Dr. Masley is top tier. Don’t look for an around-the-neck stethoscope or a white coat here! She is very casual, has a wonderful patient manner, connects and works with her patients to ascertain the correct diagnosis and proper treatment for your medical problem and is just an all-around outstanding person. She has called me at home several times on her day off to check on me. A consummate professional.Highly recommended.

Doctors could be very good; but the staff didn’t try to help at all. My wife and I wait 6 months for become new patients; the day of the appointment we arrive 5 minute late but we had to wait 10 minutes in the line to be able to talk with le lady that check you in. Went we arrive to the front desk; the person said that their policy said that after 10 minute we have to move the appointment to a new date and the new date was 7 months ahead. The actitud was rude and the intención to help was none. I understand that policy’s are important but after wait 6 months, they couldn’t wait 20 minutes and then said that because they couldn’t wait 20 minutes we have to wait 7 months more. Customer service, empathy, been able to put yoursefl in others people situations are indispensable in the healthcare industry; unfortunately, this was not the case in this place.

Ive been going here for two years, seeing Dr. Masley. She is wonderful and Ive never had a problem with the staff or accessing services.
