 for a eyelash refrill. The eyelash refrill went well. I paid for me & my daughter. Then I gave the Asian woman $5 for her tip......She was very upset & stated to me that I must give her 15% gratuity!Then I replied to her & stated to her that I could only afford $5 tip for myself because, in paying for my daughter eyelash refrill. Finally I said to her where do you have this on writing? This is not a restaurant..They are so money hungry people.
