Worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in for silver hair and walked out with black. The employees constantly leave their clients and will talk about them around the corner making fun of them within earshot.

My wife goes here she likes the service and the people that work there very much. My wife is an excellent judge of style. If she likes it here, then you will like it here.

Wendy is incredible as is the rest of the staff. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Its impossible not to enjoy yourself there. The color, cut, waxing are all the best Ive been to. I have curly / wavey hair, and have gone through a lot of hairdressers before I found the one. My entire family trusts their color and cuts to SS&S. We walk in feeling like family, and walk out feeling like beauty queens!

Ive visited the salon a couple months ago to have my hair done which came out wonderful however Throughout my serivice i asked my stylist to show me how to fill my eyebrows and she did but when she went into the hmakeup kit i noticed alot of items in there that she used when she did my makeup for a wedding I was in 4 years ago. You could tell the products were worn and old which leads me to believe they were expired and if those products are old what else are they using that is expired red flag number 1. Next i had an encounter with the owner which was less then pleasent. She was very pushy you could tell she wasnt in the best mood maybe having a bad day but she left a presence in the salon that was very uncomfortable red flag number 2. I was going to get my nails done a gel manicure however i didnt see a color i really liked in there gel selection. They had a bunch of beautiful colors in regular polish and i was told i could use that and still do a top coat but id have to wait for the polish to dry And to me that defeats one of the amazing purposed of gel where you dont have to deal with drying time. The owner assured my new colors were to come but i came a couple days ago to find the colors were all the same so again i left no manicure having to go somewhere else red flag number 3. I love my stylist and i know some of these things are out of their hands but i wont be returning again because of all of these things stated
