Not sure who these people are giving bad reviews, sounds to me like they are difficult people to work with. Ben Booker is my guy at Carriage Hill and hes been my guy for years, I have my home owners, general liability for my business and 8 cars. He is VERY detailed oriented, even when we looked at changing carriers, deductibles and such, he made sure if we made a change to factor in the multi policy discount for our home owners.

Was with this company three years. Rates kept going up and getting a call back was impossible. I ended up owing money at the end, after I was told I wouldnt. If u have any issues good luck getting them resolved. I canceled and went to farm bureau. Much happier!

Awesome place...

Signed up for health insurance. Was quoted a monthly rate. Unfortunately the monthly rate ended up costing $100.- more than quoted. No reason for the increase was given. I cancelled the insurance because of the large difference in monthly rate.The application fee was $20.-, witch I paid, but was not refunded.
