My experience at Hallmark dental in Leominster, Ma was horrible. I went there through the veterans administration for a cleaning. Realizing I had a crack tooth and it needed repair. I scheduled a follow up. The dentist that performed the was Dr. Patel. It’s started off with me sitting in the dental chair for 45 minutes waiting for the dentist with no explanation. Then he started grinding on my tooth with me realizing the Novocain wasn’t working. Dr. Patel appeared to be in a rush. After the third dose of Novocain and almost a hour and 15 minutes in to the tooth repair he continued on. He was more concerned about the veterans administration paying his office than he was fixing my tooth. His rational was if your tooth hurts come back and you might need a crown. The tooth is question was fine before I went to there office. Now I’m in constant discomfort and my tooth feels and looks like a fang with jagged edges. There is a reason why hallmark dental is a chain because none of these dentist would last in their own practice. If you are a veteran or civilian STAY AWAY from HALLMARK dental in Leominster mass. 01453. I would of been better off having the dental technician work on my tooth. This place is a butcher’s shop!

This was my first time there. I wasnt sure how to get into the building. I was lucky because the receptionist was just going in for her shift. She was very friendly very much a people person. All the staff was friendly, set me at ease. Very efficient staff, Very clean facility. They take every precaution necessary. I had a very good experience.

Wonderful, compassionate care. I brought my elderly mother, who suffers from advanced Alzheimers disease, in to see Dr. Patel to address some tooth pain. The entire staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. Mom had x-rays taken, an exam with Dr. Patel, a filling and recommendations going forward. Did not feel rushed at all. Staff was patient and more than friendly and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Patel, Sharon, Yana and Anne!

Great experience with getting my teeth cleaned this week.

Acknowledgement can go a long way folks.. my girlfriend was a patient of the practice since she was a child. She was charged, without insurance, for a full set of X-rays. Come to find out, they didnt even take half of them.They proceeded to tell her that she had a serious issue that needed immediate attention. They referred her to an orthodontist for a $250 cone beam CT scan that she didnt even need. Which she also paid out of pocket for. After getting a second opinion, after weeks of unanswered phone calls and no explanation or follow-up, come to find out...it was just a defect on the only X-ray they captured.It was clear they realized they had made a mistake, but chose not to be accountable and instead left her questioning whether or not she was going to need serious dental surgery to save face. This was all to generate revenue off of a long term patient who insisted on seeking their care because she trusted them. Way to go guys, real respectable operation.Edited: for harshness.
