Great staff, Doctor Elkerm is wonderful and kind. The food is delicious. I would not go anywhere else! This is the best care around.

Life care center of Leominster hides the true diagnoses of patients and allows them to die of neglect. They are too far from a “rehab”. Absolutely shameful.

If I could rate them negative “stars” I would. Absolutely disgusting facility. Prescribed a very serious AS NEEDED med for my family member who was a patient there. EVERY DAY. Medicine torture!! Also claims to “rehabilitate” .... no. Let’s patients lie there every day practically dying. This place is horrendous!!!!

My Brother was their for Short Term Rehab. The People and Care he received were Fantastic! They did so much to help him and we are all very Appreciative! He couldnt say enough good things about their staff!

Physical therapy went all out to help me. The food was fantastic and the nursing staff were outstanding. I could not have asked for better. I would recommend this rehab to anyone 100%

My aunt spent a significant amount of time here after her complicated surgery. I can not say enough about the care and attention she received during her stay. The building is older but very clean and we all thought aesthetics was less important because of the care she needed and only they had the physician there to see her on site in the area. I highly Recommend life care center and she still goes back to visit! Staff is very attentive and understanding.

I recently placed my mother here. She came from living in her own home on her own so it was a very big change for her. From day one she loved the food and says the bed is very comfortable. Although the adjustment has been hard for her the staff have been caring and kind to her. I am a frequent visitor here almost daily and have always witnessed residents treated with dignity and respect. I liked that my mother was allowed to add personal touches to her area like pictures and other personal items. Her care givers all seem to really enjoy the work they do and make her feel she is cared about as a person.

In the 37 years I have worked here I have never ever had a bad day. I’m so proud to be part of this team and the love that they share. I wouldn’t give up the experiences that I’ve had here for all the money in the world.

I have a close relative that had to go in for long term nursing care, she likes it a lot which is so important to us, I feel she gets the best care and always looks neat and clean, she loves the food , and the staff is wonderful, whenever anything comes up the staff is ready to resolve it, the facility is clean and the resident rooms are cleaned often, we can sleep well at night knowing she is at Life Care center, and relieved we found great care for her.

The care for my aunt was phenomenal here!!. I can not say enough amazing things about the staff from nursing staff down to the receptionists i was impressed! They also have a staff on site physician who is hands on!! When they told me about the facility i was like just another sales pitch, i was so hesitant send her. Once she was admitted our whole family was impressed and surprised at the care and collaboration my aunt recieved from them. She is now at home doing well and happy. Thank you Life Care Team!!

My Uncle was admitted to Life care of Leominster for Rehab, he was extremely ill with multiple problems, Trach, wounds, etc. honestly I did not think he would survive.... between the Nurses, Rehab team and Dr. Elkerm, not only did he survive but he made it home and is independent today! I read all the negativity posted and I cannot believe it, it never had an aroma, he liked the food and the staff were some of the most caring people I have ever met, I applauded the Staff at Life Care center of Leominster and will be forever grateful for the 5 star care he received each and everyday!

Deplorable conditions: Unfortunately I had to spend 7 days in this facility for physical Therapy for my left knee. Very small rooms for 2 patients, one fluorescent light On the Ceiling in the middle of this small room and unable to reach The switch from your bed at night. Two rooms (4people) have to use ONE Tiny Bathroom . The food is terrible And is Always Cold. The nursing staff Is very under staffed have to Whit At less 30 minutes before someone to answer call button . The PT & OT staff are very good but again under Staffed. Do not use this facility.

The staff have been very nice as well as the food.

Highly rated there care for elderly is beyond great there so good there

I would give an extra star if I could for Dr. Elkerm their in-house doctor. He is wonderful along with all the other staff.

I dont want to say that everything is bad here, but this place is not meant for rehab, this place may be good as a day care program or for patients with little or no health complications, but for people referred for rehabilitación, físical therapy or continuous follow up medical care, its totally failed. Just be aware, if you need a place to just put a patient for day care, this may be a good place, but those one with daily care for rehab, I totally recommend to go to somewhere else.

Horibale place to put anybody in rude nurses they don’t care if your loved ones live or die inside it’s truly depressing!!!!! I advise anybody who has a loved one to please second think about placing your loved ones here

My father went in for rehab and came out worse! Drug em up and put a diaper on em... And when their is a billing discrepancy...dont bother their billing lady would rather berate you for something that fell thru the cracks on their end...than submit paperwork.

My mother has been in and out of this place for the past 5 or so years. Unfortunately this is the place her insurance Summit Eldercare uses. Everytime she is here something goes wrong. The rooms are small 2 people in a tiny room, sharing 1 TV and 1 bathroom for 2 rooms. Everytime she uses the bathroom someone from other room opens the door as there is no lock. Aides sitting down on their phones while call lights fo answered. I usually can help get my mom up, walk her to the bathroom and bring her back and help her back to bed before her light is answered. Food is awful and the place smells like urine and faces. The staff is horrid. Keep away if possible!
