Came here for the first time, check in process was quick and as usual filling out the forms with any new clinic you go to. Got a thorough hear evaluation done and the service and staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Dr. Bill Kent Jr. was a super friendly guy, didn’t mind answering all of my questions which I loved and made sure he checked everything. Overall 10/10.

We stopped into Long Island Hearing to see if they could repair a hearing aid used by my disabled brother. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our need. They were able to repair the hearing aid within an hour restoring his ability to hear. We discussed the need for hearing aids for another family member and found them to be very knowledgeable and supportive. We feel very fortunate to have come across this caring family run establishment. We will most definitely be returning there for all of our hearing aid needs. I have no reservation in recommending Long Island Hearing.

My experience with Long Island Hearing is as a caretaker for my 90+ year old mother. Dr. Christine was able to help mom with finding the correct hearing aid for her. Her patience and professionalism never wavered during the sometime difficult checkups. The entire staff, doctors and patient coordinators, do their jobs with courtesy and caring during each visit. Great place. The family run operation provides personalized service. Theyre great folks to deal with. Knowledgeable and caring. I accidentally stepped on and destroyed my hearing aide. I thought I had just ruined a very expensive piece of equipment. When I stopped in and talked to Jessica, I happily discovered I would be able to replaced it under warranty for a fraction of the original cost. Bill Jr gave me a quick hearing test to make sure the replacement would match my present need and an order was placed and I will be hearing again shortly. All my dealings with Bill, Jessica and the rest of the staff have been great. I highly recommend them for all your hearing needs.

Initially, I needed to have my hearing aid repaired. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was very courteous. I ended up losing one of my hearing aids in an accident, and a few weeks later my other one stopped working as well. Having been impressed with their service, I decided to go back to Long Island Hearing to look into getting a new pair. I met with Jennifer who was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything in laymans terms, was very thorough and really knew her product. The hearing aids we decided on are amazing! So much better than what I had before. Such excellent service was exhibited today at LI Hearing on Hempstead Turnpike. Greeting was so pleasant. I went in with 2 pairs of hearing aides for my aunt and they repaired them and cleaned them no questions asked. They also inquired how my aunt of 98 was doing. This is an excellent place to pursue your hearing needs. I’d give TEN stars if it was possible!! My 94 year old father had taken a fall and was in the hospital and then rehab. While In rehab, he broke one of his hearing aids and then the other. Without them he can barely hear anything. Seeing that they have their own lab on premises, I went to Long Island hearing in Levittown to see if I could get them repaired. I explained the situation to Bill Kent Jr. and gave him the hearing aid. Unfortunately he couldn’t repair the unit but came out with a demo pair for me to lend to my dad until we could get the the repairs done or purchase a new set! I could not believe that it was happening. I am not a patient of theirs but that didn’t make any difference in the way I was treated. They are so caring and empathetic!! My dad has just been released from rehab and I will be bringing back the loaner hearing aids and also bringing my father in for all his future hearing needs. Bill, you’ve got our business from now on! I couldn’t imagine ever finding anyplace better!! Thank you.

I am not given to superlatives, but I must say that my experience with Bill Kent at Long Island Hearing in Long Beach was the very best. I am 92 years old and totally deaf in my left ear. I have three hearing aids for my right ear, none of. which seemed to be working. I was kind of desperate.Bill completely fixed two of the hearing aids. He said that the repair of the third would be expensive and not worth it. He didnt try to sell me anything. We made an appointment for a checkup in three months, and I walked out a very happy woman and a very satisfied customer.

Our family has nothing but praise for Dr. Christine Kent-Coglietta. My mother received excellent care and when time came for my brother and I to consider the need for hearing aids, we were handled with care and compassion. Rather than just trying to sell me on the need for hearing aids, they reviewed my hearing issues and decided that I did not need to purchase hearing aids. I have been going to Long Island hearing for about three years now — I recommend this great family practice to many people. My experience has been so positive. If you told me three years ago that I needed hearing aides I would’ve have said no. Anyone who tells me they really can’t hear clearly - I tell them to call and get a hearing test. I have been told by family for over 10 years that “You need to wear hearing aids”. My response has always been “no way”. Well let me tell you that after getting my hearing aides my entire day to day life got so much better. The staff at Long Island Hearing is great!! friendly and polite.Bill Ken Jr is an awesome professional and ready to help fixing and calibrating the hearing device.My Mom was pleased with the tests and process to get the hearing aid. They made it pretty easy and fast. I highly recommend getting the hearing aid devices from them.My Mom and I love the chocolate mints we get after each visit

Today I had to visit Long Island Hearing for my hearing exam, From the moment I called to schedule, to the moment I stepped out from the facility, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. All the people working here, are very polite, caring and very good listeners.Mr William took my hearing exam with great patience and very attentively.
