I went in on the 4th of October was told I had a bladder infection wasn’t given any antibiotics was told they wanted to wait on my results so that they could give me the proper antibiotic was never contacted so I called them finally received a call back today the 8th of October and was told the one who saw me is out of town till next Tuesday so I won’t be able to get any meds until then this is utterly ridiculous

Terrible!They tried to tell me I was ten weeks pregnant! When Im 15. They got me confused with another patient and never changed my due date when they found out my exact date.They lied to me about insurance, and made me switch insurance when the health department insurance is what is used in OB most offices. I was denied by several OB Doctors because I didnt have the right insurance 😕.I finally found someone who is willing to take me in, no thanks to the health department.I also found out that they lied to me about several other things, and I am so disappointed and upset as a soon to be mom, I should be getting the best care possible yet Im not.

Very nice new building, helpful and caring staff that are truly devoted to the well being of the folks of Caldwell County. Many programs available for those in need or just a temporary hardship or special needs case. Programs include Food Stamps, Food Bank Listings, Health Care, Medicare, Medicaid, Voucher Programs, Social Security, Disability assistants and so much more.

10/10 don’t Recommend at all get everything filled out and get your stuff and switch ASAP won’t help during an emergency ( for a pregnancy)

Terrible place to go for women’s health. I’ve been here twice now. I will never come back and I hope nobody else with serious issues regarding women’s health will either.

They were very accommodating and courteous to my 91 year old father when he went for his Covid vaccine!!

Called from a restricted number, never announced who they were, started asking for people. I told them it was ther wrong number (again didnt know who they were) called later to check on an appointment, found out it was them, tried to tell them hey If you call from a restricted number you need to say who you are before asking for people. I was told they dont do that which I said yea I noticed but you should to cut out confusion and they hung up on me. Called and talked to their supervisor was told they wouldnt do anything to fix the problem but asked if they could leave me messages (still not sure how that fixes anything) now Im waiting on a call from Anna Martin to try and get people fired for not doing their jobs and horrible customer service. Terrible service and they need to be shut down.

They was very hateful n rude to me today!

I would recommended to anyone. The health dept is better than my family doctor and any obgyn I’ve ever been too. Dr. Picton is the best and truly cares about his patients.

It is ok, I had an appointment for 10:30 am they changed to 8:00 am and did not call to notify me, so when I went to my appointment they would not see me. I had to reschedule they are short staff and I would rather go to catawba county health department martinity department instead. I switched and I love it.. They give faster service in catawba county and are alot nicer

You will sit here for 3 or more hours. 3 times of that and I had enough. We are not going back.

Went to doctor to get something checked out all they told my was to take my birth control shot a month early that it would fix it guess what nope you doctors just made it worse never coming back to yall cause all you care about is how many patients you can see in a day not the individual

Every visit is longer than the other like wen ever u have a appointment time you will never be call back until a hr after your appointment time and they have a doctor that is so messy that I refuse to let her see me but if I need to be seen asap I make an exception for her but do not like her the health department could be better
